They do excellent work and they are very affordable. The days they come to clean are always my favorite days to come home. My wife and I would have such a feeling of relief. The teams are so nice and professional. My home looks amazing. Love them. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I came home to find my house half vacuumed. not dusted, countertops not wiped off glass not clean. I pacifically said do not go into a certain room so I shut the door and of course I wanted to make sure, So I put something in the door. when I came home that something was no longer in the door it was on the other side of the door so they went where I asked them not to . For a deep clean there was three ladies who came in at 9:35 . One walked out at 10:20 and sat on the front porch then other one walked out at 10:25 and sat with her . The third one walked out at 10:30 that was my deep clean. I strongly advise not to use this company. If I could share the photos that I had taken I would. I’ve never been so upset.

We have used the Cleaning Authority for several years and have noticed the quality of their service has declined. The last time they cleaned our house we decided to cancel the service because of the very poor job they did. It appeared that they hadnt cleaned at all. Nothing was dusted and the shower in the bathroom was never touched. I call to inform them of the poor service and wasnt offered a solution. I would not recommend them for Cleaning anything. They really didnt care that I was canceling the services. They wont be in business much longer with that attitude. There are plenty of other quality Cleaning services out there. Dont use the Cleaning Authority.

I would not recommend this company. I was continually dissatisfied with the their service. The first clean is ALWAYS perfect then they go down hill from there. They give you a print out of what they did today, and what they will be doing at the next clean. NEVER and I repeat NEVER have any of the teams ever did what was on the list. You seldom get the same team even after requesting it as they say you can do. As I said they NEVER did what was on the list but when they would not even do some of the basics ie dust, vacuum, wipe kitchen counter top I would bring it to the supervisors attention. I recently received notice by email that I can no longer use their services due to my recent complaint. So if you do use this company just be sure not to express your dissatisfaction, just pay your bill and keep your mouth shut!

Unfortunately Ive had a not so good 2 months. Unlawful behavior by the house keepers. Cleanings have become worse with every visit. The price is great, probably why Im still using them. Not really worth it at this point. Bummer because the first initial visit was EXCELLENT.

Sales guy said they will deep clean and sanitize. Not the case at all. 3 sixteen year old girls showed up with a dirty vacuum and no masks.Had to ask them to take off shoes on my new white carpet. I believe my house was cleaner before they came out as they didn’t dust anything, empty trash cans, or sweep under table and chairs and vacuumed only half of my house. I found one of their dirty rags in my upstairs bathroom and they left another on my daughters bed. Very unqualified and unprofessional staff who seemed to brag about how gross the houses their boss sends them to. Would not recommend.

This place is hit or miss, just like most cleaning services. If you have a good crew, your house gets a proper clean. Over time, as with other cleaning services, the quality seems to diminish though. I would recommend the cleaning authority so long as you deep clean your house every so often.

Ive been leaving messages for 5 days now about the cleaning that was done last week. My toilet was not clean, toothpaste on mirrors, kitchen floor still had food spills, shampoo mess in tub, and more. They did vacuum but i took pictures of the rest of the work. My son said the 3 girls were here about 30 min. Ive called with my concerns at least 5 times and had nobody reach out to me about this. Plus they lost my key at one point and although they have another key they still knocked on the door and woke my son up to let them in. This isnt the first time they have done poor work. I canceled my service today.

My mother had her house cleaned recently and she was extremely pleased. I live with her and happened to be home when the cleaners first arrived (..on time, which was great). My mom & I were both impressed by the team (..especially Joe who was very professional and polite).

I feel bad that often the only time we review things is when things are not going well, but after about a year of using The Cleaning Authority Tacoma I wish I could give a higher rating. I did sometimes have teams who did a great job and who I would give 5 stars, and other times, more of a 3 star (not emptying the trashes, or leaving dirty rags on the floor or unscrubbed cleansers in the sink etc. having to clean after they left) but I am giving them a 1 star rating because when I tried to get back a team who I really liked, Kim at TCA Tacoma said I was popping off and said they would be severing ways with me. I was silent on the phone for a bit because I have just never had anyone treat me like that before. After tying to explain that I had switched days in hopes of getting a team I liked (because I had switched one day and had an awesome team and was trying to get them back) she said they wouldnt be working with me anymore and actually hung up on me. I am not from WA state, but is this a normal thing here? My husband is deployed and I work from home at night to be able to pay for house cleaning, it really helps me out a lot, and I am just in shock to be dropped as a client.

Have been very pleased with cleaning authority since we started using them. Current team (Team 12) of Shelby Lee and Kylie Sivich are fantastic. They are courteous, professional, and friendly. They always inquire about our families satisfaction with the last cleaning and ask if there is anything extra needed to be done or if there are any specific focus areas to clean.

The team of house cleaners (Kristina & Patrina) always do a thorough job and ask us if there is anything that needs extra attention. We like the fact that we usually have the same team cleaning our house - its nice to get to know them! We recommend The Cleaning Authority for the value, work and friendliness of their crews!

I was hesitant to hire a cleaning service but so glad I did. Megan and Diane (team #23) are friendly, detail oriented and efficient. No regrets.

Just called and they apparently dont service all of Tacoma. Just certain zip codes and not 98418. Would love to know what zip codes they do service (north side only?)

Its cheap but you get what you pay for.

Most teams do well some others not so much. Customer service is on point though!!
