When I placed the request for Stanley Steemer to come I explained it was for an elderly lady and she could not move furniture so they would need to move. I had no problems whatsoever!! The two guys, Ron and ? from Tallahassee, FL were very professional, explained everything to us about which spots may or may not come out, even what to do while it was drying. Your company is very lucky to have such courteous and thoughtful not to mention conscientious employees. The world needs more people like these guys!!

I was trying to get my carpet cleaned on my days off. I was asked to change my appointment because they were serving someone else on days that I had to work. This was so unprofessional to me because when I scheduled online the days were marked as available. Customers should be serviced at their best time frame not when its convenient for the company.

At the first phone call to Stanley Steemer I had an appointment for an opinion and estimate. Less than 24 hours after calling Stanley Steemer, I have a completely clean and freshen sofa and recliner. My sofa had been spotted with baby formula which seeped in and after a couple of changes of seasons bloomed into larger spots of discoloration. An enzyme treatment made available through Stanley Steemer alleviated any further contamination and the cleaning left the sofa looking almost new. I am quite satisfied. A good cleaning under $200 saved me the cost of a replacement.

Our carpets look great and the team took extra care cleaning an antique couch of significant sentimental value. We will use them again, for sure!

I have a hard time saying that they are good or bad in reality we ended up cancelling with them because the lady on the phone insisted we pay with cash or local check, I asked to be billed, I asked to give a cc. But the lady said it needed to be cash or local check. We are military and use usaa which was not acceptable to her. After she said we could do certified. I asked what that was and she said it a background check to take a credit card. I told her no thank you and found another cleaner. Stanley streamer was going to charge me $1400. The other place quoted me $750. I am sure stanley streamer would do amazing, but since they made it a hassle for an out of towner to pay they lost my business. Maybe it was just the operator on the phone but when I called to cancel that operator said they could bill me or pay with cc through email link. But I felt it was to little to late at that point. Plus the other place was half the cost.

I am still debating on if this was a good purchase. The associates were professional. The job was performed in under 45 minutes. That was great. I do not believe that the smell was greatly improved by having this done.

I was very pleased with the work the two gentlemen did today. They cleaned two rooms and a sofa in time for me to have guests for Christmas. I appreciate the hard work and kind service.

We are purchasing a house in Thomasville and wanted to have the tile/grout cleaned before we move in. I have used Stanley Steemer in the past for carpet and have always been highly satisfied but havent used for tile and grout cleaning. Decided to try and SO glad we did!!! It looks amazing! The Tech was fantastic! Very satisfied with his work, his customer service and especially his overall attitude. He recommended that we repeat the cleaning in about 6 months to further brighten the grout-will definitely call and request same service and same tech!!

We had our carpets cleaned by Joe W from Stanley Steemer. We used SS several years ago and were happy with the service and the entire experience, and are super happy to report a second fantastic experience from Joe W at Stanley Steemer. SS booking process is easy and the customer service over the phone to get a quote is excellent. I got several different quotes from local places, and SS is one of the only ones that told me what the price would be without the caveat that the price can change once the tech arrives. While SS wasn’t the cheapest (although not significantly more), I want to know the price out the door and not have to worry about being charged extra for something we agreed on in the beginning. The communication leading up to our cleaning was excellent, and I received a call thirty minutes before arrival to let us know he was on the way. Joe W was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable when he arrived. He described what he would do, and then set about his work. So pleased with this experience! My husband wasn’t thrilled about going with the higher price, but after Joe left he said it was totally worth it and was very pleased with the results. It’s hard letting people come into your home for something you wish you could do yourself, but I would highly recommend Joe and Stanley Steemer to anyone who needs carpets cleaned. Our carpets look great! You can bet I’ll be going with SS in the future!

We have used Stanley Steemer twice now and Antonio Okain was our tech both times. We will continue using Stanley Steemer because of employees like Antonio. Getting to know him and seeing his work ethic, he is the type of employee that is the life blood of all companies. From greeting us at the door he explained the services, reviewed the rooms and helped me situate the areas so every space was covered. By far this was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had with a franchised company. If anyone from corporate reads this, he is the kind of guy you want developing and training your teams. I encourage you to take notice of this guy because people like him are the most valuable assets you can acquire to produce success.

The to young men arrived right on time, assessed what needed to be done, then did a fabulous job cleaning 3 area rugs and the master bedroom. My carpets look terrific.....even the tough stains are gone. I happily recommend Stanley Steamer for carpet cleaning needs.

They were on time and courteous. Job completed very quickly, maybe too quickly i think. One room did have thick carpet but it seemed unusually wet. Over 6 hours later with fans and air conditioning, one could ring water from a towel placed on floor to walk on. Maybe filters needed cleaning. There was quite a bit of hair still on carpet after cleaning. This was a rental unit and carpet had been vacuumed with a decent cleaner after long haired tenant moved out. The steam cleaning seemed to bring hair to the surface but not remove it.Have been using them for many years and happy with the service. About two years ago was most recent. It was just ok so this was like a second chance. Time to shop around.

