Love coming to Acura to have my car serviced. The prices are fair, they have a nice client waiting area with coffee, snacks and vending machines, and they are extremely friendly. They’ve given me a loaner a few times if the service takes more than a couple of hours.

They are very friendly and listen to you. When you tell them whats wrong with your vehicle; they dont try to tell you its something else. If its going to take all day to fix your vehicle they offer you a loaner car. I am always SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

I never have an issue with the service at Proctors. It is always first rate. However, I have been having an issue with my 5 year old Accura MDX FOR THE LAST 6 months and we are stymied. No one can find the culprit. It is extremely frustrating to say the least. It is worrisome because I am an older woman and the car battery goes dead at almost exactly every two months. I can not have this happening somewhere where I can’t reach help. I will now seek help at Acura headquarters.
