Went to get my undercut touched up, the shape is a simple “V” on the back of my neck. The stylist worked incredibly quickly and obviously wasn’t careful with it at all. When I got home and took a shower two huge clumps of hair came out, I assume from where she pushed the line up and started shaving where the long hair was. Never going back again, you get what you pay for.

I walked in and the atmosphere was very dull. I proceeded to check in and let them know I had arrived. Before my haircut I had informed the lady that was going to cut my hair that I wanted a specific hairstyle and she said it was very doable. I got my haircut and the result was beyond horrible. My hairline was botched and my sideburns were completely uneven with one being slanted. My hair was not at all what I had asked for and I was very unsatisfied with the way it looked. However, I did still pay the full price of 21 dollars for the haircut and left a tip bringing my total to 25 dollars. I hope Sports Clips can really try and work on hiring people who are actually skilled at cutting hair.

Kinda got a dont give an F attitude from our stylist but once I got her taking she shared some good tips with my son and sold us on some product. Online wait time was not accurate as we waited for 3 dudes in front of us to complete their MVP treatment - so keep that in mind.

Id brought my teen son here for his first real haircut (since covid-19, done by me) since he would be returning to in person school. He enjoyed the atmosphere and his haircut looked great.I needed to get mine done (again, not done by anyone but me since covid-19) so I came in and Shirley cut my hair. She was very friendly, personable and did a great job. Ill be happy to return again. A little pricey compared to a regular barber, but nice if you want to be pampered a bit.

If this is the 1 on Mahan Dr I had no problem waiting patiently. Till it became my turn the young lady that had the blue colored hair with glasses asked if I had a mask I said no .She started she didnt feel comfortable cutting my hair and took the next customer. I stayed about another 15 minutes as her and the customer that she was serving spoke about people sould be wearing mask .If find it very funny that that it looked to be the manager and stylist in the chair right next to her was having customer take there masks off to have the facial hairs trimmed.Im not only very offended as a 100% combat disabled Veteran that a employee of yours would talk about me with another customer while I was present, but the fact that your staff would ask customers to take there masks off to have there beard and mustache trimmed, but yet I was refused service by a rude and very sloth looking individual.I am know at the Sport clips at Ocala corner where I normally go and receive excellent service.I will make sure at my legion hall post meeting,VFW post meeting and my Mason log to let them know to NOT do any business with your privately owned franchisees of sport clip..I thought more of this location be that I have been several times be4.FYI the other 2 stylist that where working were very sweet and professional, I do believe that she needs to find other employment being the fact that she has hands on contact with customers.A very disappointed customerMichael Grace

Mine n my caregiver had our 2nd visit to Sports Clips, Rebecca cut both our hair...she went so above n beyond to make our experience a memorable one, we couldnt be happier with our cuts, she made us feel very comfortable, she took her time to ensure our haircut came out exactly as we wanted...she is an absolute delight, an amazing n phenomenal hair stylist, would absolutely recommend her to anyone...we both are totally n completely satisfied with our cuts, shes a definite asset to the company...in our eyes, she the best hair stylist in Tallahassee!...thank you Rebecca for making us feel welcome, comfortable n delivering a haircut experience second to none!...your the best!!!

I always come here. All the staff are great and they do an excellent job. They cut my hair exactly how I want it whenever its time for one. Great service and great people!

Good place to get a haircut but you need to book ahead if it is weekend. It gets super crowded, location being great and all. They are all really nice but the stylists are a hit and miss. You eventually end up finding a good stylist that fits your needs and keep the name and book on your next appointment. Prices are fair. Much cheaper than a lot of places. Plenty parking in the shopping center.

Reasonable prices for hair cuts, but I must say MVP is the way to go. Hair cut, shampoo, conditioner, warm towel for your face while their washing your hair, head massage, and finished with shoulder massage all for $24.00. You cant go anywhere for that price for all that. Go get ya some.

