We used Classic Limo & Sedan Services park-n-ride feature for a month-long vacation. Our experience was excellent, from the original scheduling to having someone meet us on time at 4:30 a.m. for our 6 a.m. flight to the patience expressed by our driver when our flight into the Tallahassee Airport was delayed by 45-minutes for our pick-up time at the airport. They were excellent in communicating with us via email and text. If youre looking for an alternate place to park your car in lieu of the Tallahassee Airport then we strongly recommend Classic Limo & Sedan Service.

I will NEVER use Classic Limo EVER AGAIN!!! We called over a month before our sons prom reserved a party bus. We even had Classic Limo email us a picture of the party bus inside and outside and we were very satisfied, reserved the black party bus and paid the deposit. The week of our event we called to confirm our reservation and to tell the hours of pickup. On Thursday before prom we were sent a confirmation email listing the time of reservation and a description of a black party prom bus.My son and his friends were so excited about the party bus considering there was no actual prom, this party bus would be new memories made with the best of friends. The day of prom it was pouring rain so the parents were thankful our children would not be driving themselves and they would be together with a driver .On our prom day an old white bus pulls into my driveway. This bus is nothing like the picture we were sent. The bus was mildewed, dirty the exhaust smelled awful the window was duck taped the glass in the door was shattered and the roof on the inside was leaking. As the driver pulled in my husband asked what in the world was this??!!! The driver said we would have to call Classic Limo In which my husband did for the person the other end to say This is all Ive got the other bus is not available do you want this bus or not? Not a phone call warning us not even an apology. We just had 10 teenagers looking beautiful with a disgusting bus waiting to take them to for a fun night. Needless to say that bus would have never even made it to Valdosta Georgia. So with all that said NEVER even think about using this company unless you want to be disappointed and humiliated when your the parent that promised those kids a fun Junior Prom!

We booked the Classic Rolls Royce for our wedding. It was amazing. The car was gorgeous and very retro. We loved the driver who was very courteous and respectful. All in all a great experience and great for pictures. I would recommend them absolutely.

I hired the company to transport me to the airport for the start of my vacation. They picked me up at a car repair place with no questions asked. After the the vacation, and upon my return my car was not ready, the driver went the extra mile to take me to my place of residence (another 20 minutes from the location). I appreciate the Customer First attitude and the friendliness of the drivers. I will use Classic Limos any time I need a great car service or for any of my hired transportation needs.

Today was my 1st time using Classic Limo. I needed to get from Tallahassee to Jacksonville. It is a 2 1/2 hour ride and I needed to be picked up at 7:30am.The driver Matt arrived 15 minutes early. He was dressed professionally and the new Cadillac Seville he was driving was impeccably clean!Matt was pleasant, professional and a very good driver.I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone who needed a car service.

This company has some negative reviews, but I didn’t have any issues. We booked the Rolls Royce as our “getaway” car for our brunch wedding, and honestly, it was great! Our driver was very sweet and allowed us to get as many photos as we wanted with the car (as long as it was within our time limit). We asked her to take the long way around to get to our hotel, since it was so close. It allowed my husband and I to finally take a breather.One thing I will mention, I wish they had a better tracker for the timeline of the car. We called to see if we could get the car to come and rescue us earlier but there was no way to track where the car was at. It hindered our magical getaway, but at the end of the day, we are married. And that is the important part!

We book with them every year for our preschool and every year we receive prompt and professional services. They are easy to work with and very accommodating to your needs. I recommend them to anyone who wants clear information and no hassle booking and services. We Appreciate them.

I attended a class at Florida State University with 19 other colleagues the first week in June of 2016 which required us to be at a certain area at a specified time over the course of 8 days. Classic Limos provided a mid-size bus for the bulk of our transportation, and Wayne as our driver. Wayne was always early to pick us up and always ensured we were where we needed to be on time. We never had to worry about getting from point A to point B and came to rely on Wayne for this fact. He provided superior service and I would highly recommend him if he is available as he is a great person with great stories, cares about his job, and takes it very seriously. Most reliable limo company around. I travel a lot for business, leaving town early in the morning and always returning on the late flights. Classic has always been there for me, no up charges for the 4 am pick ups or the late night returns. Never a hassle, always early!

