They did a great job of doing lash lift and henna designs on my hand and foot, yacika is the best her henna work is remarkable

I came on Friday July 30, 2021.I got my lip waxed. She did an horrible job. Usually ur only supposed to do one clean swipe she keep going in multiple times and over exfoliated. My lip it looks so damaged.I will never come here again! I looked crazy my whole birthday weekend. They are lucky I’m not suing.

Very nice ladies. Had a lash lift and tint. It burned a bit . My poor judgment wore contacts. I dont recommend this. Lol lashes turned out great

I highly recommend Kally Threading, today was the first time I have ever had my lashes or eyebrows done. No pain with the eyebrow threading & tint or eyelash lift & tint. It took about hour for all services and staff were amazing. The one important thing is to follow the instructions to not wash your face for 24 hrs. The tint should last approximately 5 months. Reasonable priced as well. I would highly reccommend and will be a regular customer!!

OMG I love this place. The ladies are so nice even the fish greet you. They always do a great job. Been coming here for months. I love that they know me when I walk in or if I see them when Im out and about. They deal with me being a cry baby when it comes to threading my mustache. Lord that hurts but they are patient and kind and make me feel comfortable. I just love it here and Im sure you will too.

The wait wasn’t long, they have two ladies that work fast and take time with their clients. I noticed one of the customers were not happy with the way their brows were done and went directly to Yacika to fix them and she left very happy. Due to her experience with the other lady I decided to wait for Yacika and it was worth the wait! She made sure they were full and did not give me thin eyebrows. Super sweet and makes conversation. You’ll see me soon, I assure you that!

I came here to get my eyebrows dyed and threaded and asked the lady for am ombre dye job. I have weird shaped eyebrows and this works best for me.she ignored my request and dyed my whole brow starting at the front (???), got mad when I asked her to correct it and was rough taking it off. I still tipped because we are in a pandemic.I felt disrespected and my forehead was left tingly after her rough hands. I have been getting my brows threaded for six years, that tingle was not from the thread.she might have been having a rough day and just wanted to go home and I understand that. but I am the one who is meant to wear these brows now and am left with that icky feeling.I dont know that this place is irredeemable but one of the most annoying and distasteful instances I have had, lately.meh. :(______________Post Update! |______________I spoke with the owner and he better described what may have happened to cause this situation to go wrong and even offered me a redo! Talking to him was validating and shed a clearer light on what might have gone on that day!I do recommend this shop by the professionalism and empathy that the owner showed me today and worked hard to rectify the situation. I treated myself and my mother to get services done at this salon. I had my brows threaded for the first time I, payed $10 for it. She did a good job and was friendly.My mother wanted to get her brows tinted for the first time. The same woman tells my mother that she needed to CLEAN the brows up before tinting. We agreed to do that after she tinted the brows, she took her thread and did one sweep of the thread on both eyes and she said there all clean! (The brows came out two different shapes) So I payed for the tinting and she charges me 25 for it. Its wasnt until I left the store and started to look at the prices on the brochure of the business that she gave me and realize that tinting brows were only 15 not 25.I called back and required why she had charged me too much. She gets on the phone and tells me that I paid for tinting and threading. and I told her I paid for tinting only you didnt even do a full threading job so how are you charging me for threading service. When her words were cleaning up the brow she then goes onto lie and say that she told us about pricing and that cleaning up the brow was technically threading. She did not disclosed that. Her knowing we were new to getting these services done so she took full advantage of that fact and lead us to believe that her version of clean up was apart of the tinting service. So I got jipped from these people and will definitely not be returning. When their are other salons with genuine better reviews near by.

Kelly threading has been my one and only go-to “eyebrow spot” for the passed three years! They keep my eyebrows looking naturally flawless. Their staff is very attentive, personable, and passionate about your satisfaction! They have very clean and well kept work stations and they have been outstanding with working through this pandemic while keeping the safety of their clientele a top priority. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This place is a hidden gem. I went there for the first time three weeks ago and I couldnt stop thinking about my next visit. The owners are very sweat and informative. And I did I mention cheap!? Yeah the prices are hard to beat. Definitely go there because you wont be disappointed.

