All I received was good reviews from the Bridal party this past weekend!! The perfect name for this company, thats exactly what they are 5 Star!!!! You will not be disappointed! Punctual! Polite! Abbey at 5 Star Limousine was a pleasure to work with as I planned for my daughter’s wedding. She was very professional, prompt and had good ideas for figuring out transportation for the wedding. We rented the trolley and it was so fun!!! It was clean and festive and the driver, Tim, was a kind, happy soul. The bridal party loved it! Abbey went above and beyond by placing a cooler on the trolley for us to use and she followed up afterwards to make sure we had a good experience. The trolley also had a speaker and Tim played music so that made it fun too! Tim called me when he had to park at a different spot then he planned when picking up groomsmen so that they knew where to find him so that was very thoughtful. Great experience and highly recommend.

Exciting experience had wonderful customer service they were on time no waite. I would recommend Five Star Lemo to everyone I know that has an event very professional . For Parties, wedding, Graduations, doesnt matter there worth it . Thanks

Response to the owner:I’ll justify this one star review and give you another if I can. I will not give you the account name because it is under my (now) wife’s name and that won’t be posted publicly. It was all COVID related, as this was in March of 2020. Everything was fine up until having to cancel everything. The experience with Todd was fine, all kosher. All forms filled, dates set, etc. When it comes time to cancel because of COVID upheaval, y’all were nowhere to be found. No one answered my calls. No one responded to texts. Your Facebook page was taken down, so no way to contact you that way. The only way to provoke a response was the leave a Google review.It’s absolutely laughable to me for you to claim all of these things on a response to a review I left a year ago. A year ago...quite diligent, aren’t we?Sorry for how COVID impacted your business. It hasn’t been easy for anyone. But let me explain how I handled this. Because whatever dead-beat responsible for your business wouldn’t respond to me but had no issues cashing the check, I had to go to the bank and reverse the charge. They went after you, in turn, because that money has to come from somewhere. We were reimbursed BY THE BANK and continued to be ignored by your business.No one offered us a refund, no one offered a future credit, no one offered anything to us. No one even picked up the phone. Pathetic.I’d be more than happy to take a refund (a year later) but I’ll never use you all again and have made certain when limos, party buses, etc come up in conversation, to tell the truth about your Company.I am not some curmudgeon who sits on the internet leaving terrible reviews for fun. I believe this is the only review I’ve ever left for a business, in fact. You all caused so many issues for us, I felt compelled to warn others who they were entering business with. As I mentioned, it was also my only way of provoking a response from someone at your business (again, a YEAR later).Feel free to reply with further comments. I look forward to an explanation.

Five Star Limousines are the way to go. I used one of their limo party buses for a proposal surprise and she loved it! They are easy to work with, affordable, and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Chuck heard it was for a proposal so he even threw in a bottle of champagne.Great people at a great price. I will definitely use them again!

We rented a limo from five star limo for a mother/son dance.Todd was extremely patient and helping me decide what we needed, he walked me through everything answered my continuous emails and was very thorough.Mr. West was the best driver ever!!!! So kind and patient and upbeat ESP having 5, 9year olds in the car and he was right on time for everything literally!!!I definitely wont use any other limo service!!!!Thank you for making a night to remember for us!!!!

5 Star Limo was the best service Ive ever used. My daughter claimed to have the most AMAZING homecoming thanks for Five Star Limo. She said the bus driver, (Morris?) was very cool and very fun and made it the best night of her life... They did not even attend the dance because they were having TOO much fun on the bus.. We used Five Star Limos for a birthday trip to Bear Paw to float down the river. Everything was GREAT and EASY. We were originally going to go with another company, but Five Star Limos not only matched but beat their price! We chose their Silver Bullet bus which is a big party bus with seating around the sides. They showed up on time, let us play the music we wanted, and even let us use air onboard the bus to inflate our floats! On the way back the driver was really easygoing when we needed an extra stop at McDonalds. Will use this company again! Highly recommend.

As an up and coming nonprofit that helps in funding research for children’s diseases, we are always looking for great business to partner with us in our fight and Five Star Limos did not hesitate in lending a helping hand! It did not take us long to realize the professionalism Mr. Chuck lives by and see that Five Star was not only in the name, but in character, attitude and in the fleet of beautiful limos, sedans and party busses these guys have. You cannot go wrong with these guys… They are the absolute best in Tallahassee! The owner Chuck is a GREAT GUY. They have everything from a Lincoln town car to a party buses to a limo to a Trolly and even a Double Decker Bus from England.. Just ask and they can make it happen..💜

Had a phenomenal experience!! Our bus driver, Todd, was the best driver I have ever had. I left my sunglasses on my bus and he delivered them to me wrapped safely in a box! Truly cares for his passengers!

I rented the The Great White bus for my husbands 60th birthday. The driver, Morris, was very helpful and pleasant. Everything worked correctly on the bus and we received what we expected. I highly recommend Five Star Limos.

Very professional and great people! I lost my phone on one of the busses and I called them and they found it, called me and said I could pick it up and anytime and even charged my phone for me! I am so appreciative! Great communication

The best party bus rental experience you could ask for! I called Chuck (the owner) to rent a Super Coach for my birthday and the experience was awesome. The Party Bus was very clean and the lighting, music and lcd screens really made it into an almost club like vibe for the entire ride. Rounding up my crew at the end of the night was a little harder than I expected (who would have thought?) and we were a little late getting back to the bus. Chuck was completely understanding and decided to not even charge me for an extra hour! I never write reviews but I had to support the owner when he supported me. He really cares about his business and it shows. I will definitely be using Five Star Limos again and recommend you try them for yourself.

We had a surprise party at the last minute..and these guys bent backwards to be on time for us,with everything we needed for the party, they really cared about taking care of all our needs,..... very professional. THANK YOU 5 STAR!!!!! we will be calling you again!

Paid for birthday package to include balloons, champagne, strawberries and driver gratuity. I received NONE of these things. Owner/manager unresponsive. This is not a good way to do business or retain customers.

The owner is a liar and a cheat. The bus had broken wipers and speedometer and the windows leaked. The company did not show up on time and tried to blame it on our contract which showed that he was wrong. The owner promised to refund half our money if we let them drive us anyway but never gave us a refund. He also told us that he would not charge us the automatic twenty percent tip for the driver and he did anyway. The driver was called away from his eye exam after having his eyes dilated so that he could try to fulfill their contract over an hour after the pick up time. This company stole time and safety from my family event on July 4th 2013.
