I called this store about a package that said it would be delivered before 9 PM but it was a place of business that closes at 5 PM. Representative assured me that my package would not be left out all night and that they would deliver it the next day. I even left a note on the door asking that it not be left outside. He left the valuable package there anyway.

This place was amazing. He helped use my laptop to print documents, provided a notary, and worked with my translator. All done patiently and so conscious of my time. This was an experience I will tell people about for years. This company will always have my business.

Came in this afternoon and it was fairly busy, but all 3 of the staff team were very helpful and with great attitudes - quickly taking care of all customers. Victoria walked me through a notary process and was extremely helpful (in line with the comments I heard from customers in front of the line praising her support)

I have been sending a lot of stuff out of this office because I am eBaying my life. Everything I own that can sell on eBay is going and I use this office to mail stuff out. I just dropped off 2 large, oversized items to be packed by them and only gave instructions for no extra packaging. The items were high quality rigid industries light bars and didn’t need it.When all was said and done I paid my fees and looked at the receipts and the employee annotated “customer refused proper packaging.”At what point did I refuse “proper” packaging? When was I notified there was a specification? When was I advised to pack these differently? The answer for those questions is never.If there is such a requirement at UPS, is this statement written on self packaged items? Who know what he packing is like in that already sealed box?This is absolutely idiotic and infuriating by trying to place all blame on the customer for damage that may occur in transit with out even consulting with the customer or warning them at least.This how you can distinguish a legitimate business from a scam. Stay away.

Super wonderful people. I had an appointment for fingerprints to be done. I showed up early and they took me in and helped me get in and out in minutes. Very courteous, very efficient- nice experience!

Great service. Quick and attentive to customers. They set the example with UPS stores. Used to ship a lot from here in college. Even the manager will jump in to help out when customers come in. Very personable and helpful!

Everytime I go in there I get nothing but great service. Susan is always nice and friendly. I had a concern about UPS and she recommended a good idea. I own a small business and i have to ship stuff off at least once a week and will continue using this UPS store because of their great customer service

They are in a congested location too busy and dont have enough staff, i used them for a bit and had mail box if you need to reach them to get mail fwd they never ansswer emails and you cant get them on the phone.I left them went to another UPS store with better ratings. Horrible customer service they dont care about customers stay away.

I took in some things to get faxed, 11 pages. The gentleman told me it was 13. I counted again, 11. He handed it over to a woman who I said it was 11 pages, she counted 11, at the end of the transaction she smiled and said here is your receipt for the 13 pages. Guess where I am going to go if I am shipping something worth thousands of dollars and it needs to be accurately accessed?

I have been a customer for 5 years and have always received extraordinary service. I recently had major surgery and was unable to walk without great difficulty. The management and staff did not wait for me to ask for special attention. The witnessed my handicap and went far above and beyond to accommodate my disability. I have been at this facility over 1,500 times now. I can state with certainty that this business is among the elite in any type of business involved with customer service. DO NOT GO HERE, they are very SKETCHY. After paying $14 for 2 day shipping my package was missing for almost 2 weeks. After calling multiple times, dealing with UPS corporate, and USPS - It wasnt until I finally got ahold of the manager of the store that my package mysteriously shipped out the next day. They also wouldnt reimburse me for the delayed shipping.

Theres a business will a address listed for UPS, so this is my only place to write a complaint. Its call Workplace Compliance Services. This company mailed me a letter asking for $199 to file an annual report on my LLC when in fact my LLC has been dissolved!! Avy company that does a basic search on sunbiz will know this! Yet this company continues to mail entity owners with this knowledge plus the fact that we can file directly through the state!!! TOTAL SCAM AND PEOPLE SHOULD BE JAILED!!!

Very Rude! Employees are so rude and not helpful at all! Tried to send a large picture to Va and I had it already packaged. They wanted $269.00 to send it ground! Idiots at this store and I went to Easy Mail on Mahan Dr and it was $112.00. Very Very friendly in the Easy Mail.You have anything to ship, go to them! I will from now on!

