Ordered tables and chairs for a baby shower. I was satisfied with the product and delivery was on time. However this company has some serious communication issues. The chairs were taken to my home rather than the neighborhood clubhouse as specifically stated in the contract. They charged me 65 dollars for delivery and pickup. The reason I gave them a generous two stars and will not be using this company in the future is because of the pickup. The company was over an hour late and no one called to say they were running behind. I had to call them twice before they showed up to pick up the rented items. When I spoke with Larry I was offered no explanation or apology. As the boss he kept saying he didnt know what was going on or he didnt know what to tell me about the tardiness. When the employees arrived I was told that thier boss, Larry instructed them to go to another pickup during my alloted time. The delay was not an accident, it was intentional on Larrys part. As a customer I find this behavior unacceptable. I should not have to repeatedly call to check the status of the pickup when my contract says 9:30am pickup time. This inconvenience was completely avoidable. If you are renting your venue or are on a time schedule I suggest you seek a more reliable company.

Very easy to work with, also helped us out with discounted delivery rate due to lower gas prices.
