This is our second home remodel using United Rentals. Our first one was about 15 years ago. We had a great experience then. I was pleased to find that the staff is still fabulous.What I appreciate about this staff:1. They never, ever talk down to me because I am female. I cant say the same for other construction venues. I dont have to explain that my dad was an architect, my husband has worked construction, my father-in-law is a GC. They just treat me respectfully from the start. Love that!2. They always answer all of my questions with kindness and patience.3. If they dont have the equipment that I need, they are quick to find it somewhere else.4. They work with me to get just what I need and they dont try to rent more tool than I need.Thanks for all of the excellent service, Tim!

Rented 50 ft . Towable lift, got to cape San blas to do job and boom quit working, so couldn’t finish job, waisted entire day and a tank of gas, have to now go back and finish, they did refund my money, but when I went to inquire renting lift again I wanted to make sure lift would be working properly, Tim who works there told me they checked it out and nothing was wrong with it, I called him out on it and suddenly without even look in computer told there was no lifts were available ( when I returned lift I wanted them to test it out then but they didn’t, now saying after the fact is was ok, what a bad way to do business, someone needs to address Tim’s customer service issues, I now have to go to Panama City to rent a lift, as I can’t rent from United rental in my city

Your team has always gone above & beyond to accommodate our needs. We realize that things are not always going to be perfect however it is nice to have a team mate on our side such as United Rentals. We have used your services for the long haul and very much want to give a shout out to Greg Teasley, Roy Kelly & crew at the CCNE location for their help & understanding the urgency we have on most projects. Roy went over the top to assist us yesterday in getting the rental over to the CCNE location knowing this would save us a lot of time & money, thank you Roy!!

Friendly staff. They will even help you load the equipment up.