I found this threading place via google and reviewed the most recent comments. I went in with an open mind and can say I really liked the environment, the people and how friendly everyone was. The wait was super quick—I walked in while all three technicians were with customers and one other was waiting. I arrived around 12:15 and was done and out by 12:35 with an eyebrow thread and tinting.The technician I was with was so sweet and kind, she explained the process as it was the first time I had my brows threaded. She explained the tinting process and eased my concerns about not wanting my brows to be super dark as I don’t wear makeup or do a lot regarding my face for day to day wear.The salon was simple and clean, all three of the technicians were kind, professional and quick. Great customer service, quality work, and very well priced. I will be returning and become a regular customer. I’m also excited to try their Olympia location as I live in Oly but work in Tacoma.

I absolutely love Kallys Threading!! I got my eyebrows tinted and threaded and I got a full set of hybrid lash extensions and my technician was Sumi. She was so great! So sweet and polite and very professional! Plus I was like almost 45 mins late to my appt and she seen me anyways!! My lashes look so amazing, theyre flawlessly elegant and absolutely beautiful...my brows have also never looked better! She matched them to my natural hair color of my roots (my hair is dyed bright crimson red) and threaded exactly how I asked her too!! I was only able to tip her 20$ but she deserved about 100$!!! Ive never had a technician from any salon Ive ever been to be so hospitable and personable ... Sumi is the best technician Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting and be serviced by! If you go to Kallys, be sure to ask for Sumi and you will not be disappointed at all!!!

The lady that helped me was super nice and friendly so I’ll give them that.Buttttt the Eyebrow shaping was thumbs down 👎🏽I came in with eyebrows fully grown out, I saw all the pictures and reviews so I had to try myselfI don’t know what it was but I just did not run with the same luck as them I suppose. Probably a one time place for me as I was very unhappy with my eyebrows, I will have to regrow them and try elsewhere. 😔

I am no reviews person but i think this review is looong overdue. So i have never had lashes till i one day walked into kally threading to get my eyebrows done. The cleanliness and the great reception i got from the staff made me feel so appreciated. It had been lik a year or so since i had last done my eyebrows but by the time they were done with my brows i was so impressed and the thought of trying lashes for the frst time in life crept back to me. I was soo nervous about it i must say till i met Sumi the prety gal who does lashes at the shop. She explained all the details to my satisfaction and yes i gave it a shot. People...this was the best make up decision i gues i ever made. Complements followed me from work, church, gym which felt realy nice. Its now 2 years since i become a client here and not a single time time have i ever been disappointed. My lashes stay for atleast a month yes a month and they look as nice even when i get a new one and ofcourse i take good care of them. They also dont fall off unless its like 4 weeks old then i know its time for a fresh one. They have a very affordable prices and this remains my one stop for lashes and eyebrows. I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time here and it was amazing! Way less painful than waxing and the lady who threaded them was super nice and reassuring. she take her time instead of rushing through you, like most other places do! . The results were great, I love my eyebrows. This place just became my new go-to . she did an amazing job I would highly recommend them to any and everyone!!!!!!

The lady did not clean the chair. I noticed that the other two ladies were using the lysol spray, but unfortunately for me, the lady did not.She kept suggesting that I wax, even though I do not like it. From her demeanor it seemed that she was impatient and just wanted to be done with me!! So when she mentioned waxing AGAIN I just said okay lets do it.She waxed the sides of my upper lip, BUT NOT THE MIDDLE??? And my chin had some sections waxed and others with hair 🤷🏽‍♀️.Will NEVER go back here again....and Im sure they dont care. If I could give them ZERO STARS, I would!

Kally Threading is awesome !!I went there with my wife for the first time last weekend and loved it! Kally did a wonderful job with me and my wifes brows and they came out exactly how we wanted. She is licensed and loves what she does - it shows in her work. I will definitely be back! Mens brows can be challenging, especially if you want to keep them natural and masculine yet clean them up. Kally knows exactly what to do. I definitely recommend her.

