If you want to see a home for rent in Tallahassee, you would best look somewhere else.These people do NOT return phone calls! I called twice to schedule a walk through of a house and never received a call back even though the so called realtor got the messages.This to me means if you call them with a problem, forget it nothing will get fixed.I will ignore any place that has this company listed as managers.

If I was putting a team together, id make sure Lance Ball was on that team. Hes a guy you can trust and listen to. He does his job like a 30 year vet! Not only is he one of the best ive bought and sold with, hes also one of the best human beings ive had the pleasure of meeting!! If you need something bought or sold, call Lance, hes on the ball!

First Story was recommended to me by someone and I’m so thankful for them.I was moving to Tallahassee from 10 hrs away with a short timeframe.(5-6 weeks) It was a huge move and I had no idea where to start. I drove down from Ky and had 2 days to look.I met with them at their office and the search was on.I may have driven them crazy with th amount of houses we looked at, and th fact that most of it was done long distance, but Jillian and Debbie were awesome!! They kept me updated because houses were going quickly and I was a little indecisive.
