Honesty, something that seems to be missing theses days. Jeffs automotive is as honest as they come.the problem with my mothers Jeep was hidden in the transmission. Stephen found it and showed me where it was at. They then recommended a transmission shop to fix the problem. What did this cost me? Nothing! Honesty, so nice to find. Thanks guys, Ill be back.

I used Jeff to make some repairs on my Saturn VUE right after Christmas and loved and enjoyed my experience.I dropped my vehicle off since Im in walking distance. He called me and we talked for a good 15 minutes - I found him very knowledgeable and likable.He told me exactly what was wrong with it and exactly what it would cost - new front brakes, clean the back ones, some seal for an oil leak, and a new belt. He even suggested I could wait on one repair for a while but opted to go ahead and have it done now just to not have to worry about it.And it was delivered when promised.I will definitely use him again and have encouraged others to do the same.

Jeffs Parking Lot.If you take your car here, DO NOT tell them youve done a lot of research online trying to fix it yourself. Youll be put at the back of the line indefinitely.My car has been at their shop for nearly two weeks and hasnt even been looked at. Called them again to find out whats going on, and he said he hasnt worked on the car because I am, according to his opinion, going to get it diagnosed and then tow it back home and fix it myself. This is strictly his opinion.So hes prioritizing vehicles that he can actually make a living working on. The $100/hour he would charge to work on my car is apparently not worth it. Thats the business owners call to make, of course. But it would have been nice to know the car was going to sit in the yard for weeks before arranging with him to tow it out there.

Jeff did an awesome job fixing my 2003 car. I am confident it has a few more years of life left in it. My only complaint is lack of communication and no option to leave a message, but I am truly grateful, and will be taking my car there for anything else that comes up

Honest, Good Prices, Fast, what more could you want in a mechanic?I just stopped in, had some issues with my hubs breaking off, and one had dislodged making it impossible to change the tire,, it was a painstaking process to cut the loose one off, other mechanics didnt have time or didnt know how to approach such a situation. Took it to Jeffs because he was close by, looked at the probem, talked to the other mechanic, said yep they could do it but it would take a few days. I was expecting them to have my car for a week or more, nope 4 days later I got a call my car was ready! Not only did they fix the dislodged hub but replaced all the other missing hubs on all the tires and they zipped tied my bumper to the fender for me (that was from hitting a deer over a year ago, I had been duct taping it up) went to pay and was charged exactly what they quoted me for even though they did way more than what they quoted me on. Good price, honest, fast work, they really go above and beyond. I am new to the area but I can tell you who my mechanic is!

Im surprised to see a bad review! Jeff and his mechanics have always been honest and upright when dealing with our family. We have two older cars and they have always given us a free quote and inspection. Last week we brought our old Avalon to the shop due to a burning smell and they were able to pin point the problem. We decided not to fix the car, and picked it back up without any fuss or charge. They stay busy at Jeffs because they are a reputable shop! Glad to have them as our mechanics!

Took my PT cruiser to Jeffs, he claimed my sensors were bad what I had already replaced and he supposedly bought 2 new sensors from his warehouse and said he changed them. Come to find out he only changed one of my sensors charged me for my old sensor I had left in my car that he never change. He knew from the jump my timing belt was gone. Had my car 3 days and it completely went out on me now he tells me its my timing belt and wants to charge me $900 for labor when I paid him $300 for him to change out my sensors he said was bad. I regret I ever took my car to these Shady mechanics! They are rip off mechanics and dishonest and untrustworthy.

Took 4 days to get a diagnostics on my car. After the fourth day, I could not wait any longer. I took it to Bob’s Auto and had a diagnostics in an hour!

My family has used Jeffs for over 10 years. He has always treated us fairly and is honest about what repairs are needed and when. I wont take my car anywhere else!

Picked up truck after full brake replacement and front tire was smoking after two miles. Took it back they said I needed all new calipers total bill $1400. Weeks later heard rattling finally took it to a professional break shop. They said the caliper was missing a bolt and now the caliper had ruined the inside of my rim from clacking around loose and had worn the caliper down a 1/4 inch too It had to be replaced again because of their shoddy work in tightening the bolts. Called Jeff he basically said too bad it was over 60 days at 73 and he wouldnt reimburse the $275 to me. Never go back or recommend him to anyone. It was a very dangerous situation to be driving under those conditions too.
