Brilliant customer service at a reasonable price. This truly was white glove from start to finish. These mover/haulers brought my new couch on time as scheduled.They placed it exactly where I wanted it in my living room and removed my ancient, awkward, quite heavy old couch - expertly and efficiently angling it through my house and carrying it uphill to their van. The whole event took 15 minutes tops. I would hire them again anytime I need something large moved carefully and quickly.

I purchased 1400 lbs of flooring but did not realize that I bought it from a place that did not offer delivery. This was a dilemma because I do not own a truck or large capacity vehicle. I also wanted to be an adult and not ask my friends to use their truck or inconvenience them into going down to the store to help me get this to my new house. I contacted I Markiss @ Haul LLC via text, set up a same day appointment and they moved it from the warehouse to the new house. They were even kind enough to unload it from the pallet and stack it in my house. Markiss sent me pics over text when they had it in the truck and once they were done unloading it. Their pricing was honest and fair, I was able to pay via an email invoice through squareup. I am sure that I may need to use them again here in the near future. I highly recommend Markiss and the crew at I Haul LLC they were great.

This was my first experience using professional movers and I am pleased to report I had a universally excellent experience. The price was reasonable, they worked quickly, and were extremely pleasant to work with throughout. The space i was moving into was up a large flight of stairs and several large pieces of furniture looked questionable to fit through the halls and narrow doors, but they managed it cheerfully. i cant recommend them highly enough. if i need moving help again they will be my first call!

They were excellent right from the get go. Quick response, pick up and delivery was fast, they were incredibly friendly and professional. You can tell customer service matters. They handled our new farmhouse hutch with amazing care. I will 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

Very nice folks and very efficient! Wore masks and did a good job of moving the contents of a POD to a home. Some challenges with parking due to everyone being home and parked all over the streets but they handled it well and cheerfully.

I have worked with i Haul twice now. Once to move our office locations and another to move furniture from in my house while the floors were being re-done. The team at I Haul was awesome with both project, affordable and reliable.
