Servco is my go to pool place. I take care of my own pool but as we all know occasionally we need a professional to help us out with equipment, installation, etc... Steve has been great to deal with. I respect honesty above all else even when the answer isnt what I want to hear. Thank you Steve and Gladys for being so kind and helpful.

Hopefully I will get a call back so we can make this review a positive one. Servco up until 2 months ago always kept my pool extremely clean. However, recently they have been short handed and not able to keep up with the pool like they used to. I have called several times and never get an answer. I was told the owner would personally stop by last weekend and they never showed up?

Steve and his team did an amazing job transforming our old pool to one that looks brand new! They installed a new liner, cleaned our stained steps, and took care to make our pool look and feel like a new pool. I highly recommend them!

I have used Serve co for many different repairs on my pool. They are top notch!! Steve the owner is always willing to pick up the phone and handle questions. I have used them for the past few years and will never have to look for another pool company! I highly recommend them!!

Steve came out after hours to fix our broken salt system, and that was early evening after his store closed-great customer service in our book. We use have used him for the last 2 years for maintenance of our pool too, and they do a fantastic job! Very responsive whenever we need anything and the friendliest staff. Highly recommend!

Great to work with. When other companies wanted to over sell me on a new liner Steve suggested we reset the old liner and do a good cleaning. Hard to find people you can trust in business sometimes but these guys are it! The team was on time, hard working and quick to get the job done. AAAA++++

Joe (co-owner) and I go back for a few years now. Im not certain when he started at his previous business, but I know weve worked together for at least five years.Some months ago - he did what many of us want to do but dont. He made the bold move to start a new business with his partner.If youre like me - you do business with people, and not brands. What I loved about Joes prior pool supplies and service company was the familiarity I had with Joe and several others.I ran into Joe at Robotos a few weeks back and he filled me in on his new venture (here) which was a good thing, because I recently needed some work done on our pool pump and when I went to Joes previous place of business I didnt see any familiar faces so I just left.We have a 14X28 salt pool and Joes been working on our account for years now, so this transition was exceptionally easy. We had a new liner, pump, salt system, and sand filter installed. We added a color light also. The ServCo guys were great on the install and took the time to explain everything involved. They were ready to come out and make any adjustments needed.I will gladly recommend them for your pool care needs.

I have had awesome experiences with ServCo. They maintain my pool weekly and keep it looking great! The owner always answers my calls and quickly takes care of things when I have issues with my equipment, pumps, robot etc. Highly recommended and the prices are great too!

I started doing business with Servco after they first opened. Their service, advice and prices are the reason I have remained a customer. Steve, the owner, has provided me assistance and identifying problems with my pool plumbing, sold me a pump and a pool heater at the most reasonable prices I couldve expected. His work on site, has met my highest expectations. He is always willing to do what is necessary to ensure that the quality of my pool and equipment is perfect. Service was not delivered as discussed. Technician was not aware of what service to provide. Technician left pool deck in worse condition than when he arrived as he left muddy footprints tracked all over pool deck. Reached out to business with my concerns but received no response. Very disappointed in service and experience. Would not use again nor recommend.

Had a great experience with Steve and his team at Servco Pools! After getting 5 quotes from other pool companies, Servco was by far the most reasonable for the work we needed done: replacing the liner, and converting the pool to salt, as well as installing a sand filter. Everything was done in a timely manner and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Although ServCo is not my regular weekly pool maintenance company, I find myself calling them more and more to take care of recurring problems. I have always found the owner to be accommodating and responsive!

We receive excellent service from ServCo Pools. We have a high maintenance pool and Steve and Jamie are always responsive when we need a little extra help.

Joe is no longer at this business, which is why we shopped there to begin with. He was the best, but this business is the WORST business ever. We spent $2,000 on a new Pentair pump and any effort to get them to service it is ignored. They will not return calls or give any idea as to when and if they will come out to service the pump. Finally gave up and contacted Pentair directly which initiated warranty service through another local company. Buy your pump somewhere else if you have any desire to deal with a professional, reputable business or so you can have your product serviced.

Stephen at Servco replaced our vinyl pool liner and upgraded our pool deck a year ago, and its a significant improvement. They fixed several things that were wrong with the original construction, and they helped us upgrade with a couple nice amenities that didnt cost much more. Now, we have Servco servicing our pool, and its stress-free pool living. The water is always ready for friends and family year round. I regularly recommend Stephen and Servco to friends in Tallahassee.