Pretty sweet company. The car I ordered on short notice was there quick and the car was clean. Even for spring and the pollen, I was surprised the black car had none on it. The driver was super nice and knew their way around, when I wanted to go somewhere off of their list of stops, they had no trouble redirecting their route. We called Classic Limousine last night at the last minute (10pm) for a ride to the Orlando airport (bad weather forced a change from TLH and we needed to get there for a 6am flight). In 5 minutes, they had a nice sedan lined up and ready to go. They were on time for their pickup and transferred my daughter and her friends to the Orlando airport safely and on time as well. They loved their driver Debbie. From start to finish they were a very professional operation. I would HIGHLY recommend Classic Limousine!!

I tried to book during prom season. I called a week and a half before our needed trip. Anita, was professional, courteous, and helpful and explained to me that while they had available vehicles, prom season is their high revenue season and thus, they have a minimum 3-hour duration in order to book during this time. I understood the situation and explained that we were interested in a 1-hour trip since we were simply transporting middle-school students from a restaurant to their last dance of the year and dropping off at school. She said that if I called back Wednesday (2 days before the event), if they had any vehicles that had not been booked at that time, she would book a one-hour event for me and provided a reasonable price. I believed her and took her at her word. I called back Wednesday morning and she said, yes, they could book it and would have someone at our pick-up location at 6PM sharp. I called back on Thursday to check in and everything was still a go. I called back Friday morning to let her know my credit card had not been billed and she then informed me she was struggling to find a driver. I asked if she was going to be able to find one or if she was going to call me later and say it was a bust, she said she would find someone. At 2:30, she called me to say we had to cancel because she couldnt find a driver, leaving eleven 8th graders in the lurch. When I notified our parents of the situation, one of the parents said a co-worker in her office had a similar experience with this company on prom night. Stay away from this vendor as they are not reliable and may cancel at the last minute. Either they failed to schedule the driver when the vehicle was reserved for me, or they had a better offer come up because she said she told me that it was difficult to book drivers for only one-hour event. Unreliable. Stay away.

We rented the “party bus” and was told of all the fancy features it had and saw photos of it onlineWhen the bus picked us up we were disgusted. Dirt and dust everywhere. Bathroom out of order. Had a horrible odor. Called the company and the owner was a total jerk!!!! Got dropped off and called mikes limo. They picked us up on a last minute call in a REAL PARTY BUS. And it was the same price.

My friend who was getting married used Classic Limos for a two day period. They were always on time, very professional and it was just a great experience on both days. If you live in the area I would call them first! You wont regret it.

Customer service is not professional to say the least. The person that answered the phone had an attitude immediately after the artificial British recording ended. The receptionist ran through the prices and slammed the phone down before I could even sya thank you. No wonder so may poor reviews. Can the calls really be recorded do to training purposes?! What a laugh!

Avoid at all costsWe booked the rolls royce for our wedding on Sunday for a 6 PM arrival time. First, they charge us out the *** for travel time to our venue. A full hour for what is a 25 minute ride (per Google). My wedding planner even told the owner this and we got a take it or leave it attitude. Unfortunately, my husband already fell in love with this car. We booked the car at the outrage price.The wedding started wrapping up early and we called to see if the driver could arrive early. We were promised they could - and would have understood if they could not. Understand that this is still a 25 minute drive on a Sunday afternoon. We wrapped up an entire wedding early, packed up food, and got guests ready for a send off. FOR OVER AN HOUR- this driver was close. And by the end of it- we had to go without. We asked for a refund and the owner was VERY rude. Luckily, I am military and have a great bank who will gladly right this wrong immediately.My husband was looking forward to it. You should not be in this business. Someone had to drive MY car back to the hotel. And before you respond to me as rudely as you have EVERY other reviewer on google- spare me and everyone else. My family and i have used Classic on numerous occasions. They have drove our daughter and myself to and from the airport several times, and My Husband Dale says that Classic will be the only car service We will ever use . They are always on time and the drivers are always very courteous.

