I think the person who wrote that one star review has the wrong company. I have been using this company for 7 years and they are nothing short of amazing! And there is no one name Brook working there. This company will set up a personalized plan to fit your needs. They are very reliable, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I also use them to clean my carpets once every 6 months and a deep clean my house once a year. They are extremely hard workers and strive for excellence and customer satisfaction. Every. Single. Time.

I was impressed with the speed my house was cleaned. Jazmin will create a personalized cleaning and any other services that are needed to organize bedrooms, kitchens, etc. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

NW Cleaning services was recommended by someone else but unfortunately they do not return phone calls or willing to text despite replying at Facebook messenger, the person Brooke did not back with me the following morning to see if we can work something out. I am disappointed but this is no way to treat potential customers.