I have a large 9 1/2 foot deep concrete pool that was at my house when I bought my home 30 years ago. I have serviced the pool myself, but the pool needed to be remarcited based on age and use. Also, I have probably not been completely responsible in my weekly maintenance by having the water tested. I had the pool resurfaced about 15 years ago. Now it was again showing a need of being remarcited. This sent me in search of a professional to address the pool being resurfaced (remarcited). It must have been my lucky day in my selection of who could redo my pool. I called over 10 pool folks who were available to redo my pool. I narrowed my choice to three companies who could do the job in my time frames of a couple of months. I narrowed my choice to three companies to do the pool.As I do on big purchases, I reduce the number of possible companies to a few. At this stage I call the submitted references. I then go to see some of their completed pools and talk to the owners of the property. On my pool job I talked to three happy customers and viewed prior pools done by ServCo Pools. The finished ServCo pools I visited were absolutely beautiful and the owners of them were very pleased. Those pool owners were also happy with the price they paid. I checked on prices for the work I wanted done and Steve (the owner at ServCo) and everyone was positive on both issues.ServCos price on my pool work was lower than other pool people I checked with. The work on my pool was absolutely perfect. ServCo is now my pool go to company. They know everything dealing with pool, are fairly priced, and are professional in their treatment of customers. I now have hired them to treat my pool each week.I rate ServCo Pools, their owner Steve and their staff at 6 stars in a 5 star rating system.

I would advise against using them for any kind of service. My husband dropped off our Polaris sweeper to be repaired and was promised that it would be finished the next day and that they would install it the next day when they came out to clean the pool. Well, the next day the only thing that was done was the cleaning of the pool and no Polaris! My husband asked what happened and was told that they thought everything was done. So he asked about the whereabouts of our Polaris and they told him that there repairs were not complete and that they would finish it and deliver it to our house. Almost three weeks later and multiple visits and phone calls (they stopped answering my calls) We still do not have our Polaris. My husband went to see them again this morning to asked where our Polaris was and was told that the owner is working on a job in Quincy and my Polaris was in his truck (the same thing they told him yesterday when he paid them a visit). It was all he could do to keep his composure so he told them they have the rest of the day to resolve the issue or we will be taking legal actions ( by the way, they had several Polaris sweepers sitting on the counter that were in for repairs also!). Their customer service is poor at best, they are disorganized and they are dishonest and thieves as far as we are concerned. There are several pool service providers in town that I am sure provide better service than what we received on their worst day choose one of them.

One star is too many for this company. I pay 40 dollars monthly over the winter for them to get the leaves off the bottom and vacuum. My pool is green and slimy on the bottom. Ive hand scooped the leaves out. They checked the chemicals 3/21 and charged me 40 dollars. I live 1 mile from Pinch a Penny. I can get chemicals checked for free there. Please dont hire them. Joe isnt there anymore and Steven wont return my calls. They cant keep personnel. Wonder why?

Josh has been taking care of my pool for a number of years. He has kept the pool in great shape. He is reliable and courteous. If there is a problem he will take care of it or recommend someone who can.

We just had our in ground pool resurfaced just last week. These guys were able to get it done right away, the other companies we called couldnt do any plastering for several weeks! They were fast and neat, and the pool looks great. The best part was we got the whole job done for thousands less then we expected. I highly recommend this service for anyone who needs resurfacing.

It’s a horrible company that does things very wrong. They still owe me an ex employee almost $1,000.... wonder what they’re gonna do with your money if they won’t give me mine......

I have called Ecologic several times, and Isaac has always been honest, responsive, and affordable. They just installed a new liner on time and were very professional. Isaac took his time to answer my questions and make sure that I was updated on the progress. The liner looks great, and it came in under budget. Very pleased all around and would highly recommend.

CSR seems hungry for my business but their prices are too high!

Pool pump died right after Thanksgiving. Santa brought us a new one via Eco Logic. As you can imagine, we did a lot of price comparison for this unexpected expense. Isaacs price for the purchase of the pump as well as the installation was competitive. The difference is, Eco Logics elves show up when they say they will, there are no hidden costs, no pressure to buy anything extra, and they leave no footprint. We could not be more pleased. We would give them 10 stars if possible. Isaac was not only true to his word but answered all our questions up front. The work got done ahead of time. The crew that did the work was very careful and precise and made sure we understood everything we need to know about what they did and how we can extend the life of our new liner. Our grandmother needed a wheelchair lift installed in her pool and not only were these guys quick and efficient, they were really nice, which made all of the difference in the world. She is so happy, I dont think well be able to keep her out of the water this summer!