I used Classic limos for a business trip around the Tallahassee capital. My driver was attentive, punctual, and went the extra mile for me while on my trip which gave me the peace of mind I needed to focus on the task at hand.

This was the worst service for my fathers homegoing. We paid for a 18 passenger limo. That hummer was not pleasing to the sight. The air did not work. I know that you have better limos than the one you provided. There was a black piece of tape across the hood, it smelled like mildew and it was old! I would hate to use the race card, but this was unacceptable!

I have tried several limo companies when my clients arrive in Tallahassee airport and they have nothing say but great things and are pleased with the customer service at classic limo.

We went with Classic Limo for our wedding day this year (9/17/16). The shuttles were the big talking point of the wedding the whole night and following days (the only thing that went wrong :( our guests said). After calling the morning of the wedding to ensure everything was okay, I was assured by an employee, two shuttles were ready to go that day. 30 minutes before the wedding, I received a call from guests and family members that the larger of the two shuttles broke down and would not be able to transport about 40 ppl....30 min away. Granted, I did receive a call and voicemail from Classic Limo notifying me of the bus situation, I had so much going on, I wasnt able to receive the message in time to demand a second vehicle to be sent based on our negotiation with the company. After the wedding, we only had one shuttle driving (round trip 1 HR) which was a big headache for everyone to wait. The big ball that was dropped by Classic Limo is that the company did not have a plan B. I would have expected that at least some sort of second vehicle would have been sent for the guests as a courtesy....even a suburban would have been better than having 40 stranded people forced to drive and carpool due to the bus breaking down. Overall, I spoke with the owner about the having a backup plan in case things go wrong when customers are relying on the service agreed upon. The owner provided a refund for the bus and an apology.

This past Saturday I used Classic Limos & Sedan for my sisters bachlorette party in Santa Rosa Beach. Even though the company is based out of Tallahassee, they sent a driver to come pick us up - two hours away - and were more affordable than anything in the Santa Rosa/ Destin area.The Limo:We rented the Chrysler 300 stretch limo, which was perfect for the occasion and sat 8 of us comfortably (there was definitely room for 10). The outside was clean and sleek, with a two-tone paint job of silver on top and black on the bottom - the contrast was just enough to be modern and fun without being tacky. On the inside, it had all of the bells and whistles you would expect. The seats were covered in to two-tone black and camel leather, which was both stylish and comfortable. The sound system was great. complete with an aux cord so we could play on own music, fancy ceiling lighting, two TV monitors, and a bar that stretched through the majority of the limo. The bar included champagne glasses, rocks glasses, ice, complimentary water (which came in handy at the end of the night), and a well to ice our champagne.Driver:Rich was our driver and he was fantastic. Even though he was coming from Tallahassee, he arrived a few minutes early. He drove us from Santa Rosa Beach to wherever our hearts desired in Destin - which included multiple stops. He gave us his card with a number to reach him in case he couldnt park at our destination and when we called for him to pick us up - he was never more than 3 minutes away. He had a friendly, fun, but professional personality and was dressed appropriately. When our time was getting close to being up, (we had the limo for 5 hours) he sent me a reminder text so I could round up the other girls.The Overall Experience:I highly recommend using them if you are within their service area. I was able to reserve a great limo at an affordable price with great customer service the day before we we needed the limo. (I dont recommend waiting till the last minute though). Anita, the office manager, was so friendly and helpful while securing the reservation and even emailed me pictures of the limo so I could see what I was renting. I live in New Orleans, so I was not able to conduct a site visit before the actual event. They were prompt, honest and friendly - everything you could ask for with a transportation company!
