Okay, let me explain. I have no issues with the law group themselves, but I do have major issues with one of their recently hired lawyers. This lawyer is Ray Pollari.He barely communicated with us about our case, and withdrew last minute and wasn’t going to tell us he withdrew from our case until we called him and got on him about dropping us. Ray claimed to drop us due to “lack of communication”. My partner and I have proof that we had communicated with him since day 1 when he was hired, we turned in all necessary paperwork, and the only thing he really did for us was read some paperwork, and push our court hearing back to gather sufficient evidence.Please save yourself the trouble and never hire Ray. When we tried to question his ethics, he could only repeat himself on how he has “35 years in the business” and he really had no excuse to drop us.Never hire Ray Pollari because he will steal your money. The lawyer fees after the first phone call, equated to around 5,000$. He took almost all of it.Envision family law has helped many people, and done really well with family court for others, but Ray Pollari will be the downfall of this business. Never hire him as your lawyer.

Kimberly A. was amazing. She focused on what I needed to do and helped me every step of the way. Ive never gone through something like this and she made it as painless as possible. In the end I couldnt be happy with the result. Thanks Kimberly & EFL!

Scott Marlow handled my complicated case with ease. He and Royann were responsive, thorough, and ultimately succeeded in providing the ideal outcome for myself and my daughter. After years of grief, I now have full custody. He achieved this end in two months time. I’m very happy with my decision to retain Mr Marlow and would recommend him to anyone.

We highly recommend Natalie Roberts. She took our case after another attorney from another firm failed to represent us to our satisfaction. We worked with Natalie for almost two years before our custody trial. She always communicated clearly and directly, and was very knowledgeable. At trial, she was aggressive, but respectful. Her opening and closing arguments were touching and profound. She was instrumental in bringing our family back together, and for that we are grateful.

There were multiple topics discussed as being of high importance and concern to our family that never even got addressed by Mrs. Hiesy during our hearing. We were assured that she understood, that the topics were nothing to stress about and that she would be addressing these things.These include:-Not Paying the other party’s attorney fee-Requesting payment for our fees as we didn’t even get a lawyer until the other party did.-removing details/limitations around exchanges of child ( having my other child with me during exchanges)-first right to refusal in parenting plan-other party not completing mandatory court requirements by deadline.Along with failure to introduce or address these topics Cali Hiesy also failed to prepare for this hearing. She was unaware of multiple things filed in this case. Including my workSchedule, either parties income, number of children I have, my fiancé name (named in filed documents) etc. After the hearing we express our unhappiness with her representation and addressed what we believed to be the order from the commissioner. Cali didn’t write down these down correctly. We told her we wanted the court transcripts so we could double check who headed it correctly. Not only did she not do this but she signed and filled the orders without our review and they were wrong. We ordered the court transcripts our self to verify.To top things off when we addressed our issues with Envision family law office we not only were denied an overcorrect or compensation but rather sent an email stating Cali Hiesy was withdrawing from our case. Leaving us without an attorney to challenge the hearing ruling that she screwed up.

Jonathan is amazing! I have a high conflict ex that brought me to court many times. It used to be so horrible until I found Jonathan. It is such a relief to have him by my side in court. In January of 2018 I reached out to Scott Marlow in hopes that he would take on my case. I was 4 months into a complicated custody battle with representation from another attorney. When I was accused of violence toward my child, with no previous history from my ex-wife over the course of 17 years, I knew I was going to need an attorney. Although I thought the case took longer than it should have, it was not due to Jonathan dragging his feet. My ex continued to file last minute papers that had no bearing on the trial. She also continued to keep our two boys from me for almost 5 months. After she brought two different cases against me, we finally won and I now have my boys back according to the parenting plan that was originally set in place.I hope to never have to go through something like that again, but if I did Jonathan would be the first one I would contact. If you want someone who is going to fight for you, then you definitely want to hire Jonathan and his office. Kevins rate is 375/hour. Let me just tell you, it was SO worth the money. I paid the retainer and filed all of my own evidence to avoid chipping away at it over time. I E-filed through the Odyssey portal which is avialable in washington state (highly recommend that). I literally wrote all over the documents and described what I wanted the judge to read or notice in order to minimize the work for that judge. All of my work and money paid off. WE WON! We got our daughter back! The Envision firm worked well with us and responded to any and all emails I sent them. They did most of that without charging us. The other thing is they revised the affidavits we wanted to submit and used their own law degrees to do it and create a stronger picture of who we are as a family and why the opposing party was lying and skewing evidence into their favor. I was really happy with the outcome. I think Kevin said maybe two or three things during the entire hearing which was great because the only things he asked the defendant (us) were things that mattered and showed the truth. Sometimes, less is more. Words cant describe how happy I am with their services. Kevin is very direct and not afraid to hurt feelings which is how I communicate as well. I think we worked well together in order to achieve the mission. SO SO HAPPY! THANK YOU ENVISION TEAM!

