Take a picture of the odometer when you check out and return the vehicle. Only drove the truck 9 miles but was charged 19 miles. I wonder who drove the other 10 miles at my expense.

My roommate and I rented the 10ft, Studio to 1 Bedroom Apt. truck to move our apartment and it worked like a charm. We packed that truck to the very top and were able to get all of our worldly belongings safely inside and transported to our destinations. The truck was immaculately cleaned upon pickup and provided us with a smooth and safe drive. The controls were easy to maneuver and we had absolutely zero complications before, during, or after our rental experience. I highly recommend U-Haul for their fair prices and great services. U haul has some great deals on renting their trucks and trailer, I called serval others trucks rental they were double the price of U haul I will be going through U haul from now on as always. Today was a good day, the employee that served me and my son was professional and knowledgeable about the paperwork and her job, her instructions was clear, she connected the trash like a professional. I didnt get her name but she is good at what she do. I just know that she worked at the Tennessee street store in Tallahassee Florida. You should continue to hire people like her

Rough getting what you want for a one way, customer service was good.

Great place I go there at least once a month for business. They get me in and out in minutes. The truck are alway clean and in excellent running condition. The only thing I wish is that your sign in information was kept in there system. So you dont have to keep put it in every visit. And also some kind of loyalty rewards. Would also be a good thing.

I have rented from this location several times and the staff are ALWAYS responsive, super friendly, cheerful, and efficient. There are other locations closer to me and I will go here over all of them. Their inventory is HUGE!!!!! Never had a problem or less than stellar experience.

Very helpful. However, sometimes after you request a period of time to keep out your container, it can be confused what container to keep outside overnight sometimes because of so many different containers needing to be put out. They work hard!

Every time I go to this location I get exactly what I need from a nice, pleasant employee. Today, as a local, I was able to commiserate about all the college kids returning and that was nice. Misery loves company, haha.

The drop off address on my receipt had the address as 1000 W 15th street Panama City. That address is a vacant lot in a poor neighborhood 5 miles from the real drop off location. (try that with a trailer!!!!) Should have been 10001 according to the guy at the drop off when I finally figured out where it was. I was pretty stressed out by the time I got there. Mark W

This U-Haul locationis really great. Sherelle was super nice and helpful when I was sent to this location from another location that didnt have the Van I reserved. She was very accommodating and friendly. The van itself was in excellent condition - it must have been quite new. They have a lot of vehicles on location and plenty of accessories to buy if needed inside the store. Covid rules apply right now and that did not make any cause delays for me.

Some one was not monitoring gas refills in there rental van.

We reserved a car dolly by phone to tow our sons vehicle. We were bounced around to three different places by the reservation staff stating this was done to get the item closest to our home which turned out to be a bust. We ended up back here where the original reservation was scheduled. By the time we got to this location on 3/30/19, naturally we were flustered & agitated from the run around. The staff was great, patient, and understood our plight. The return was much easier. Kudos to all staff at this location!

I moved from Florida and not only did I return my trailer rental here, I also took the option of an included storage shed. The place as a whole was very clean and the staff were always very friendly and professional. The actual storage shed was just the right size and served its purpose till I was able to square everything else away.

Charged me for blankets - when arriving at moving site, blankets were not there, had to call them and was told it would be taken off my bill but it was not and when I called them to inquire they told me there was nothing they could do about it and there was no national number to call to complain. Totally unprofessional. To top it off, I say OK thank you have a nice day (since it is probably not her fault) and she just hangs up.

They gave me nice truck and smelled clean. I was very surprised!

Ms. Laquanda and Mr. Damonta were extremely helpful throughout our entire moving process, from storage to when we dropped off our Uhaul truck!!! Coming from a military background, we move ALOT and I must say the professionalism provided by the staff made our familys moving experience the easiest and quickest!!! We will definitely be returning for our next move

The General Manager, (Dark Skinned short chubby chick) had a nasty and I mean NASTY attitude! I almost had to read the living shame out of her and go elsewhere, but I needed the truck. She was not compassionate nor was she helpful. I really dont understand why they would let someone with such a foul attitude be a General Manager. Dear, you need to go back to basic customer service training because clearly, youve forgotten that it is the customer who is always right!!

I made a reservation for a pick up truck, a 5x8 trailer and an appliance dolly at the Lake Ella Uhaul in Tallahassee Florida more than a week ago. I received a text message yesterday asking me to call and confirm a reservation I had already confirmed and even pre-checked in for.I drove over 200 miles from Jacksonville to Tallahassee, only to be told that someone else had needed an appliance dolly, so they let them have the last one. I asked what solution they had for not honoring the reservation. The woman said she could call another dealer. She called and then hung up the phone and walked away. I asked what she had found out and she said, “ Nothin’, they ain’t answering the phone.” She then stated that we could drive to another dealer and “see do they have one.” I said that an appliance dolly would not fit in my small Hyundai Elantra. She shrugged.Her rude attitude and unwillingness to do anything to help after I had driven more than 200 miles trusting in the reservation I had made and confirmed, were appalling.I asked to speak to the supervisor, and she told me she was the supervisor, and indeed, her name tag read, “Jolanda Hicks, OWNER.”I asked her if she even cared how inconvenienced a customer had been by this and she stared at me and said nothing. My wife asked her what she could do to help us out and she stood there and stared at her.We left.We found another uhaul dealer on Capital circle in Tallahassee and and told the manager, Lacretia Smith what had happened. She logged onto her computer and found a third dealer who had everything that we needed AND FOR WHICH WE HAD MADE A RESERVATION, and contacted them and asked them to hold the van, trailer and dolly for us. This is the level of customer service we have always had at Uhaul, and which we expect in order for you to win and retain our business.We arrived at that dealer on Tennessee Ave in Tallahassee, and their Manager greeted us and had the paperwork ready for us and the items we needed. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. It was pouring rain the entire day through all of this, and a very pleasant young man hooked up the trailer for us while getting soaked himself. I have him a nice tip for excellent customer service.

Absolute worst experience with UHAUL. Picked for their name but my son showed up with reservation that was confirmed day before with three vehicles full and they didnt his rental available then tried to get us to pay 4-5 times the price for a bigger unit. Would never recommend them again. Stay away.
