I love this gym, Bill is awesome. There is always a workout on the board that will challenge your skill set. Hours are very flexible. Walk in options are a great way to check it out.
Bill is an awesome coach! I enjoy his walk-in option to work on strengthening areas that compliment my other athletic activities and hobbies as needed. The gym is a no-pressure and supportive atmosphere, and he really provides individualized workouts and diet consultations that fit your needs. My mom, dad, and cousin all enjoy working out at FrequencyXP Fitness!
I’m one of those that need accountability, guidance and wanna just get in and get out. Bill has an awesome system that makes it really easy to get in, know what you’re doing and get out! Not to mention he is so super knowledgeable about all things fitness related, and can explain things in a way I can understand! Highly suggest his services, especially if you are looking for efficiency in all areas of your fitness goals!!
I’ve worked out with at Frequency XP for almost three years. Bill is a great coach and helps me with balance, flexibility, mobility and strength. I like the 30 minute workouts and variety of exercises. I feel so much better physically, mentally and emotionally. Bill tailors my workouts and helps me maintain good technique. It’s a friendly and personable environment. Check it out!
Been going to FXP for a few years now and I love it! Fitness is truly personal. Bill takes the time to discuss your goals and helps you develop a plan to achieve those goals. Bill is very knowledgeable about not only fitness, but also nutrition. You work together to build the best possible program to meet your personal needs. Working out here is fun and challenging!
I have been going to FXP for about two years. I have seen amazing results and I always enjoy going. It is a very welcoming environment and Bill is extremely helpful and a great motivator. Each workout is tailored to your goals and also how you are feeling each time, physically and mentally. I highly recommend!!
Great attitude and knowledgeable, convenient and comfortable. Been involved for over two years and I have been very satisfied as well as my husband, daughter and niece. 😊
Bill is awesome!! He is very flexible with what time I can come in and willing to work with my crazy work schedule. I live by his motto, “suck it up buttercup!”
Bills program is one of the only workout/food plans that has worked for me. I appreciate how the workouts can be tailored to my wants, needs, and limitations.
Bill Fredericks has been guiding my fitness journey for over five years. At FrequencyXP, he has developed a very efficient, scalable regimen for me that is based on science and a common sense approach to my current ability and future goals. Ive learned to trust Bills knowledge of nutrition and movement science, and through his training my endurance, core strength, balance, and flexibility has steadily improved. Whether you are committed to training in a specific sport or, like me, just want to look and feel good and enjoy an active life, visit or call Bill Fredericks at FrequencyXP.
Bill is an excellent trainer and extremely knowledgeable with health and nutrition.
Dear Reader:If you are like me and are Orange Leery and have unsuccessfully tried Hoss Fit in the past, you should give Frequency XP a try. No large groups or weird subculture, just a packed 30 minutes of cross-functional fitness to meet whatever goal you may have, be it working out only because you like donuts or just going to the gym to ignore and escape your 99 problems.Whoa wait...only 30 minutes you say? Yes, I, too, was skeptical of such a claim that seemed too simple and reasonable, like a Toyota Camry or the value menu at MacDons. Because, you see, kids, Bill has himself a tried and true system that WORKS over at the ol FXP. Yes, a rarity, I know.I was worried that I could not commit to the system. I was worried about trusting the process. I was worried Florida State football would never recover from *waves hands wildly in the air*. I worried mostly for nothing as I have been going for four years now; two out of three aint bad (looking at you, FSU football). As a self-proclaimed commitment-phobe, FXP is the third longest commitment Ive kept; only behind my marriage and my loathing of all things coconut. That said, if you commit to it and trust what Bill does, the results will show. Just this past weekend I was complimented on my shoulders. Thanks Bill!
Looking for a gym that gets results? This is your place. Regardless of what you fitness goals are the staff at FrenqunecyXP can develop a plan to get you there. Need a gym to just get stronger. They can do that. Need a gym to develop an individual plan backed by science to help you with every part of your fitness needs? They can do that too. Something in between the two? You guessed it, they can do that too.
Frequency XP is the perfect gym for me and my crew. I added the membership as an employee benefit this year. I personally love that Im not stuck on equipment the whole time. The environment is fun and down to earth. Their app makes scheduling a thirty minute workout a breeze and theres never more than four of us in at once. This is great because he can focus on each of us and keeps us motivated. He also keeps the workouts exciting and customized for what we each need to work on. The owner Bill has such a passion for what he does and it shows!
Just as there are no cookie-cutter workouts at FrequencyXP, there are no cookie-cutter clients. FrequencyXP has something for EVERYONE, regardless of age or fitness level. Bill will work with you based on YOUR goals, or help you set some goals if you dont know what you want. Prior to joining FXP, I could barely stand for more than an hour or even walk a mile due to a chronic knee condition. The pain was limiting the quality of my life. Im now not only back to being active, but Im back to playing the sport that I love without pain. An added bonus is that FXP feels like a community, and I look forward to every workout.
