They give you jobs they wouldn’t personally work and the staff agent Elizabeth is a liar she promised me that after my job assignment was complete she would send me to another job assignment, but it was a completely different story she seemed bothered and angered after I told her I did not want to be hired on permanently after my assignment was finished with that company .. she kept saying she was looking for other jobs for me but never called to keep me updated with everything I had to call her to find things out. I kept up my end of my deal but she didn’t, If she didn’t want to continue to work with me that’s all she had to say .

Applied for a job, and was given an interview date and time. I go to the location I was told to go to on the interview date given, get there 20 minutes early. I catch the supervisor walking out and speak to him about this interview just to be told that I need to contact Aerotek and get an accurate interview date because no interviews were going on at that time. After contacting them and being told that the representative doesnt even remember speaking to me AND that I dont qualify EVEN THOUGH I was given an interview date in the first place, I call the supervisor to have him handle it with Aeroteks HR department only to find out that there was a misunderstanding on their end and other guys with my same job field experience were interviewed but I still was not. She told him that they would give me a call and here I am, a month later and still have not heard a thing. Really professional and will not be going through them again, I will be going straight through the company next time.

Aerotek was heaven sent for me. I received a phone call one day from a vibrant recruiter and she has led me in the right career direction ever since that phone call. She ensured that I was happy and comfortable in my work environment and she always went above and beyond. Now, I not only have a great job, but an awesome career. I was applying for an internal career with Aerotek recently and had a very poor experience. I met them at the career fair for my school and soon after that scheduled a phone interview which went very well. Between the time I met them at the career fair and about 2 weeks after the phone interview, a woman and I corresponded several times planning to meet in person as well as getting me in to the office for an in person interview. About a week before the assumed in person interview the woman stopped responding to my emails and phone calls and I never hard anything from her again. This, to me, was extremely unprofessional and honestly very rude. I hope that this isnt how they treat the people that they are recruiting jobs for because I can say that I would advise anyone considering going through this company to rethink and find someone else. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

As someone with a background in Industrial Design, it was a challenge relocating to the Northwest part of Florida. Specifically because theres a lack of Industrial Design firms in the area. Luckily, the staff at Aerotek Tallahassee recognized that my abilities and talents would transfer well.Additionally, after meeting with me, they could get a sense of my personality and match me in an environment where I could be part of a productive team while being able to maximize my creative potential. Im grateful for all their hard work, Jing Jing Li, especially, who even helped with the deluge of administrative paperwork to verify my employment which allowed us to buy our new home. Id like to commend also, Carrie Sharpe, for keeping me on my toes and assisting with HR requests. All in all, theyre a great bunch of people who would go out of their way to help with your employment needs. Theyre easily the first people Ive befriended since moving here.
