This place is pathetic...they will cancel on you at the last minute right before moving your appointment at a time that was not requested. 1 Trash Barbershop dont care if you got a wedding about to happen, family event, funeral, or meeting for a job theyll do you dirty at the last minute. Good thing there are other Black owned barbershops or just simply other barber shops in general that are even better. I know one thing though, I refuse to support a buissnes that cant hold their own.

If you are looking for a true Florida barber shop then this is for you. Definitely gives me south Florida vibes and all the barbers seem pretty cool. Ever since I found this place I refuse to get a cut anywhere else. As long as you communicate well to them what you want then youll leave pretty happy.

I had a 12 o-clock appointment and the guy said he was runny behind. So I said ok cool, 45 min later I was still waiting so I left. Im sure they do a good job but I was on lunch break

My son went here twice. The first barber that cut his hair did an okay job. I tried to book with him again and the barber canceled the appointment. We rebooked the appointment with a different barber and he messed up my sons hair line. Not to only mention, as the guy is cutting my sons hair, the guy I originally booked with shows up to the shop just hanging around, talking, and not cutting no one’s hair. Customer service is horrible, along with the parking. I recommend Confidence Cuts, they are always on point and don’t have you waiting around.

This has been my go-to barber shop ever since I moved here. Clean place with great barbers. Had the luxury to try out a couple of different barbers and I have to say that going with Greg is the way to go.

I actually liked my haircut from here and the price was pretty decent. The actual barbershop was a little sketchy from what I saw. People in hoodies walking in and out and strange things happening in the back. I also got approached in the parking lot, which was unexpected. If you are not black or Latino, you may feel somewhat out of place here as well.

This place is great for a Good fade or tape. Tyler is the bomb for cuts, but pretty much every one there cuts good. Warning though its not a family barber shop. Think the movie Barber shop and youll get a feel of what I mean. Service is good though, its the only place I get cleaned up.

Had an appointment today. Walked in and NO ONE greeted me. No Hello No How are you No Is there anything we can assist you with? . Nothing at all! I stood at the reception desk waiting for any acknowledgment of my presence. Funny thing is, the barbers were staring at me but no one thought to say hello. Like why are yall staring at me and not speaking?? Horrible customer service. I wont be back

My son and kids father went here Wednesday and I accompanied them. It was a nice atmosphere and the men cut hair very well. The best I have seen in Tallahassee thus far. The men left lookinh so good with their haircuts.I have two sons so I will be bringing them here in the future.😘

Definitely one of the better places to go for a fresh cut. My barber ate really spicy noodles while cutting my hair and was incapacitated and unable to finish my haircut, but thankfully another guy took over and finished the job. Im looking forward to getting haircuts from here for the next few years of school.

Was in town for the week needed a cut saw all the reviews of this place so I stopped by super chill environment and my barber did an amazing job. Parking lot was a mess with very little space to park and it sucks they dont take credit card but they have an atm. Overall a great place would recommend to anyone from out of town who needs a fresh cut.

Came to Tally for FSU in desperate need of a new barber. These guys are legit and I swear that boy Pinkys skin fades are clean af. He pays close attention to detail and doesnt do anything without making sure its specifically what you want which is why Ive stuck with him even though hes hard to book last minute. I went with Rony G once when Pinky was out of town and hell get you a fire cut faster than most other barbers which shows how long hes been doing this. From what Ive seen every barber knows their craft and has their own unique style for cuts but two that stood out to me just from what Ive seen are Kevin and Chazz.

1 Touch is the spot. High quality cuts and cool people. This is where I come to get a fresh cut! Rony the owner is a great dude and knows what hes doing. Worst shop I have ever been too..... I came in for a basic cut and I couldnt get what I asked for. I dont even think that all those barbers are licensed. Some dude wit a baby gap got me looking like George Jefferson. An he smelled like Heineken and boiled racoon. Music too loud, and very unprofessional. First and last visit. DO NOT GO HERE.......😟

DO NOT get a haircut here!!!! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. I came in as a walk-in for a haircut from my regular barber, he then told me that he was all booked and would not be able to cut me tonight. Being that I felt like I was being lied to because this same barber is usually the most lazy in the shop and cuts my hair SITTING DOWN each time, I stayed and waited anyway. Time is passing and he is sitting in the same exact spot, LAYING DOWN on the couches that the customers are supposed to he sitting down on and smoking from his vape. No appointments has came in at this time. About 45 minutes into me waiting, he leaves and ends up coming back with food, still no “appointment” in sight, which he claimed to have, telling me he was all booked for the night. It’s about over an hour at this point and a man walks in and gets in his chair. Over an hour..... During the hour he used to go outside to smoke, smoke from his juul/vape INSIDE the establishment, play with the tv in the shop, he could have cut my hair and I would have been long gone. He lied about having appointments so that he wouldnt have to cut me. After he finished cutting that head it was approximately 8:15, he still had time to cut my hair because they close at 9!! But he left and joked with another co worker and smoking. I repeat DO NOT come here, just a bunch of unprofessional 20 year olds who blast LOUD nonsensical music in the shop all day, they curse, they yell, etc. DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT HERE!!

