SIMOS doesnt give pay raises ever! and has no 401k I dont know anybody would want to work here. The work is very physical and hard on the body. There medical is garbage to.

Simons is paying 12 dallors an hour people have been there for over 2 years with no raise and I was supposed to be paid last Friday but they havent even registered the rapid card yet. Its been five days with no money on the card and Simons dont even answer there phone and doesnt return my messages. not a company I want to work for and nobody should work there.

The hours were extensive but management really is the worst here. An HR nightmare as well since the pay on my check was never correct and theres a huge language barrier with most employees. Anna is pretty awesome and Joseph too but they need better corporate people