I came here with probably the worst eyebrows. I was getting them waxed but they just weren’t working with me. I came here and they literally did a miracle on my face. I actually had a arch and my eyebrows were even. They are sent from heaven. They gave me perfect eyebrows.

I was nothing less than extremely pleased with my eye brows. I came in with out an appointment and was immediately seen. Ive never had my eyebrows threaded but the woman who helped me as very kind and showed me the ropes. My eyebrows were threaded to perfection and it was nearly painless, and afterward I was given the option of cooking gel or baby oil which I loved because baby oil usually breaks skin out! I highly recommend getting your eyebrows threaded here. No irritation with the same results !

Just moved to the area less than a month ago from NC and didnt have to look far for a new eyebrow threader. I was extremely satisfied with my visit with Kally, loved how kally shaped my brows. And it was almost pain free. She is very skilled, dedicated and fast. First time here and will definitely keep getting my brows threaded with Kally. look forward to returning as a regular!

I was really satisfied with the results from my first visit at this location. Kally did a really good job on my eye brows and was very efficient with her work. I also got a facial while i was there and they did a pretty good job with that to. Customer service was excellent as i felt very welcome soon as i walked through their doors. I attached a photo showing the results of their work earlier that day. I dont usually do reviews but i gotta give credit where its due. Definitely recommend this place!

Went here yesterday and got my eyebrows threaded and tinted. The girl who did my eyebrows was so thorough! She did a great job.The same girl did my tint and it came out very dark. I am pale, so it is noticeable. I told her I thought it was too dark and she told me it could lighten after washing. Later that night it was still too dark. My family members pointed it out to me as well.The girl who answered was very pleasant. They are going to get my eyebrows a lighter color. For this, they get 4 stars! I will amend my review tomorrow, after Mu eyebrows have been lightened.As a side note, they did my boyfriend’s eyebrows on a different day. They did a beautiful job! Highly recommended.

I had not touched my eyebrows in over 8 weeks in an effort to fill them out and reshape them. I was very nervous about who I went to when I was ready to get them done. I am so glad that I visited Kally Threading!! She did such an amazing job!

I love when I get my eyebrows threaded there. But when I got my brows tinted for the first time. I was so disappointed when it was finished. Went back ... To get them redone and still disappointed they made it way to dark and it was so blotchy & not natural. I think I will stick with getting my brows threaded. Shame I had high hopes tinted. 😣

Kally is amazing at threading. I used to go to the mall they always do it wrong, leave me inexplicably red, and it would hurt entirely too much. And then I tried this place, She is really gentle, take her time and knows her craft well -my eyebrows had never looked this good.It also helps that she is very sweet and accommodating with any requests. It was my second visit to her She even remembers me and my husband, which shows that she cares about her customers.Seriously, if you want the best threading around, this is the place to go.

Facility is neat and very welcoming. The employees are friendly and are expert on their job. I did my eyebrows and it didnt even take 15 mins to finish the work. The price are very affordable, if you are looking to do your eyebrows, this is the perfect place to do so!

Harsh threading felt like my hair was being violently ripped out of skin. She shaped my eyebrows instead of cleaning them, my sister woke up with an infection all around her eyebrows, which didnt turn out so good. Poor service. WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN( second part) Ive had my eyebrows threaded many times, and every time Ive had a decent amount of hair and no ones complained about it. I asked for a clean up and she shaped it sometimes I was extremely saddened by because I had been growing my eyebrows out for months. So no I will not be going back and my sister shouldnt be breaking out so bad around her eyebrows threading is supposed to avoid that. My sisters technician didnt even ask what she wanted and left her eyebrows really patchy and uneven. Didnt even trim the hair in the end.

