They responded very quickly to help me with an emergent flea situation. Another pest service was scheduled, but they cancelled at the last minute, and McCalls and their answering staff were very kind, responsive, and miraculously got me an appointment the same day and the serviceman was fabulous. I really appreciated the professionalism and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!!

The technician, Jesse inspected my car for ants. He identified the type of ant and placed baits in my car. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I even had to reschedule my appointment time and he was very flexible. He help reassure me that the treatment will work and I should be ant free in no time.

Your technician, Hector, was extremely professional and knowledgeable during the recent termite inspection of our home. He was thorough with his examination of each room as well as the attic and crawl space. He took the time to fully explain each procedure and answered all my questions. I would recommend Hector as an exemplary employee and hope to see him again next year when our annual termite inspection is once again due.

Service on the yard is great. Communication from customer service can be trying at times. Also response to an immediate need on your yard can take a week at times. Sometimes the yard looks really bad by the time they get here. Currently their only 2 trucks are both broken down and cant get to my yard. In fact one of them broke during my servicing so my back yard got treated by my front yard did not.

From bees to bedbugs, roaches to rats, McCalls has always taken care of any pests that I have been plagued with. Cruz, our current McCalls technician has proven himself to be a reliable fellow and knowledgeable in his profession. When dealing with so many different problems and personalities in a large apartment complex, it is very helpful to have such a flexible, unflappable vendor to assist me in calming the savages.

I am a regular customer and they have been effective in spraying and protecting my house. Whenever I have had a problem, like when squirrels nested in my attic or recently when I discovered wasp nests in my garage, they quickly addressed the problem. In the case of the wasps, I got a visit to remove them within a few hours. John is courteous and friendly and I am happy to be on his route!

The service department (not located in Tallahassee) is hopelessly inept. You may settle an issue with a representative only to have the issue reappear on a subsequent bill. They promise a call back and seldom comply. There is a turnover in technicians as well. One will be competent, the next incompetent and unacquainted with your property and its needs. I would urge you to avoid this hapless company at all costs. Terrible beyond belief.

The tech was competent, confident and caring. He cut no corners and even notified us of another potential non-pest problem. He explained clearly what he was going to do, did it, and then reported his findings and actions.First rate.

Great service. Called them to get a second opinion when I received a bad inspection from another company. They arrived right on time and called before they arrived. Within 5 mins of submitting a request online for new service (on a Saturday), a rep called me with pricing info and helped me setup my first appointment within a just a few mins. I was given a four hour window and told the tech would call before his arrival. As with most companies, I expected to wait close to the full four hours. The tech (Cruz) called 12 mins into my window to let me know he was on the way! Upon arrival he was friendly, explained what and where he was treating and took care to make sure our cats were placed somewhere that they would stay safe while the treatment dried so they didn’t lick it and get sick. After he left the local manager and owner even stopped by to follow up on services provided. So far, I am a happy customer!