As a young guy in early 30s with thinning hair and a few grays I understand that people get busy and put off hair cuts but honey--not this one, you get a cut, shampoo, conditioner, scalp treatment, head neck and shoulder massage up to Three times with a warm towel (or cool if you prefer to make you feel so fresh clean and rejuvenated. And for only $20!! Audrey is my favorite but they are all excellent.

5 stars from me. Took my 3 year old here and was very pleased with the turn out. Ashley is freaking awesome and great with kids so if you go to this Sports Clips, ask for her :)

This is the FIRST EVER Google review Ive ever done, but I couldnt let this go. Absolutely the slowest and most insufficiently ran haircut establishment I have ever been to! I had 1 person in front of me when I arrived, and there were 2 stylists working (on a Friday afternoon). I assumed it would take roughly 10-15 minutes until Id be up. Instead, a whole half hour went by before the gentlemen ahead of me was FINALLY taken for his haircut. I should have left then, but I thought surely Id be up any minute. Another 15 minutes went and I had still not been sat for a haircut. At that point another gentleman that called ahead for an appointment showed up, and was nearly an hour late. However, even though he was extremely late, since he called ahead, his name was ahead of mine on the screen with next in line. By that point I literally couldnt wait any longer, I got there at 6:15 and I left at 7:00, and I NEVER GOT A HAIRCUT!! Obviously I will not be back.

Find a stylist you like and stick with her/him. Ive had 3 different people cut my hair with 3 different results. Appointments arent available so allow 15-20 minutes of wait time. ALWAYS get the hair wash and hot towel for your face. It is well worth the extra few bucks.

I stumbled upon this place today after being treated wrong at another barber shop and I must say this place has me as a new customer forever! Its the weekend and it was a bit crowded, but it was a fair wait time and definitely worth it! As a new customer I received a scalp, shoulder and neck massage along with a warm towel and it was amazing.I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a haircut!

The wait here is long but there is a system here where you can see where you are in line. You can go online and reserve a slot, show up and you are probably quite far ahead in line. I wish I had known before going. Ill know for next time.The price for a mens haircut is higher than usual but per signs at the store, they will trim neckline for free between haircut.My son was please with his haircut and the stylist was pleasant.

Great spot for a haircut. The wait can be a little long, but its worth it because my stylist is still there. Im not going to tell you her name because I dont want anyone else to request her. :) Also, the massage chair and scalp massage is pretty awesome.

This location is wonderful, as is the one up by Killearn. My son and I have been coming since it opened. Everyone’s great.Cyndi has been my regular stylist for years. She’s super friendly, does a fantastic job and I’ve never left unhappy.That said, we lead a busy life, I now use their online checkin to get in line before I leave or wait at home if it’s gonna be a bit. That also means sometimes first available stylist makes the most sense and everyone my son and I have gotten have all been great. Keep up the good work and service. We appreciate it.

I received one of the worst hair cuts I think that I have ever gotten about 3 weeks ago. I was in a hurry so I didnt stop to check it well at that time. I had a # 2 up the sides and latter found hair 1 long behind my ears. I normally get a good cut. I dont know if I will be back!

Good service, solid haircut, good price. Get there early on Sundays. I was there a few minutes before they opened by the time I left the waiting area was packed.

Godawful and intrusive customer management system where you have to provide a full name and phone number to get service. Otherwise OK. Theres always a wait as theyre never fully staffed. But theyre conveniently located, so thats nice. And they dont try to push products on you as much as other salons.

Dont think Ive ever had a bad haircut. Wait times can be very long though

Was going to sports clips in killearn before this one opened. The only stylist I see transferred so I followed her here. If you can, see Emily. She is amazing and for 2 years the only stylist I ever saw. Wait times are low if there is any wait at all, and they do a great job. Clean, fast, great hair cuts, fair prices. Cant ask for more. If you can the mvp is well worth it.

Took our son to this place to get a haircut. Part of my sons sideburns werent shaved off and they left hair all over his head. Will not waste my money at this place again.
