Absolutely zero stars with their unprofessionalIsm. I tried to book a pick up for three weeks straight, they finally called me back with a date. I told them I would not be at my place but that I would drive there just to give them the sharps container but I asked them to call me before they get there. On the date of the pick up the driver calls me and tells me he will be at my place in 20 minutes, I leave my house and go to my place and he doesn’t show up. An our passes and I call him to see where he is, he tells me he had to do a few more stops before he can get to me. Horrible customer service, I call them to complain and they tell me no manager is available and won’t be available for a few days. What kind of company runs without a manager ? Especially a company or with a bunch of unprofessional people .
