I called in advance to get my four-year-old little boy’s haircut they told us to come on in. We get there and we wait 30 minutes and people checking in online got to go in front of my son. And they told me we just had to wait after telling us yeah come on in we will not make you wait more than 15 minutes well after a 30 minute wait they let people cut in line treat us like we were the problem. Poor service very poor employees working there I would not recommend this place they are overpriced and it is very disgusting inside

Never disappointed at any Sportsclips I have been to and this one is no different.

My usual stylist was not working that day so I did a walk in. Waited patiently over 45 minutes and watched people come in and get seen before me. I was completely ignored and it was not busy. When I asked why I was made to wait while others came in and was taken back, the manager Melissa very rudely and aggressively said these people checked in online and they get first service over walk ins, even if they check in online AFTER a walk in, the online appt gets seen first. The other stylist Sagen very rudely asked me if I still wanted to get a haircut or not. She then stomps off saying Im done with this and goes outside to smoke. I rarely encounter people as rude and aggressive as these two and one was the manager! They appeared to favor their regular customers as I listened to them chat with several people and talk about their kids and life. After 45 minutes and being ignored there was no way I would let either of them cut my hair.

I have been growing my hair out for a year in hopes of getting a certain cut that I really like. Back home, the person doing my hair has been working on tailoring it so that it would grow into the right style, and it was going in the right direction. I decided, however, to stop at this Sports Clips today to just get the back tailored as it was a little overgrown. I explained this to the stylist, and she said she understood. She then grabbed scissors, grabbed my hair, and cut it at the root. Literally, and no exaggeration when I say this, a year of growing it out gone with a single cut. My hair is now no longer than a quarter inch. Do not go here, as they cut your hair how they want to, not how you want them to.

This is the spot for a good look! I started coming here years ago and love the people and their talents! Sometimes there is a short wait but its all well worth it. I especially love getting a cut from Miranda. She is so nice and very accommodating to your unique hairstyle. Sport Clips is always my destination for a haircut!

I dont know where to start. I have NEVER left having regrets about my hair and I know if I am going, that will leave happy. Miranda is WONDERFUL. It is a great place to go right after work, not just for the haircut, but a chance to relax with the MVP. Also know that I will have an enjoyable conversation. Cant recommend Miranda and/or Sport Clips enough. I wish I had more hands, so I could them 4 thumbs up!

This place is the absolute best! Best looking haircut Ive ever had. I see Miranda every time and Im never disappointed. Since the first time she cut my hair, I have never been anywhere else. I would highly recommend anyone to come here and see Miranda when you do.

Every businesses this days need customers. I am a business owner & I respect our every customers & making sure to provide them best experience.I went to this location at 6:50 pm today by driving 8 miles & surprisingly everyone was looking at me like I am an Alien. I wasn’t sure what is going on as everyone was free & talking. Then one of the hair stylist told me that we are closing at 7 & come back tomorrow.This days everyone is protesting as they don’t have business, particular hair & beauty saloons. But I felt like they actually didn’t want it by some reason.

This place is great! I got my haircut by a girl named Madison. She did my haircut so fast and it came out exactly how I wanted it. I was in and out in no time shes great. I suggest if anyone was to go to someone it would be her.

Took my son here bc his usual barber didnt come in. My friend suggested this place and I was nervous I dont usually trust new barbers with either me or my sons hair. But thank God for Madison she did a terrific job and his haircut came out great! I think I might come here more often!

Just wanted to share my experience with everyone. Went here on Sunday around noontime and it was probably my 2nd time using sports clips to cut my hair. However, I was very pleased and impressed by their hospitality and overall kindness and professionalism here! Everyone in the store was excellent and in good spirits! The store itself looked 5 stars! Clean, organized and so well put together! I think having the store so well maintained and all the hairstylists being so positive, really had me with a smile the whole time I was there! I had a real “MVP” experience as they like to say, impressed a lot by how the store is run! Kudos to everyone there! Oh and let’s not forget about my haircut..it was superb!! Love it! Thank you everyone at this Sports Clips location!!

I just had a haircut with ms kim today she is my favorite hairstylist. every 2 months i go there and use online check in ive been coming here in this location for 3 years i would recommend ms kim to be the employee of the month thank you.

Terrible! I was the first waiting and their waiting clock said 12 minutes which turned into 25 minutes. Finally I was on deck for supposedly 5 minutes turned into 10 minutes!