I have had a mailbox at this store since 2011, and I love it - I love the mailbox service and the store in general. It is some of the best money I have ever spent and the customer service is up there with the best I have experienced from any business.The merits of the mailbox service are objective and easy to evaluate. You get a new street address and you dont have to expose your home address; they receive packages for you so you dont have to wait for the carrier; you can pick the packages up at your convenience; they email you when you get a new package. For me, this makes a ton of sense. I do a lot of online shopping, and I wouldnt want to give my HOME ADDRESS to all the dirtbags I want to do business with. Seriously, do you know how many people have your address? Everyone youve dealt with on eBay? Every merchant? Those people know where you sleep. Weird. These benefits are awesome for me and you can reason for yourself to see if they work for you.More subjective is the customer service, and I have only had great experiences. Most of the time, I am walking up to the storefront, and before I open the door, someone sees me coming and they are already going back to retrieve my mail so they can hand it to me. Is this a postcard from the 1950s? No, it is real life. This is what happens when people like their job, when the right people are employed and (presumably) compensated well. When I use their packing & shipping services or their printing services, everything is courteous and professional. I have no problem trusting them with my personal shipping or my business.Since I have been going there for years and I have received several hundred packages, Ive interacted with every employee several times. I can only imagine that if you had a negative experience with these employees, you must be an IMMENSE *******. If you dont think people like this exist -- guess what. (I know you cant guess, which is funny in itself.) If you had one bad experience -- have you thought about the sheer probability of such a negative thing happening once out of very many transactions? I can easily believe that many or most of the negative experiences given in reviews are due to luck and then a strong bias in who chooses to write negative reviews. Or some of them are liars -- people like that exist, too, believe it or not. In all of my time dealing with this UPS Store, I can honestly say I have never had a negative experience. At worst, Ive had to wait five minutes to get my package. My packages have never been lost and I have never suspected them of damage from the UPS Store (very, very few are damaged, anyhow).Im not sure what else I can say to recommend them. I have recommended them and the UPS Store in general to many people and Ive only heard good things back from them. I wish I could afford to give everyone in the store a Christmas bonus.

Used this UPS store as a 3rd party shipper for an item I won from a local Tallahassee goodwill store. The goodwilll store recommended I use this store to ship my item & told me to contact Clayt & he would give me a GOOD deal on shipping. My item was somewhat large (plastic car grille) but light weight. My first quote they gave me was $50 to ship to Colorado. Called back the next day as I had won the auction and Clayt T. told me it was going to be about $100 to ship to me. Item weighed less than 10 pds. He said he hadnt seen the item & would call me back to give me a final quote. Took almost four days &I had to call him. Final quote was $104 to ship my package. RIDICULOUS price for something that didnt weigh much. Some deal this was on shipping but, living across the country, I didnt have many choices. I believe they probably pocketed some of those shipping charges for themselves because there is no way that should have cost that much to ship the item to me. Even argued with them on price since I prices it on UPS web site to ships same item. Item was packed well with stirofoam peanuts & bubble wrap which probably wasnt needed since the item was in the original box to begin with. Talk about talking advantage of somebody with their shipping costs!!!

The young lady who first helped me was very sweet even though she couldnt help me ship my item because it was cigars. They only ship them if Ups picks it up from the store themselves. That was understandable. However the old lady who was working with her made the whole experience unfortunate with her attitude and condescending tone. I told them I was going to ship them at the post office across the street and she scoffed at me and said they dont ship tobacco. I informed her that not only had I received cigars I have also shipped them with the US post office and she implied that I lied to them about what I had been shipping. The worst part was she didnt need to include herself in the conversation as she had been helping/ignoring a customer who needed help with choseing some mailing supplies. She interrupted my conversation and ignored the woman she was supposed to be helping, holding both of us up for a minute or two.

So I just had a friend call them today concerning an envelope that had money and important personal information in it. Basically the manager Doyle told him that hed give him 60 dollars instead of actually helping him. We immeadiately called the 1800 number to complain on him. He was extremely condescending and rude on the phone and this is the MANAGER. Dont go here.

Would never recommend this store to anyone. There is a reason they have terrible reviews. They are rude and dishonest. My 8 yr old daughter left a bag at a hotel. They checked the contents to make sure everything was there and gave it to UPS worker Clayte. I spoke with him directly and paid over the phone for them to mail it to us. He also confirmed the contents were inside. Upon receiving our package there was nothing inside. I called him and he was rude saying he knew I would call to complain. Well, how could you know unless you did something-like steal!! My daughter is so upset. I am sickened by these people. Do not use them.

WOW RUDE I called for a price on a small box rental guy gives me a rate of 256.00 he thinks I have stupid on head when other ups store around Tallahassee are half that, and he kept interrupting me calling me a liar this guy probably over charges everyone and beware if you were to create a ups shipping account you will pay less than what they charge around 15-20% and this guy charges 2 dollars for every 100.00 dollar insurance coverage when UPS charges only a 1 per 100.00 this guy is rude and wont be in business much longer with bad customer service.
