I hired Cameron after he came recommended by another attorney in Tacoma. I felt immediately comfortable with him. He has strong interpersonal skills which made a great attorney/client relationship. My divorce was very complex. Cameron was always available to speak to me via phone or email. He helped me continue to think fairly throughout the whole process.There were multiple times during evaluations and the Court process that I would have benefitted from more guidance and strategies. At these times, Cameron did not give much. Due to the complexity of my case, it would have been helpful to have more from Cameron. Navigating a foreign land of legal issues involved with dissolution with children, an attorney would can explain and strategize would have been a huge benefit to my case.Many times, my bill was exorbitant as Cameron worked endlessly on issues without discussing with me first.Cameron was frazzled during the start of our 5 days of trial when the Judge did not allow him to organize his paperwork as he was accustomed to. Cameron was frazzled and froze when the Judge ruled in complete opposition to my petitions. This led to multiple issues with our final parenting plan. Typos were gone without notice. If you can imagine an attorney being in complete shock, I was under immense shock and terror. This is where I needed an attorney to rise to the occasion. To read the Parenting Plan, Degree, and all other paperwork the Court prepared and find errors or issues that needed to be addressed. Cameron was not able to think clearly and did not find the numerous errors which led me to additional expenses and continuous issues with dealing with my ex in regards to our parenting plan.Furthermore, Cameron completely misinterpreted an essential item without our final orders leading me to believe something completely wrong. I ended up having two other attorneys review my Orders and bring clarity to the confusion Cameron caused me.I believe Cameron and his team are great people. They became people I relied on in a very traumatizing season of my life. However, Cameron failed in high stress situations. Id recommend him for settlements and not trial Court.