SCOTT MARLOW HAPPENED!Great move Envision Family Law! The best thing that this firm could have done, was to hire Attorney Scott Marlow. While I am certain that all of the attorneys are great at what they do, it takes a special human to alleviate the chaos and the ugly from a divorce procedure. I was married to a narcissist with money, who had an attorney without boundaries or ethics... but, I had Scott and they were not ready for him. Scott handled my ugly with compassion, kindness and most of all intelligence and backbone. Scott, thank you for your humor and your professionalism. You found a way to make me smile through the tears and you took care of all of the what ifs and now whats. When I wanted to react from anger and frustration, you responded with knowledge and class and nothing else needed to be said. The team at Envision was very helpful and took the time to understand my specific situation. I felt that they listened to me and my concerns and helped me to navigate the system to meet my goals. I felt they also provided advice on how to do things the most efficiently so I was spending money unnecessarily. I needed assistance with an interstate custody agreement but they also discovered I needed a few more items that were previously overlooked in my divorce made part of court records. I wish I could give 0 stars. This was the worst service I’ve ever gotten. I paid 395 to argue about moral issues not legal ones. They were 0 help and I will be looking else where. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU ARE MILITARY. I showed up to my appointment early and waited 30 mins (15 after my actual appointment time) to be seen. They will simply tell you to have your unit handle it. I understand why they want the money up front. If you waited until after the appointment you wouldn’t wanna Pay them.

My 11 year old grandson was taken by CPS three weeks ago due to incidents years prior. They stonewalled us at every turn, would not respond to our frequent calls and emails, trips into their offices, etc. We retained Jonathan on a Thursday, and he began blowing up their phones and emails immediately. His staff sprang into action preparing documents and getting them processed. By the NEXT day, a petition was filed in court, signed by the judge, and my grandson was released home to me. There are no words to describe how grateful I am for Jonathan. We had a situation with CPS where everything went completely sideways. My son came home with bruises from daycare and as a new mom, I immediately called his doctor and we were seen the following day. The physician had to call CPS which was understandable and we were sent to get a skeletal x-ray. The results of the X-ray came back stating that there was a mark on his left 7th and 8th rib but it was undeterminable and another follow up x-ray was needed. The following day, I was home with my son and 2 CPS workers and a sheriff showed up at our door and took my 6 month old son away from us. I was completely devastated and was shocked that I was being punished for doing the right thing. We had a Family Planning Meeting that Friday and they did not return my son to us because we had to be interviewed by Pierce County and a follow up x-ray needed to take place before any other decision were made. We had to sign a VPA agreement because we did not want our son to end up in the court system. After the family planning meeting, I immediately called attorneys and scheduled an appt with Jonathan the following Monday and I am so glad that I did. He met with me and listened to my story and actually knew the CPS worker that I was dealing with because he has dealt with her before. I immediately hired him on the spot and it was the best decision that I made. He came with me on short notice to my interview the next day with the detective and he was in constant contact with CPS so that I could focus on spending as much time as possible. He always answered every email, text, or phone call as soon as he could. He let me vent and complain and was so understanding of what we were going through. He actually made it so that I could go to my sons follow up x-ray appt and also, I was able to spend the night (supervised) with my son a week before he was released to us. After 3 weeks of my son being taken, he was finally released back to my care. Jonathan even took the time to come to the follow up family planning meeting when he could have joined by phone. I honestly could not have gotten through all of this without Jonathan. He is absolutely amazing!

Mr. Moffitt seems to have the wisdom of someone that has been in the field decades. There is no doubt in my mind that he is someone to keep an eye on. He is a force. His name will be known. He projects his voice in a clean but stern manner getting his point across clearly. He seems to truly care about his clients while still knowing how to be honest and play devils advocate. He has made sure that I have truly come to my conclusions before proceeding on many occasions. Though he has questioned me, I have never felt attacked or belittled. I always feel like he is just wanting a better understanding and to make sure I am not just running on emotions. He keeps me grounded. He comes to court more prepared then I would ever expect. If not for Mr. Moffitt I have no idea where I would be after 2018 literally being the most chaotic year of my life thus far. I can not imagine any reason why anyone would give Mr. Moffitt anything short of a 5 start rating. 10.0, 10 out of 10. I am honored to know him. ( and no there is no relation)