I will never return to this barbershop again! My last visit there, barber Mr Bill or whatever the heck his name is approached me about a haircut that he gave me last year that I was not happy with. That is unprofessional and now I am uncomfortable going to this shop. So I will not spend money here anymore. I go all the way to Jacksonville to cut my hair now. Tallahassee barbers act like a bunch of “little” Girl Scouts.

Cool Miami atmosphere. The barbers are all friendly and cool people, and the guy who cut my hair, Pinky, gave me a sweet look that was just what I wanted.

I have been to this location 3 times and have had two wonderful experiences, but the last experience was terrible and priced more than Im used to. This most recent cut came from someone Ive never seen in the shop before. I was charged $23 when I usually pay $18. I was cut twice and the shave was nonexistent. Wont be returning.

Music was so loud it left my ears ringing a while after I had left. People constantly block your way out of the parking lot. 25 minutes past my appointment time nobody had helped or even greeted me. I had a coupon and employees kept sending to different locations saying it was for the other one wasting at least two hours of my time including the amount of time I spent waiting before they would send me another place. Find a better local barbershop, this one SUCKS.

After moving cities and spending hours looking for a good barber who would cut me the next day, I found 1 touch and booked an appointment with Papo who has 20+ years of experience and in the next few hours I was in and out with a clean haircut! I showed him previous photos from my old barber and he gave me his 110%! It has a nice Miami vibe and Ill definitely be coming back again!

The owner is awesome and did a great job. The next two times I went I had the other guys and they did a really poor job. The hot shave resulted in a bunch of missed spots and two small cuts on my neck. The hair cuts were just bad, but they covered it up with product so I couldnt tell til after I left the shop.

This is the best barbershop in tallahassee. Every barber here knows what they are doing and have a serious attention to detail. I will always go back here to get my haircut.

Ive been to one touch three times and the staff is nice and Henry and Dee have cut my hair and they are wonderful barbers but Vince is horrible he is rough inappropriate and rushes through your haircut and doesnt give you the cut tht u ask for. He ruins the whole shop experience please fire him and if your interested in going to one touch I do highly recommend anybody in the shop but Vince.

There are really good barbers in this shop, but the service is terrible. I arrived when there 2 people in front of me and they never greeted me or even noticed that I was there. I was left for last waiting over 1 hr because people kept going in front of me because they had an appointment.

If I could give this barber shop no stars I would!!!! This was my FIRST AND LAST time coming to this barbershop! I came to this barber shop in search of a place that I could basically come to for my entire lifetime. I asked my barber to fix something because I didnt like it (which my barber did not have a problem fixing) however, the hispanic barber in the back on the right side (near the bathroom) named George told me to get out the shop if I dont like the cut, I told him I was trying to let my barber finish so I can see whether or not I liked it. GEORGE RAISED HIS VOICE AT ME AND TOLD ME NOT TO WASTE HIS TIME AND TO JUST LEAVE!!!! Then from there the situation escalated and he told me to meet him outside to fight! I told him again I would continue letting my barber cut my hair, he then kept trying to antagonize me. The way he acted was not professional and showed very poor customer service! Im sure all the customers there felt threatened as much as I did! All I tried to do was critique my barber on the way I wanted my hair cut and George had no business interrupting our conversation. PLEASE TELL ME IS THIS HOW 1 TOUCH BARBERSHOP CONDUCTS BUSINESS!!!!???? OR IS THIS HOW GEORGE CONDUCTS/RUINS BUSINESS!!!!????In reply to the owner, theirs nothing fake about my review. I guess you disrespectful towardss your clients too huh!? when something is being said that you dont like! As you can see in the reviews, I wasnt the first person to complain about George (and he wasnt even my barber). You wasnt at the shop when everything happened, besides your cameras dont have any audio. Dude Your delusional, you try to down play some of the bad reviews about your shop as if things never happened, or you try to make a point towards your favor. That edge up and blowout was atrocious. The barber had no confidence in cutting my hair. You had to have seen on camera (since you looked at it) the barber cutting my hair had multiple barbers come by to check over his work and he was asking them for advice. When the cut was done the barber told me it was free, my girl tried to give him $15 but, he refused the money multiple times (I didnt have to pay but I did, we all got make a living right!). My girl then put the money in his booth area or the table. The point is he knew he messed up my haircut, because he told please dont write a bad review or tell my boss because I could lose my job thats all Im asking. A couple of your barbers even said they had seen where he messed up at, and said I should had come to one of them and that George had no business telling me to get out the shop and trying to start a fight with me because I critiqued my barber. Dont butt into someones elses cutting session and tell the client to get out the shop because you cant stand criticism, I understand no one is perfect.THANK YOU FOR RESPONDING BACK TO MY REVIEW INSTEAD OF THE ZERO STAR RATING I SAID I WANTED TO GIVE YOU. Great experience. First time coming here after moving to Tally. I didnt have an appointment, though you can call and set one. After waiting a bit, I got Shaq. He took his time and gave a good amount of detail to the fade, making sure its how I wanted it. He even gave some tips on how to manage my curly dry hair. Inside, the place is a classic and clean-looking barber shop, with Tvs and an Xbox for those who are waiting. They also gave complementary rum and cokes for people over 21, which was cool. Cut was about $20, if they do the beard its $23.
