Weve had our policies with Nates office for a few years. His staff is always professional and quick to respond. State Farms rates recently changed, and Nate personally called to let us know with a $20 increase in our annual premium we could cut our hurricane deductible in half. Excellent customer service.

I purchased State Farm in June 2020. Today is now September 13, 2020 and my bill still have not been consistent. Then when I called to talk to Nate DeGraaf, he yelled through the phone telling me that I paid my bill in August, which was untrue, then became belligerent because I wanted a break down about why my bill was so high and never consistent. This guy is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and he must have something against people of color. I have never went through this before with any insurance company. Then the audacity for him to scream in my ear. I will be contacting as many people as I can about this. This is UNACCEPTABLE! People work too hard to not know how or why their bill is Inconsistent

I’ve been doing business with Nate and State Farm’s since I moved to Tallahasee (going on 4 years now). I haven’t had the need for any claims but I am certain Nate, his staff, and State Farm would be there for whatever was needed. The entire office has been very responsive to calls and questions/concerns. I would recommend Nate for anyone in the area for their insurance needs.

So after Geico screwed me over by hicking mybrayes up during the last 6 months of COVID I felt it was time to move on. I am so glad I moved over to State Farm. Originally I had mocked up a quote some time ago and Nate gave me a call but didnt feel the need to try to push insurance on me. He just emailed me a copy of a quick policy and said contact them if I ever wanted to swap over.. Well Im glad that I finally got around to following up. Not only did my coverage go up but I was able to save money every month as well. When I came into the office the lady up front offered me water and made me feel welcomed. I sat with Craig who is super knowledgeable and answered about every question I had (as an engineer I had a lot of questions haha). Nate was also in the office and came by to say hello and offer any assistance should I need it. I highly recommend this office. Great service and great rates, cant ask for more.

I have a very complex life with multiple business entities and multiple properties in two different counties and Mr Ramsden has done a magnificent job helping construct an insurance solution that offers me the critical protection I need in a very fiscally responsible manner. Jami B. K., she made the process so easy, and Im extremely happy I can get the insurance and pay a really reasonable monthly fee. Other insurers may give you a lower rate, but you have to pay all at once per year. This was not good for me. Im also very happy about the additional options included in my policy, such as non discrimination of dog breeds, and Jami also was thorough and precise in compiling the needed information!

We added our daughter and a late model vehicle to our insurance. Without notice, our policy went from $350ish monthly to close to $800 monthly.(not due to accident) It was an awful experience and even worse conversation. They did not feel like a good neighbor.

Best insurance guy in town. He is straightforward and no bs. Definitely would recommend him as a insurance agent.
