I like this gym. It is smaller than the one I normally go to in Milton, WA. I dont mind coming here at all. Great place really is.

Based on my experience here, client service was mediocre. The gym is average. The prices are decent. Would maybe recommend.

Clean Gym, good working condition equipment and all the dumbells are accounted for and serviceable.What more can you ask for?

Very clean and well kept plus the staff is always very kind and professional they have gone above and beyond to accommodate to their members, kaitlyn is amazing and her diligence is very much appreciated, I am sad to part ways with this gym. Being said I highly recommend joining this facility.

Staff Awesome! Facility Awesome!Some of your patrons are rude though.Its not polite to ask How much longer are you gonna be on the stairmaster?And another lady asked me if I had a key fob? they dont just let anyone inSome of these people are so stuck up and have created a hierarchyI work hard at the gym and to pay for my membership.

Small gym. Squat tracks are usually always taken when I go. But if you are an anytime member it will get the job done... usually.

I went there to try out a membership and unfortunately they are not enforcing mask wearing and now I found out they are reopened again during shut down. Would not recommend going there if you care about cleanliness because not clean there.

Private, safe and got the best scenic drive on your way there. Always clean and excellent staff. Theyre always eager to help.

I love this gym! Its in a great location and is always clean (which is a plus as far as shared sweat space is concerned)! The monthly fee is fair and access starts immediately and within 30 days you are automatically covered under their umbrella system to access all other locations which is lacking with most corporate-sponsored fitness facilities. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and strive to create a community with their members. Equipment is always quickly tended to should issues arise. This place sparkles!

I like this gym because its a nice small gym. You just have to be careful. When I started at the Lakewood location I was told specific things about the contract that didnt matter later because that person was gone. But the Tacoma location is nice and clean. Smaller so it can get busy sometimes

Very helpful staff as well. The machines and equipment are all set up according to the muscle group youre working on. Truly top notch!

Great Facility. There have been issues with break-ins reported in past reviews on other sites. This has me concerned, but the overall facility is well maintained.

Friendly staff. Clean facility and equipment. Not as crowded inside as LA Fitness / Planet Fitness. Membership ricing is a little high, but you do get what you pay for IMHO.

Great smaller gym, they have almost everything you need to get a solid workout in. Clean functional equipment and free weights. Vending machine, showers, and an aerobics room. Open 24 hours

Regence sent an email to State employees about a program that offers reduced monthly dues, ($25 per month), at area fitness centers. I know another Anytime Fitness member so I went to the Anytime Fitness next to Safeway at 26th and Pearl in Tacoma. I was greeted by Adam, a new manager, and Holly, the current manager. We discovered that to get the reduced dues I needed to first sign up with Active and Fit. Adam and Holly were so patient as I signed up with Active and Fit over the phone. The rest of the sign-up with Anytime Fitness was easy peasy. Adam showed me around and I set up a free hour training session with a personal trainer to learn how to use the equipment. The equipment is clean and plentiful. Other members are there but it is never overcrowded. Also, there are plenty of other options for keeping fit, classes, etc. Thank you Adam and Holly.

The staff here is great and extremely helpful and always happy to help, as well. They are very quick to get things fixed or resolve anyones issues. The gym itself is kind of small, but they have pretty much everything you would need and kept in very good shape. One of the few gyms Ive been to where I consistently see people cleaning down equipment after use and no one is rude to other people. There are three bathrooms with showers, free weights, hammer strength machines, all the usual cardio equipment, and an extra room that plays workout videos you choose from a computer outside of the room that plays on a giant projector screen which I think is pretty amazing. Im very glad I chose this as my home for fitness!

BEFORE YOU SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM: Understand the workers there will swindle you into a 2-year contract where you can only cancel if you are moving 25+ miles away, or are permanently disabled and unable to use equipment. There is absolutely no canceling your agreement or your membership. They also add on heavy service fees monthly which they really dont clarify when you become a member. If you want to go here you should have a lot of money and be committed

Clean place. Small. TVs on the macines: I wish they posted a list of the available channels somewhere nearby, so that we can change the settings according to our preferences.

Great gym, great staff, solid patrons

BEWARE OF THIS GYM. Although it seems like a nice clean gym on the service, dont expect any help from management to solve issues that come up. Why, according to them its because its not their fault, or people make mistakes. In my experience, they billed me again after I canceled membership and then shut off my gym access before my contract expiration date. But I should be okay with the fact that they took my money and canceled my gym access early because my money will get refunded sometime within 5 -10 business days. If you use the gym during normal business hours of 9-5 than its probably okay. If you go later in the evening you will end up will the majority people taking up space on the equipment texting on their phones and not working out. You will also have the crossfit people taking up multiple pieces of equipment and then not wiping it down after using it. I brought several issues to management, but was told that they couldnt make the rules to strict for members. Apparently, rules supporting basic gym etiquette is to much to ask.

They need more workout machines, there is way to many treadmills and elliptical machines that hardly ever get used when Ive worked out there.
