I needed to replace a rug I bought from this store 3 years ago because it had gotten some stains that could not be removed. Christine Eunice helped me find the exact rug, ordered it and had me out the door in 20 minutes. Christine kept me up to date on the expected arrival of the rug, delivery date and disposal of the old rug. Fantastic experience and will definitely be shopping here again.

Exceptional service. Jeremiah and Heath were the two people I talked to and I appreciated both of them so much. Now I have this gorgeous Turkish rug that looks great, feels exceptional, and completes the room. Get to this store stat. You have to live with a rug for a very long time, so why not treat yourself to something exquisite?

I went there for an interview. Nice place!

I went to the store with my home plans and spoke with someone who said I would have a quote that afternoon. Got a call later that day and was told it would be not until Monday. Got a call on Monday asking if I could take the room measurements. I said I was busy and maybe when I had time. Got a call the next day and the salesperson offered to come to my home on Wednesday to take the measurements. The person never showed up!! On Monday I reached out to. 2 other companies who have already come to my home and I already have a quote from one of them and am expecting the second one soon. I have used Brian Barnards before and the experience was much better then.

Needed carpet installed quickly before I moved into our home. JR and his team were great, stayed until 7 PM to finish the job the night before we moved in after the power went out for over 2 hours! Worked with my extremely tight deadline and delivered above and beyond!!

Tim was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We had nice quality carpeting and vinyl installed for a fair price. The work was done timely (sooner than estimated!) and professionally. My wife noticed a small defect in one of the vinyl planks and they replaced it almost immediately with no hassle or additional costs. Overall a great experience and we will be returning for any future needs.

Buddy and the installer at Brian Barnards Flooring America were both great. Buddy knows his products, and twice has been able to dig up a great deal for me. His installer was super professional, and quickly assessed an unforeseen issue and worked around it, and returned to finish off the job. Great team!

Easy breezy service with Buddy Wallace.....even with a crazy holiday Thanksgiving week, that didn’t hold things up for our installation of carpet and vinyl flooring. I couldn’t be happier.

We were looking for flooring that was discontinued and they had some that was really close.

So happy we choose Brian Barnards!! Tim helped us pick out the right flooring and kept it in our budget. We ended up with a better product, at a much better price, than Lowes. Even better, he had our floors installed within the week.

NOT HAPPY. Installers were not prepared to do their job. Had to borrow my extension cord. Flooring America installers could not speak english. I complained because they did not clean the floor before installing new pad. I offered to vacuum the mess, they shut the door so I could not see. Left paper, plastic, & old pad pieces in yard for me to clean up.[I think it was on purpose] Dropped tools that left marks on the newly refinished hard wood floors.Then the sales girl called to get paid before they were done. Now its starting to show wear. I dont think we got what we paid for. Will look else where next time. Do not recommend.

I do not recommend this company, I was overcharged and ignored. I worked with Melinda, she seemed nice from the get go but a little scattered but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I picked out my tile and we had come to an agreement on price. I was very aware of what that exact price should have been because I was on a tight budget. I went ahead and gave her my info to charge my card and order my tile over the phone. My mistake was in taking her word for it and not having the price in writing. I saw my credit card charge a few days later and saw that she charged me more than we had agreed upon. I called her and ended up having to leave a voicemail. She responded with an email claiming that she didnt have the amount notated and isnt good with remembering tax or something but this is the price that it should be. I remember her telling me on the phone what the price would be and I had already done the math before speaking with her - calculating my exact price with tax and shipping because I was on that tight of a budget. When she said over the phone the amount that I had come up with I figured we were good to go. I tried calling her, leaving word with the receptionist for her to call me and emailing her, she never responded to me. If for some reason you ever have to use this company make sure you get EVERYTHING IN WRITING but personally I wouldnt use them ever again.

Joshua was very friendly and professional making sure I got everything I needed to complete a 2 room project I was doing also the installers cesar and his crew was very very professional and did a awesome job removing the furniture and installing the carpet and putting all furniture back exactly how they found it.... very impressive will most definitely do business with joshua again....

If you need flooring installed, go talk to Rebecca! She helped us pick out the style and quality carpet that worked best for us, and was always there to answer any questions we had. She was quick to come out and give us a quote and gave us a great price. The installation crew was quick, friendly, and professional, and even moved our furniture for us so we didn’t have to! Couldn’t be more impressed with Rebecca and the whole crew - I will, and have, recommended them to all my family, friends, and clients. Thanks guys!

A lot of flooring places sell you material and give you a list of installers.And then youre left in limbo when inevitable problems arise.Not so at Brian Barnards--they take responsibility for the whole job turning out perfect.I do a lot of replacement carpeting and vinyl for property management.My salesman there is Robert Foster, and he knows his stuff.Its nice to have a place to go for carpet that is competitive and professional.Its also nice to know there are not going to be any delays about installation.
