I needed help filing a 1065 for a partnership. I called and made a virtual appointment which was actually a pleasant process. I was told I would be working with Chris.Come to the day and time of the appointment, I hadn’t heard anything from them so I called and said I had a 2 o’clock appointment and the lady knew my name so was aware I was in the system for an appointment. She places me on hold and then Chris answers and is completely oblivious to who I am and what I want. So I tell him I needed help with filing the 1065 and then he seemed confused and placed me on hold. Then another gentlemen Ralph gets on and asks what he can help me with! I AGAIN, explained what I needed and he asks if I want to schedule an appointment or come in. At that point I stated I would find someone else and hung up. Besides the scheduling of the appointment, everything about this experience was unprofessional and frustrating.

You get it done ASAP, I have no worries, I know you will do it right the first time. If I have questions during the year, the office always has someone there to answer the question(s). And I like the people that work there.

Stanislav made the tax filing very easy to understand and explained the new tax laws for us to understand. This is the second time she has prepared our taxes.

I normally do my own taxes, but this year I had a couple of items that were way beyond me. I went to a regular H & R Block office, and obviously my couple of items were way beyond them as well. I was getting pretty nervous, but they sent me on to Block Advisors. Best thing that could have happened to me!!! They were wonderful to me and for me. I could not have asked for a better experience. How great it was to sit down with Mr Robin, and watch him go through my paperwork and know exactly how to handle it. And in less than an hour my taxes were done, submitted, and I have a refund coming!! I am thrilled. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
