After dealing with a pest control company and not getting any results, I contacted Orkin. The sale rep took the time to listen to my concerns and issues that were not resolved from my current pest control company. They were able to schedule a next day service and the tech was amazing! Whatever they used definitely is working because I have not woken up to one dead German roach anywhere as opposed to my previous pest company saying this was normal and that they couldnt do much to keep them from getting in. Orkin got the job done, and they are not getting in my home! I have cancelled my other pest control company and am sticking with Orkin from here on!

The technicians come on time and did the treatment for Powderpost nestled in our crawlspace. However, they had difficulty treating the entire space due to the slippery plastic of our crawlspace encapsulation and the uneven footing. In speaking with their supervisor, it was agreed that they world return to complete the job when the Orkin inspector comes assess the treatment.So, the evaluation is incomplete pending the return visit.

The service was quick. The techs were at my house within 2 days to spray and put out traps. It was very effective and I havent had any bug problems since they first sprayed. They also called ahead to confirm monthly service dates for the second spraying date and sent text messages to confirm what times they would be here. They were also one of the cheapest options when I was comparing between companies to use. I cannot recommend them enough. Theyre convenient, affordable, and extremely effective.

The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The service techs are courteous and efficient. So glad I got the plan to spray for mosquitoes. It really works. We were able to enjoy being outside all summer. The quarterly spraying keeps the bugs out of the house, but really doesnt help much with the spiders all over the porches and around the doors. Thats why I contracted with them in the first place. But this is the first company that has not killed my flowers when they spray. So Ill keep them. I just wish we could get a handle on the spiders. Then this would be a 5 star rating.

Orkin’s services were VERY good! However I had to pause my services due to losing my job because of COVID-19, when I attempted to start my services again, the customer service professional that I spoke with was very rude and disrespectful and told me that I’m not consistent so they won’t restart my services. You would think they would have some type of sympathy due to the virus & the fact that millions of people loss their jobs ..the last thing on our minds to pay is termite control. I was not consistent because I had no way of paying them due to loss of income. I pushed my services back 1 time & she told me that I was not consistent enough to remain a customer. I told her I would take my services elsewhere and she told me to go ahead and do that. No matter how good the termite control is, I would NEVER do business with these rude a** people EVER again!

Orkin services our home for pest, termite and mosquito control and we are very happy with all services! The tech is friendly and knowledgeable and on the rare occasion we need a service call, they are prompt and professional. I was skeptical of the mosquito controls ability but our daughter is a magnet for mosquitoes and we have been extremely happy with the service. Our daughter can play outside year round with no fear of being eaten up by mosquitoes or having to be sprayed down every hour and that is worth its weight in gold. We are customers for life.

I had a bat problem. Id be sitting watching TV and suddenly, it was like a horror movie.... This bat would be flying around my living room. My wife would start screaming. Id be chasing the bastard around the room with an open door trying to get him out. A nightmare. I called this person and that. One company sent a fellow over who removed some bats from the attic but did not seal the holes. Obviously enough, they came back. For which I was charged $349.00. Wasted money. Another fellow, a local expert, set bombs off in the attic. Lot of good that did. Until eventually I bit the bullet and called the experts. It was not cheap, but well well worth it. They sent professionals over. Polite, clean, friendly, efficient, and above all through. While anticipating doing the job in one day, it became necessary to open the ceiling in one area. So they came back (no small thing - I live 40 miles from their office) in a couple of days after I had arranged to open the sheetrock exposing the attic in this additional area, and finished the job at no extra expense, I might add. Great job. Recommend most highly. Thank you, Orkin!PS I asked if they would add to the contract a return no charge visit in 6 months just to be sure there were no bats, and they kindly agreed. Great people.

If they can only spray outside your home they will. You have to request that they spray and treat inside of your home. I dont understand that I guess that keeps an business open. I was also told by a representative that treatment is bi-monthly and billing is monthly. Note to consumers: If your goal is to treat a bug problem, request inside service, scheduled visits, and bug traps ect.