Andrew and Mickey were the original technicians. Andrew headed up the team with courtesy and professionalism presenting the requested services and prices. Mickey supported Andrew and answered several questions while Andrew was working. Excellent teamwork. Upon agreement all work was performed and Andrew asked us to review the work and see if we were satisfied. Hard to determine until steamed carpet is dry. I called the office the next day after it was discovered that a few spots had not come out on the original cleaning. The office lady was very helpful and asked several questions concerning the carpet spots. She then scheduled an appointment. The office promptly called prior to their arrival. Andrew came in and examined the areas of concern. We discussed a plan of action and Andrew and his new assistant were back to work. Within no time the job was completed and examined again. I would like to say that due to the courteous response and efforts by the Stanley Steemer team headed up by Andrew we are very pleased and will use your services again in the future. We’ve had some issues with our toddler and potty training, so we needed our carpets professionally cleaned. Joseph and Eric were polite and friendly. They offered an enzyme treatment to get rid of the smell and completed the job much faster than I anticipated. The cost was also very reasonable. My apartment’s carpets look better than the day I moved in.

The Tech crew, Mathew and Logan, did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They arrived on time, interviewed me for the special requirements I had then proceeded to clean the carpets as agreed to. They took extra care to clean the most heavily tracked areas, especially door ways from tilled areas to carpeted rooms. They worked efficiently and quickly. Again, outstanding effort.

I was at a loss trying to get pet urine out of my carpet. After cleaning the carpet myself with a locally owned store cleaning machine you could still smell the urine. Kyle and Josh came in, were straight up and told me its going to be a little more because the odor was deep. I said, Lets do it..The carpet half way through the cleaning smelled amazing. But, the best part was their customer service and knowledge about the process. They are an awesome team!

Stanley Steemer always does a fantastic job. The carpets are cleaned well, the staff is professional, and the overall experience is excellent.

All the crew who did work at my home were great. I am very satisfied with the Vent cleaning but was not so impressed with the carpet and tile floor cleaning. My carpet smells worse than before they came. I have had fans running but it smells like wet dog :-( it also does not appear that they cleaned inside the closet nor do I think they vacuumed before hand.

The gentlemen were on time, very friendly, and QUICK. They continuously checked in on my three month old napping to make sure they weren’t being too loud. Oh and they left my rugs spotless After two dogs and a newborn!

The technicians were professional and competent, as well as being very personable and respectful. Service was great and the rugs look and smell fresh. I would certainly use the service again or recommend them to a family or friend.

Anthony and Hector did a great job. Anthony explained the process, showed me the truck they use, moved the furniture out of the way. They cleaned our carpets, tiles and grout and were finished in about 2 hours. I would definitely use Stanley Steemer again.

I do not need to hire them to know I do not want their machines anywhere near my house. The next time one appears in my neighborhood I will call the city ordinance dept with proof from a decibel meter that the noise generated from the truck exceeds the legal limit. Some vacuum truck companies equip their vehicles with adequate muffling systems...obviously SS does not. The single star awarded was forced on me to be able to post this review. I give them a negative five stars for subjecting healthy hearing people to so much noise pollution.

The Stanley Steemer guys just left my house, and the place looks FANTASTIC. Adam and Sihrus were the service technicians, and these men really know what theyre doing. After arriving at my house (ON TIME) this morning, they made a quick assessment of things, and wisely recommended an extra enzyme treatment, as they knew we had two little dogs in our house who are sometimes wetters. I wont hesitate to make arrangements for these two men to come back and clean additional rooms in my house - and will ask for them by name. They were hard-working, friendly, and professional. I have every reason to believe that Stanley Steemer values the work these two men do, and is thrilled to have them as part of the Stanley Steemer team. We had a couple of guys come out a few months back to clean our ductwork after some major home repair. They were very professional and did a great job. We called recently to see if they could come back as we were not sure the ductwork was as clean as it could be. They told us they would and showed up on time. They did everything they could to be sure we were happy including getting into the attic and checking for any leaks in the ductwork. They also checked for any water damage through the house. They were there for about an hour and didn’t charge a dime. Nice guys, professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely call them again for any needs they can help with.

The men did an awesome job with my extremely dirty carpet. I called them and they sent someone out in about 30 mins. Very fast! They were both polite and finished the whole house in about 45 mins. I was however unable to leave a tip because they couldnt accept tips on a credit card. This option should be available and the employees should get those tips added to their paycheck. Other than that I was very satisfied. Anyone who wants to leave a tip should be sure to have cash on hand fyi
