Steven Forton from Bath Fitter did a great job putting in a new tub and all new fixtures in our home! He was on time and finished the job in good time. He cleaned up so well you couldn’t tell he had been there except for the new shower. My mom was very impressed with him. We had 1 bathroom tub replaced and converted to a shower. Our installer was on time, friendly and efficient. Even cleaning up all tear out and sweeping. It looks amazing and was definitely the update it needed. All this is 1 day!!! Highly recommend this company.

Steven Forton came to our house today and took out our old tub and installed a walk-in shower for my father. He was so sufficient and this shower looks fabulous. When I can, I would love to have them install a walk-in tub/shower in my bathroom. Thank you so much Bath Fitter!!

New tub looks nice, but feels very flimsy, unlike what I expected. Its not laying directly against the tub beneath it, and it gives way a bit when I walk on it. Also, 2 of my wall tiles that I was trying to save were knocked off the wall and damaged during installation. How does that happen? It might have been an easier install if 2 technicians were on site instead of one, as it looked like a tricky installation, so I dont totally blame the guy. He was nice about it, but still. I was trying to do the tub only because the wall was still in good shape. Now, not so much. Installation took a few hours, as expected. No drainage/leak problems noticed as of yet.*Update*After the initial problems I had. Bathfitter management did a good job working with me to get everything fixed. Still took longer than I expected, but in the end I got a good product for a good price.

Great product but had problems from day one in both baths. Product is not worth the price. One of the new shower walls is coming loose from wall.

Horrible place to work for. They contract out their show workers and tell you they will work around your schedule and your availability. Well they dont. They expect you to travel where is needed for free . By that I mean they dont pay for your gas, mileage, or perdiem. If you cant make it because of a car issue or for another reason, youre then sent a message threatening your job telling you they will find someone else. Youre also expected to have your location at all times even when youre not working, through their app youre made to download that way they can track if youre at work. Also you can forget weekends, youre told in the beginning that they alternate weekends, but you just end up working 7 days a week with no weekends. Also with any sales lead you get, theres no commission.

Not professional at all. Waited for them to come with two new tubs and when they finally show up niether tub would work. The salesman was told that the same size tub would not work in both the master that has a garden tub and the hall bath that has a standard tub. I told the guys to take the measurements they needed and when they got back to the office to have them call me. A week later still no call. When I went by there I was told it was reported that no one was home. If no one was home shouldnt someone call to reschedule? If no one was home then how did I talk to the guys on my wifes cell phone who called me as soon as they got there? I am done with them!

This is a general post relative to work Bath fitter does not perform... they do not refinish, reglaze or repair tubs.... they sell bathtub liners ....period.

Tylor Stanley and his guys showed up on time-got to work and installed a beautiful shower replacing our tub unit. Did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for an updated bathroom.

Needed the tub to shower conversion called several people and bathfitters was the only one toShow for the estimate. They came Wednesday at 10.00am and completed the bathroomThat night. It is amazing looks so nice Im very satisfied with the conversion and Bathfitters.My installer was Steven Forton the work was top notch from begining to end he loves what he does and explained every question. I recommend Bathfitters and Steven Forton so glad I called them.

Very disappointed in the service provided by Bathfitter of Tallahassee. They ordered the wrong tub, had to wait an extra week. Then we started calling on May21st about a leak and seemed to get the run around by the office staff. Didnt get a call back about an appointment. Luckily my husband was able to get a time frame for today June 6th. For the money spent the hassle was not worth it.

What a nightmare! My list is more then 15 things went wrong. (For example incomplete shower, water leak, manager does not return calls) Do not go with this office. Sales representatives who came to my home was a great guy. (too bad he’s working for the wrong company). We had a water leak (It came down to my living-room on the first floor). I paid for a plumber to come to check on the plumbing and I am out of $105. They have not offered to reimburse me or pay for this damage. I am still waiting on my deposit reimbursement. I contacted them several of time and asked them to pick up their materials but as of this day 1/21/19. They come up with excuses why they can’t get to me. (Too busy). Darrell (manager) he does not call back and is not treating this as it’s his priority. I can continue writing with more horrible experiences but this shows they do not stand behind 100% satisfaction.
