I had amazing service at iDope. They were quickly able to identify and fix the problem with my phone. They were nice people and very friendly. Will definitely go back if I need more service!

Just moved in here last week from New Jersey. I had a bunch of repair work done on my phones back home but nothing came close to the customer service and pricing I received from iDope. Staff is extremely kind and friendly. In addition, my phone screen was replaced in 10 minutes which was insanely fast. Great people

I am not blaming the company because maybe their repairs were affected by Apple not making it easy to repair their phone with OEM components. But I’ve had two separate phone repairs from them over the last 8 years (both screen repairs) that literally destroyed the phones within months. The first phone had a cracked screen and once replaced developed static lines that progressively worsened and within two months the screen died forever. My second phone repair, which was for a 7S, was also for a cracked screen. I was told they used an OEM screen and could not get an OEM battery. Well within a week the phone started crashing and restarts at random - sometimes it’s when I try to call someone, sometimes it’s when I try to use the touch screen to adjust the screen brightness or start a timer, or open the camera to take a picture, a few times it is when I load a webpage. I see little lines running across the screen as it dies. The battery can sometimes feel super hot when charged but it is new - but not OEM (which they said they can’t get). As mentioned this repair was done a couple months ago. This is not acceptable and my $200 repair bill should have gone to the purchase of a new phone. But I don’t know whether to blame the repair shop or Apple for making repairs of their phones so difficult. My advice is NEVER have your phones repaired here and if you crack your screen either keep it as is or throw it away for a new phone. NEVER repair the screen it will kill the phone. It worked perfectly with the cracked screen and now it dies 10x per day. I would not take any iPhone to this shop for repair. Or even attempt repair.

Oh snap, where do I start….Dope with idope….Back when Justin Black started out on Pensacola St, he did a great job on my iPhone. I knew then that iDope was the place for me. I just recently went in on Sunday because my charger port wouldn’t charge. Come to find out, it was just some lint that I couldn’t see blocking my charging cable. Thanks to the guy who’s name I never got that fixed my problem on Jul 25, I appreciate the work you did for me.

Would give more stars if I could. there was something stuck in my charging ports on my MacBook Pro, and I went into idope. They fixed it right away, it took less than 5 minutes. he was so nice and helpful, I will definitely be back and tell my friends if they ever have any issues. Very impressed.

I went here with phone charging issues and they were able to properly diagnose and thoroughly clean my charging port and saved me the cost of a new one. And they did it at no cost! Outstanding service!!!

IDope has successfully handled several iProblems for me over the past five years. Highly recommended!!I’ve worked mostly with Richard, but all the folks I’ve dealt with there are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They replaced the battery in an ancient iPad—still works like a champ. They later pulled my data from a failing Galaxy 6 and moved it into a new iPhone, no problems. Just today they seamlessly set up my iPhone 11 Pro Max at a very reasonable price. Again: good service, good prices, good people.

Thought my ear speaker was bad from saltwater, I walked in, he looked at it, cleaned it. It worked he also cleaned the other speaker, I can hear again and thought I was going to spend a pile. Nope, no charge, thanks fella lunch is on me tomorrow

Thanks to our daughter who recommended iDope we have had two iPads with cracked screens repaired. The first iPad had problems with the screen and the guys were quick to fix the problem and make it right. It works like new. They did a great job with the second iPad our son had dropped and we got a new screen, glass cover and cover to protect it in the future. There guys know what they are doing and I heartedly recommend them for your iPad or Mac repairs

If I could give iDope 7 stars out of 5, I would! Excellent to work with, they are tech geniuses. Any issues with technology, hacked social media accounts, etc. they should be able to resolve. I had my Facebook account compromised and was locked out for almost a month. They were able to find a way to get around my 2 Factor Authenticator codes that I wasn’t receiving due to the hack that occurred. Richard Gasperi knew exactly what had happened and went through the steps with me to reset, and reopen my account.

