I have had insurance coverage with a particular company for over 25 years, and had been told the rates I was paying were as good as it gets. Joe came highly recommended by a good friend, and wow was he on point!! His response time was extremely quick, he was very professional, and quite knowledgeable of his craft. He made me feel comfortable and he did not exude one bit of that salesmany attitude that you get from some other companies. Oh, and did I mention he found an auto policy for me and my boys, with the SAME coverage, and WAAAAAAY cheaper!!! My only regret is that I didnt know about his company sooner!!

Joe really goes the extra mile, he was able to immeadiatly update my policy to reflect changes necessary due to a refinance on my car while I was on the road and unable to access the documents via my smartphone .. On top of all that he shopped around for me and cut my monthly rate by more than 30% !!!!!!. Wonderful person to deal with, highly recommended....

I dont write many reviews but wanted to write this one to let everyone know my experience at Great Florida Insurance, Tallahassee. Joe was my insurance agent since 1995. He and Crystal handled all the details of my Progressive Auto Insurance needs since that year through 2016, including changing vehicles and family situations.There was never a problem or question they did not help me to overcome.They were always friendly, caring and very professional in every way. The ONLY reason I am leaving Great Florida Insurance Agency with my auto insurance is that I am choosing to bundle my existing house insurance that I have with another company with my auto policy too, in order to receive a discount on my house insurance. Whitney was very patient and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend. Joe at Great Florida Tallahassee took the time to find home owner insurance that would accept my home after losing previous insurance. It was a difficult situation that he handled magnificently.

While I did not do any business with them, I called and requested a quote and gave them all of my information. They said theyd have to me in a few days (by the following Wednesday). The next week, I called and followed up and the person on the phone could not locate my information, nor was a quote available. They said theyd send it by the end of the day; I still have not heard from them.
