I couldnt use this business because, although they listed my town as a service area, they said they didnt service my zip code. The zip code is right in the center of the town so I advise being careful about the time you spend investigating whether or not this company can service your area. I found the company on a google search for repairs and the name of the town.

Mathew was great! Professional, carefully, and went and above and beyond to help us with our dishwasher during a soon-to-be very busy weekend.

We have a brand of appliances that is hard to find someone to work on them. Matt did a fantastic job.

We needed to get our dryer fixed. Technician came out and said that it needed a belt, which he had, and a pulley, which he needed to order. Almost a month and dozens of phone calls later, pulley still wasnt in stock. When we called to cancel, pulley magically appeared. No discounts were given for time and hassle. And when trying to schedule, the pulley is somehow no longer in their possession. This is by far the worst company Ive ever had to deal with. You would be better served buying new appliances or even going without before using this company.

This was our first time using Mr. Appliance. Happily we now have a go-to company for appliance repair! Matt was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and get the Miele replacement part in record time. The fix was more complicated than expected, but he took the time to ensure it was done correctly. Plus they guarantee the fix for 1 year!

My Maytag Ice maker was no longer making ice. Mr. Appliance repaired it and it is working properly.

Needed same day repair. Mr. Appliance technician came during the appointed time, troubleshot the problem, and replaced the malfunctioning part. Very good experience. Job well done.

I requested a diagnostic for a dryer that was not working. The technician reported that the dryer needed a new timer and that would cost $500. The cost for doing that repair is normally between $130-$270 so I got a quote from another vendor. The other vendor said that the timer was not the issue and that it was actually another part that needed to be repaired. The other vendor installed the replacement part for $125. I would have overpaid for the wrong part and not fixed the issue if I had use Mr. Appliance. When I notified the company about the error, their only response was to send me an invoice. The company then proceeded to harass me about about paying the diagnostic fee even though the information was complete wrong. Terrible service.

My dryer stopped working. I called three appliance repair shops in Tallahassee. One only fixes appliances that they sell. However that shops service department offered to order the appropriate replacement part for me for $89, payment in full required before ordering. I did not place the order. Turns out that part would not have fit my dryer. In fact that part does not exist on my dryer. It would have been a complete waste of time and money.The second place I called seemed uninterested in my business.The third place I called was Mr. Appliance. They sent a technician to my house. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, fixed the problem, and cleaned my dryer of all lent. He also adjusted the drain hose on my washer for no extra charge.My dryer now works like its brand new again. It heats up faster than it used to.I highly recommend Mr. Appliance for all appliance repairs.I couldnt be happier with the service and the repair.If I ever need another appliance repaired, I will call Mr. Appliance immediately.

Called them on the Friday right before Christmas. They had an availability to fix my washing machine. The repair man Michael came within two hours of my phone call. He was very quick, efficient and friendly. Washer and dryer work perfectly now! Cost was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again!

Say enough good things about this company. Very very knowledgeable staff installation of dishwasher took less than one hour, have had no problems for six months with the dishwasher everything was done professionally including set up removal of all dishwasher and clean up.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍👍👍

Initially unable to help with LG fridge (2013 French doors), not cooling.After that, I found through a friend LG warranty will cover compressor and dryer. That makes repair a plausible option. Master technician Jason has done a great job replacing the failed compressor, it is now working nicely, therefore the change in rating.

My father contacted Robert at Mr. Appliance Tallahassee and he sent someone out the very next week, well Mr. Whitfield came out regarding a whirlpool venthood that is above my cooktop, several companies had been out as its still under warranty but for several reasons said they could not access the fain because of the location and the backsplash around it, but Mr. Whitfield took his time in working to figure out the problem and found out that a bolt from the screw had become dislodged.I spoke to Robert today 6/21/18 over the phone and told him how pleased I was with his company and the work of Mr. Whitfield. I have a home warranty, but I will contact Mr. Appliance first on any given day.
