I secured Big Bend Appliance from my home warranty. The response time was great and I actually got a phone call within 48 hours of my claim.I spoke to Ryan, described my problem and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and quickly assess the issue and moved quickly to resolve the problem. I was extremely impressive by his professionalism and ability to resolve the issue with my refrigerator. It took him 10 minutes to repair the issue and he was gone!I’m very pleased for Ryan and Big Bend Appliance for coming out and repairing our refrigerator! Appointment was set up by Frigidaire warranty service. Called the office to confirm arrival time but no live person answer the phone. Left messages and received r/c from Ryan the owner the next day. He came the same day to repair the freezer. He is knowledgeable, professional and polite. My freezer is now working fine. Thank you and I will use his service with other future appliances repairs.
Ryan was amazing at setting up a time to come out to fix my built in microwave! He was friendly and courteous. He remembered my dogs name when he had to come back out to install the part that was ordered! Technician came out, said he would order a part for my non-working dishwasher. Its been 5 weeks, and weve tried calling at least 5 times, with no response. The warranty company also called him twice, with no response. He never answers the phone, and the mailbox was full for a few weeks. We just want to know when our part is supposed to come in. Was he able to order it? Well never know. A female voice is recording new messages, so if something is wrong with the technician, youd think she would be professional and at least call us and let us know, or to let us know an ETA. Being AWOL is very unprofessional.
I found Ryan to be very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He has great communication skills, returning calls and showing up when expected.After dealing with another company for months without success, I contacted Big Bend. Ryan returned the call promptly to schedule an appointment. On the morning of the appointment, he called to let me know he was on the way and then arrived right on time.He listened as I described the symptoms and immediately diagnosed the problem. The repair was completed on that same visit, and the fridge is running great. After 8 months of problems, its really nice to have everything working the way it should.I highly recommend Big Bend and will definitely use them going forward.
My Samsung refrigerator’s ice maker died so I called the extended warranty company who set up a service call with Big Bend. Ryan was able to immediately diagnose the problem and ordered a replacement ice maker. Since my warranty was expiring in 4 months, I appreciated him fully replacing it instead of trying a short-term repair. It took a couple weeks for them to receive the new ice maker. Ryan called to schedule the appointment and showed up right on time. He was very professional and personable and got the ice maker replaced quickly. I had also realized another small problem with the defrost drain and mentioned. Ryan knew exactly what I was taking about and fixed it while he was there. Quick, reliable service. I will definitely use Big Bend for future appliance repairs.
My GE dishwasher is under warranty so when I had an issue I called GE. They made an appointment with Big Bend to have someone come out and repair it. I have the new parts, I just need them to be installed.Appointment window was 12-5 and no one showed up or called. I called them 5 times and no answer. Mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. No professional at all. Very disappointed
After the technician repaired the freezer 3 days later it went completely out and I could not reach anyone. I am still calling and getting no answer. This is no type of way to operate a business. The serviceman finally contacted me this morning and said his wife had a baby so he took a few days off. Yet and still the freezer is out he then said I saw your google review so you are going to have to get someone else to fix it. I stated that Badcock said you are supposed to fix it he said im sorry you have to get someone else to fix it. Now for a company that is under contract lets see how this plays out.
This guy never came back to repair my dishwasher that has been broken for almost 2 months. He came and said he was ordering the part and would be back the next Tuesday. 7 weeks later, still have not heard from him or seen him. My dishwasher is under warranty and he is the warranty service provider. My husband and I have called several times and left messages and never heard from him. Once I finally got a hold of him, he was rude to me and my husband. He is just charging the warranty company and he is not doing the work.
They came quickly and they finished quickly they did a good job very professional
Ryan came out on a warranty call, took a few minutes to tinker with my dishwasher and told me they gave him the wrong serial number in the work order so he needed to order the correct part. I know the serial number was correct, because I entered it myself into the warranty info and double checked. This was Wednesday, May 5th, Ryan said he would call me by Friday, Monday at the latest to make another appointment with the correct part.I gave it a week before I called for an update, because mailing times are longer these days if he had to order it. Over a span of 3 weeks, I left several voicemails, my husband even went by the office when he was in the area and there was no one there. Hunted down the number he called me from on the 5th and he finally answered, told me he would have to look into it and call back.....still have not heard or seen from Ryan, which is a shame because he seemed like a really nice, pleasant person. I would have been fine with the wait if there was communication.Long story short, call someone else.
They were referred to me by my home warranty plan. A month ago a repairman came to my home to look at my dishwasher. A part was needed. He was very nice & professional. I have called 5 times to get an update. No return calls after leaving messages when the mailbox is not full. I have not received any calls to set up a visit for the washer and dryer.

1st appointment they showed up online issue with icemaker seemed to have been resolved Ive rescheduled 3 different times thru manufacturers and they have not showed up no one answers the phone ever and now the voice mail is full
I called this place numerous times and never could get anybody to return my call. They have horrible service I would not recommend them to anybody