I had cracked my IPhone and Richard was so helpful and fast. He was very engaging and professional. He had my phone fixed in 5 minutes and it looks better than ever. The building itself is really awesome, very nice design. 12/10 would crack my phone again just to be able to have the pleasure of working with IDope in future.

One of the keys on my Macbook Air broke, and I tried to fix it myself but only broke it further. Called iDope, despite the kitschy name, because they were open late. Richard quoted me $10 and 10 minutes for the repair, and he kept both those promises, even though the repair ended up being more involved than expected. The time from when I first called them to when I got home was less than an hour, including travel time. I sincerely recommend this business. Richard is knowledgable, friendly, and professional, and he did a great job fixing my computer. Thanks, guys!

Great place to get your MacBook fixed. They had my MacBook fixed in under an hour. Some places said it would take a couple weeks to even get the part in stock. Great knowledgeable staff that are willing to help when in need of a repair for any electronic device.

Today, Richard replaced my iPhone 7 Plus screen. He was professional and kind. I was in and out in a short time. He made sure to take care of the inside of my phone and make sure that all of the parts got put back where they belong. The store is clean and there are lots of good choices for cases and accessories. I also found out that they can replace my battery! Side note: They have an interactive african cichlid (the fish) which I loved.

FIXED MY COMPUTER DURING FINALS IN ONE DAY!My computer got the blue screen of death right before I had to submit a massive assignment. I took it to Richard at iDope and he got it back to me in one day! He said it usually takes a little longer, but he knew I was in a tough spot on time so he made it a priority. I couldnt recommend them higher. Not only did I get my computer back fast, it was the best price in town! My computer is even faster than it was before because of the new SSD. If I ever have any issues with a phone or computer again (fingers crossed), Im driving straight to iDope.

Highly highly highly recommend! The senior technician, Richard, is extremely good at what he does, and he will tailor his services to your exact needs for very fair prices. I own an older Macbook Pro that would have cost nearly $700 to replace the computer screen (the backlight quit, but my LCD display worked fine). Richard brainstormed more affordable solutions and he took apart my screen, worked his magic, and was able to get the backlight working again and saved my screen. Richard saved me hundreds by fixing the root of the issue - the backlight. By FAR the best tech repair center in Tallahassee. Excellent customer service and elite work. 10/10!

One morning the inside of my laptop screen went completely white and static looking and the only place I could go to was iDope. The person how helped me was very friendly and ensured that he would fix my laptop screen by the end of the day. He even went as far as waiting a bit after closing for me to show up to pick it up before labor day (or else Id have to wait til tuesday). I would definitely come here again if I have any more issues with my laptop.

Another shop tried to charge me 80 dollars to fix my earpiece issue on my iPhone 11, idope told me to just come in and they will clean it for me for free. When I went they had it cleaned in a matter of seconds.

I do not write many reviews, but this place exceeds expectations. They fixed my iPhone x camera for a fraction of what Apple was going to charge. When I needed a screen replacement for an iPad, they had the necessary part overnighted at no additional cost. When I asked about a battery replacement they gave great advice and educated me about the decision rather than try to sell me something I didnt need. Great integrity, great prices, and great service.

I had the nightmare happen of the classic spilled cup of water over my laptop and the guys at iDope took care of me right away! I have only had the pleasure of dealing with Richard Gasperi, but he was more than enough to make Idope of Tallahassee my permanent repair shop even AFTER moving back to south Florida. He is veryyy professional, kind, knowledgeable, and honest and I genuinely recommend his services to anyone before going anywhere else. Period.

While I rarely leave reviews, I can’t recommend these guys enough. I took my wife’s iPhone in with a cracked screen along with my MacBook Air which was having intermittent start-up issues. The iPhone screen was replaced in 10 minutes before we left. We left the MB Air and it turned out to have minor water damage. Richard was able to replace the one damaged component on the logic board. iDope is one of the few shops that do component replacement, most Apple repair places would have required a logic board replacement, at a cost 3 - 5 times higher. These guys are personable, trustworthy, and know their stuff.
