I had zero knowledge of Crossfit before stepping into Midtown Movement & Medicine. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They eased me into the workouts per my fitness level. The owner is a chiropractor and incredibly down to earth. He trains along side the members and is very knowledgeable. The facility is very nice and the members are super friendly.
This is hands down the best Crossfit gym that I have ever been to. My husband and I move around a lot, so we have seen our fair share of gyms and Crossfits. From the welcoming community of coaches and athletes from all walks of life, to the high-quality equipment and space, this Crossfit is truly the best. I cant help but compare this gym to the few weve been to since we have moved and we miss it everyday. The environment is diverse and extremely inclusive. The people and the coaches are incredibly caring and kind, as well as supportive of your overall goals and well-being. The programming is one of the best Ive seen at a Crossfit. The coaches are supportive, high quality, and overall just really great human beings. This gym is very welcoming to people of all fitness levels and there was never a sense of a pretentious attitude from any of the members like you can find at other gyms. Overall everyone is very encouraging and supportive, while still challenging you to become stronger and better skilled with each workout. I was the strongest that Ive ever been in my life when I attended this gym and it is all thanks to the incredible coaching, people, and programming!
One of the best workouts Ive had an years, fun and very fast pace everything I needed. Ramsey was amazing great coach and may I add a strong, handsome man ladies watch out!!

CrossFit TLH and Midtown Movement isn’t just a gym it’s a wellness center; they promote physical and mental wellness through talk therapy, goal setting, and group classes. I couldn’t imagine myself calling any other gym home ❤️.

Knowledgeable instructors and a beautiful facility. I travel to Tallahassee often for work and always squeeze in some time for a workout at Midtown. I highly recommend this place for beginners and advanced fitness connoisseurs.Be sure to find out when “Ramsey” teaches and try his kickboxing class as well, you won’t be disappointed.
Ive been doing Crossfit for a decade, and this is one of the cleanest facilities Ive been a part of. Tight knit community with small classes and high coach/client ratios.