After reading all the amazing reviews I made an appointment for eyelash extensions. Upon doing them my eyes were burning! I was told that was normal. When I left, I didnt think they looked very good. I noticed that they were really heavy. After a couple hours my eyes became very irritated. When I looked in the mirror I noticed my eye was red and swollen!! I contacted them immediately! They told me to come in the next day. I couldnt take it anymore so I went in right when they opened. It was am extremely painful experience! Every time they put the stuff on to help take them off my eyes burned so bad!! The whole process of taking them off took an hour and 10 minutes. They tried and one point to send me home with 3 clusters still left on one eye, unacceptable! They did finish but I did want to punch the lady a few times. Ive never experienced pain like that. They did not offer my money back. I messaged them and asked why I didnt get a refund. They tried to blame me for missing two appointments when I was there. I said that wasnt my fault, they said I didnt need an appointment. Finally after going back and forth and letting them know that I had to go to the doctor. I had an eye infection!! They finally did give me a full refund. After talking to multiple people whove had eyelash extensions, the burning is not normal!!! Theres a reason they are only $39 and not the normal $99 like most places. Please be careful if you go here. I dont think they know what they are doing and your eyes are very important!!!

My search for a good threader in Tacoma is finally over!!! I was pretty nervous about getting my brows done today, as I have a photo shoot this weekend, but my crooked/bushy brows were seriously driving me crazy. So I decided to trust all of Kallys good reviews, mention from my friends and chance it... And Im so glad I did! Kally was quick, precise, listened to my directions, and made my brows even on both sides and arched while keeping them full and sexy. Plus, Im not sure if it was because she was super gentle, or if the thread she uses is just better quality, but it did not hurt at all! Also, as I have fairly sensitive skin, all my past threading experiences have always left me with weird bumps/rises/pimples for up to a week afterwards. I thought it was just the price of beauty, but after today, my skin still feels and looks great, which is basically unheard of and officially makes this the best place ever. Plus, at $10 for eyebrows, the price is unbeatable . Thanks Kally fantastic Job and Erika who recommend me to this amazing place!!!

Sumi is amazing and a master at her work! I have lived in Puyallup for 6 years now and tried various artists before finding her. She is the only person that I trust with my lashes. I have gone here for more than an year but today was my last day. She did not even bother to wipe off the hair and she did a really bad job. I did not say anything coz it’s not like she could put them back.

First time getting a brazillian and she was able to make it as fast, and non-awkward as possible. Kallys facials made my face soo soft and I think it helped my face not breakout before my period. oh my god it was so relaxing that 45 minutes gone like 5 minutes Very thorough with eyebrows -- wait was longer but worth it. I am def. visiting them again!

I enjoy coming here they usually thread my eyebrows pretty good. Only bad experiences I had was with a new lady that works there. The first time I tried her she ripped my skin out and left me cuts when nobody has been aggressive with my eyebrows (my eyebrows are thin). I went a second time with her but this time as she threaded one side of my eyebrow the end of the string was constantly pressing down on my opposite eyeball Which was very uncomfortable! I had to stop her a couple of times because of that. I’m personally not going with her again I’ll be going with Kally or the other lady. The newer one is a no go, sorry.

Usually I get the gal with a light hand but every so often one of the girls has a very heavy hand and she hurts me. I get the deal with the card. I usually go to Lacey but due to this place being near where I work I come here and the girls in Lacey are way friendlier.

Poor experience. Would never try again. I inquired if this would be hurtful or a bad ideal for a light haired, fair, sensitive skinned individual. I was assured that it would be okay. This false statement, infected and burned my skin. Never ever again!!

The owner used to do my brows at the Tacoma Mall and when she no longer worked there I was so sad because she was the only one i trusted with my brows! When i first went here I was surprised to see her there and she told me this was her shop and I was ecstatic! Absolutely love her technique she always leaves me messed up brows perfect!

Eyesbrows they do pretty basic/ok. Lashes here risky. If this isnt your normal lash place and your lash tech doesnt really like you getting filled at other places, dont go here. When you go back to your regular lash tech there will be problems and you might even have to un-lashfor awhile. This was my exact experience here.

Never got my eyebrows threaded went in with my friend. She went first her eyebrows looked great. It took about 10 minutes. So I went next. .. it felt like thousands of paper cuts. The lady stopped everytime I moved she reassured me that Im not bleeding I started to panic lol she took her time. My eyebrows looked nice. I think Ill stick with waxing tho 😂😂😂
