I didnt have a good experience but the staff was awesome. I would go there to get away most times. I always feared something was trying to plant guns or drugs in my unit so I would do a cleaning and inventory check frequently. It was my safe place until something was living there that I could not see and was posioning me and other awful things but I couldnt make sense of any of it. Havent been there since the false allegations were made with the tops trespassing against me.

Theyre the only ones I use while my daughter is going to school in Tallahassee. Owner is so nice. Helped me a lot when COVID started and we had to move out asap.

They greet their future and current customers as soon as you walk through the door. The security on site is phenomenal and the location and area is well maintained. It’s the best storage in Tallahassee, Florida. Come be appreciated and have your personals secured here at this storage space.

So far I have had great experience with Jack in The Box. The customer service is on point, they are polite and respectful. The storage units are also clean so thats very important.They also provide well-working storage movers (really dont know what theyre called but certain things that help you move your heavy storage to the storage unit and not have to carry your 12-ton couch by yourself), also some that allow you to put all the random things you own which helps you not have to make so many trips from your car/truck to the storage unit.I do recommend Jack in the Box storage to anyone who is looking for a safe place to put there things, and feel good about it.

Very clean my wife rented for us used her maiden name. I just listened, they were very NICE and GREAT INFORMATION. Very clean inside and out nice pricing. See for YOURSELF.. LOL

The staff was very kind and helpful until the end. They turned quite deceptive and nasty. My storage was invaded by rodents (rats and mice) from someone elses storage. The rodents destroyed two-thirds of my belongings. At first, the management was apologetic, and offered to pay for my destroyed property. Then, they turned around and blamed me for attracting the rodents since my books were packed in cardboard boxes instead of plastic bins, and reneged on their offer of compensation. They emailed me a bogus receipt, then when I called to tell them the money was never received, they claimed an oversight on their end, but still didnt send the money. Eventually, no one would return my calls.Very nasty people. Very nasty.

At first this place seemed promising, and was my last option so i chose it out of desperation. it seemed fine at first until i picked up my stuff, the owner was very rude dealing with a customer that had a complaint. next time ill stick to uhaul.

The owner was very rude, and aggressive to me when I told him I found mold on my bags after taking them out of storage. he called me dirty, and offered me a partial refund, then didnt give it to me. He was really rude, insulting, and seemed a racist