I came in looking for a simple trim and haircut and left with a memorable moment and something I wouldnt normally get as a hairstyle. I absolutely love it. Lillie was very nice, friendly, and skilled at what she does.What makes this visit so memorable is the fact that the clippers jumped out of hand and buzzed a sizable chunk out of my hair. I wasnt upset as accidents happen. She took that mistake in stride and turned it into an amazing cut. In the words of Bob Ross, There are no mistakes, only happy accidents.

Lille and Miranda are great! If you are one of those people that proceeds with caution then Lille is your girl. She is very careful to make sure she doesnt cut too much and shes a perfectionist when it comes to everything being perfectly even. Miranda is a master of figuring out details for your hair type, such as one side much thicker than the other, etc. Been to a lot of high end salons in my lifetime and 9 times out of 10 disappointed. Im sticking with these gals. Very happy!

Sport Clips Killearn certainly has my vote for the best Barber Shop in Tallahassee! Cally and her support staff are so amazing and friendly. My 5 year old used to dread getting his haircut.. Since we started going to Sport Clips Killearn, he asks me when we are going to get our haircut next!

I was in need of a fast cut. What I got was an awesome experience and a great cut. Lisa did a great job and was so friendly with a great conversation during my time in her chair. I will be back!! I recommend you ask for her.

The staff here are awesome! Theyre very personable, professional and detailed in their work. I went in nervous about a new haircut I was thinking of doing but wasnt sure about it. Shayla not only did an AWESOME job, but she took her time and treated me like shed known me for more than a day. My haircut came out really great to the point that other clients were complimenting me and my wife loves it. Ill definitely return here from now on.

Great! I have had all the girls cut my hair since they first opened on Mahan and been very satisfied. Have done the VIP every time and it is always nice leaving without all the hair on ya. Keep up the great work guys. My only negative is they cant keep help and when you finally get the right one they just leave. Management, figure out how to keep the good ones.

Meh. Seems to be no sense of urgency. I get the feeling that they are paid by the hour ... not by the cut. Good cut tho. Just set aside some serious time. Update--- recently things are better... Women go to the salon for a reason. They get special treatment. Now guys can get similar service but in a manly atmosphere. With ESPN on the TV, a hair cut, a massage and a hair wash... What could be better?

I’m never coming here again.I have gone to sports clips many times and frankly, their haircuts are massively over priced. I’ve gone in and spent $20-$30 on a fade. Not only that, but they don’t do a great job with it.Many times, I debate saying something, but I seriously question if they can do better. The attention to detail just isn’t there and sometimes hair isn’t cut low enough and their solution is covering up the long hairs by putting in product before they give me the mirror.But it’s beyond that. I went back to get my neck hair trimmed. I had the most important presentation of my life and needed a touch up. They told me there was no waiting, but when I showed up 3-5 minutes later I had to wait 40 minutes with 3 people working.Then, there’s the actual trim. There was a language barrier between me and the stylist and that caused issues. I had to repeat myself multiple times. I spend my days surrounded by people from around the world and I’m used to this, but this was on another level of frustrating. But I was patient and let her trim my neck.After she was done, I could feel the neck hairs were even, but they were still long. She didn’t trim them, she just made it even.I then asked if she could cut it lower and she kept saying she couldn’t and refused. By this point everyone else was taken care of and I was the only person there.So here I am asking for my neck hair being cut and she refuses because trimming is complimentary but cutting isn’t. They wouldn’t cut it a half inch. I didn’t even mind paying $5-$10, but refusing to cut it a half inch was irrating. They did do it for free, but I offered to pay.Frankly, trying to figure it out was more trouble than it was worth so I walked away and went home.If you want to get a good haircut, go to the barbershop by lake Ella. They’re $13, do an amazing job and they are funny people.This place is a more expensive great clips with TVs tunes to ESPN. There’s nothing special here.

Went here cause I heard it was a good place to go but man was I completely wrong!! Terrible service, the staff seems dead and acted like they didn’t want to be there and didn’t really care to engage with you. Got my haircut from Miranda and I regret every little bit! Bad haircut, bad experience!

Im sorry but it does not take 30 min to cut a boys hair. The lady was to busy talking to other people that were getting there hair cut, instead of paying attention to what she was doing to my sons hair and the hair cut looks like my 3 year old did it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I had asked for a simple military-style short cut, but my bangs turned out uneven, with parts longer than others. Very crude.
