I dropped off a generator over a week ago. Talked with Chris the next day and he said it needed a new coil. Told him I had another generator I wanted repaired as well. He said I could drop.it off Monday morning. Went by the shop on Monday and noone was there. Called Chris and he said he was out getting parts and he wasnt sure when he would return. Asked him to call when he was back at the shop. Its now Saturday afternoon and I still havent heard from him. Have left two or three messages. Went by on Wednesday and noone was there.Have no idea whats going on with the generator I already left there.I live in my van and need the generator for power. I work remotely. Ive spent a small fortune on a motel room waiting for the first generator. Unacceptable!

I would give ten stars if the business could have been managed better by planning for the illness of its primary employee. They are the best at what they do and the worst at planning or anticipating future business hurdles. If the son that takes over can fix the business planning aspect and thus improve service times, this will quickly be come a 5 star plus.As machanics and people I would have no one else touch my lawn mower. Someone needs to help them administor the business.

No one was there, online hours said open till 6 pm, the notes on the door said appointment only, the voicemails said not open at all.

I called and scheduled an appointment in advance, drove 30 minutes to the shop with my mower in the back and no one was there. I called and left a message, called again no answer. IMO very unprofessional.

Job was done right and ahead of schedule. Best hardware store in town.

Mr. Al (Santa), is extremely knowledgeable and helped get my trimmer back up and running fine in a matter of minutes. Then he explained to me the better ways to maintain and prolong the life of my equipment. I will be coming back to see him with any issues I may have with our lawn equipment. I highly recommend anyone who needs repairs, to go see Santa, at his other shop. This is what he does, while the elves are getting the toys ready for Christmas Day. 🎅🏻😃

Al got me right in, fixed my problem within an hour, explaining every step so I feel I could fix it if the same problem recurs. He charged me far less than I expected, and threw in some great conversation for free. Thanks, Santa!

Absolutely love this lawn equipment repair shop!! Very thorough and went above and beyond to explain to me the repairs and how to care for my mower.

I was told incorrect information and was over charged for my mower to be returned to me still smoking. Needed new engine and sold me a bill of goods. would not advise anyone going to this shop unless you want to hand your wallet over to them

Santa Al as he likes to be called, claimed to have fixed my lawn mower. Problem not fixed. Took it back a second time. He called to say it was fixed, and scheduled a time for me to pick it up. Low and behold he’s not there. I waited at the shop for 20 minutes. No call, no show. Finally got the mower back after the second “repair” attempt. Mower still demonstrating initial issues, not fixed. Left voicemail to tell him it’s still not working, he has yet to return my call 3 weeks later. $120 later, I’ve been ripped off and mower is still not fixed. Don’t be fooled by his Santa charm, go somewhere else for your repair needs.

Dropped my mower on 3/22/2019.it wouldn’t start. Due to health issues with the owner I could not pick up the mower until 6/22/2019 after 151.42 dollars was only able to cut my grass 4x and now the mower will not start this year selling it fo 25.00 any takers toro 22 inch self propelled .

Great service with on-time delivery and complete details of the repairs, parts, etc. used in the job. If anything listed on that sheet goes bad, it will be promptly checked and fixed. Parking is around back, off of Union Ave. Its a no-frills repair shop with plenty of space to load and unload. We schedule our maintenance in the off-season and pick it up when the lawn is ready.

Al is the best guy around. He does quality work and is a valuable community member, dressing up as Santa and spreading joy. He lives for that. Ill always recommend supporting Al and comfortable referring him to anyone looking for his services.
