Bert is a very helpful watch expert. Hidden shop is no frills, but you can trust this man with your watches.

Very pleased with the service on my Rolex.I have been dropping it off at Rolex in New York City for many years to get it serviced and this time I decided I would drop it off with Burt for my five-year servicing the price was about half as much as Rolex charges and I think the quality and the service and the outcome was better than Rolex and I didn’t have to go without my watch for one month he had it ready in three days. Mr. Reidel originally scared me a little. He really cares about your watch. This guy will see you in the grocery store and ask you about it! I have taken my Rolex Submariner in there several times and always get the best service. It feels pretty exclusive too because they have to buzz you in. You wont be sorry you took your watch to him.

Great place to come if you are okay with paying $15-$20 for a simple battery replacement when all other watch shops charge 1/2 the cost.

Just took my watch that needed a new band to Mr. Riedel. He finished in less than ten minutes and adjusted the band to my specific length for a great price!

Was not able to remove the bezel on my dive watch because he was afraid of handling the bezel spring, because it was not a rolex. Those springs are the same on a rolex, on a SKX, and on virtually all dive watches.If he is too scared to do such a simple job (and would not even give a price quote), I think he ought to remove watchmaker from his business name and replace it with Rolex dealer.
