I left a message earlier and reported a problem of the trash collector not putting the dumpster back on its concrete slab with it partly in the driveway causing a potential accident and Mike called me back in 5 minutes and had them come fix the hazard within the hour. whoever Mike is shout out and thanks!

My client, owner of a local retail center, owns a compactor and even though there isnt a Marpan maintenance contract in place, Tony, the tech, never failed to visit the site when called, made every effort to keep the compactor functioning. He kept me informed of all actions and issues. Each time the compactor was down, Scott, with little notice (even on the weekends) had a roll-off delivered quickly. One of the tenants is a seafood retailer and produces large volumes of smelly garbage. Without Marpans over-the-top customer service, the situation could have been horrible. I appreciate their attitude and quick response to me, my client and tenants.
