I live with my daughter in a very large home and my toilet ran for 4 hours while I was asleep and it was during a snow storm and I called surpro of Tacoma and they came to home with in hours and started the drying process of the home . I would recommend them to anyone looking for work to be done “clean up” from water damage or any other damage Jason Nick Kaylee and Debbie were clean while taking home apart and trustworthy and amazing so pleased with their work .

Uninvited individuals were found to have broken in and to be living in our Travel Trailer, and preparing to steal everything inside. Our Insurance agreed to have it cleaned and all things contaminated, disposed of. ServPro Tacoma dispatched two wonderful ladies that were meticulous and extremely thorough in cleaning our Trailer. As well, the ladies inventoried and provided detailed lists of all items that were disposed.In grueling heat, they did not waiver. They were dedicated to making sure they cleaned from top to bottom, each and all surfaces inside the trailer.My wife and I inspected the final product and cannot be happier with the result. We now feel comfortable about camping again for short or longer periods of time in our unit. Giant kudos to the ladies and a large Thank You.The day after they cleaned the unit, two of the nicest young men arrived and cleaned the carpet. They went above and beyond in a confined space, to assure they cleaned the carpet area as best as it could be. Like new! Thank You, Gentlemen

After our Hot Water Heated leaked, we contacted Servpro immediately and they came out within hours to our N Tacoma home to advise us on next steps and assist with the damage. The team was responsive, polite and profession. We could not believe the dedication they had to the job and even came out to our house numerous times to ensure the work was complete . I would 100% recommend to any of my friends.

We are very glad we chose Servepro, my kitchen water damage was bad. We had expensive damage to most of our flooring and some of our walls due to a long term hot water leak under the house. Servpro came to the rescue. They were courteous and respectful as we were living here much of the time they were working. Jason and Leonard were responsive to all of our questions and concerns about the work that need to be done. We are renters so they were responding to both our familys questions as well as the owner of the house. They were also knowledgeable and informed us of what to expect as the process proceeded. We have young children so they were respectful with their language and conduct and kept the environment as safe as possible for our family. We were thankful when their work was completed, yet grateful we had Servpro here to do it.

Cant recommend this company more! Nick B. did a fantastic job. Very helpful, clean, quick, and very experienced. Hopefully wont need ServPro again, but they will be the first ones I call if I ever have a problem in the future.

Had a water damage in my kitchen. Called these guys out to dry out the walls and floors. Everything was great, the office staff was nice on the phone, etc. The reason for only giving 4 stars is they showed up 15 minutes late a couple days in a row. Not a big deal but a phone call would have been good letting me know. Otherwise, good company.

I had water damage at my house, and with all of the snow, they were able to come out today to inspect. This company is very professional, and all of the technicians were wonderful. They explained the whole process, and were very helpful in getting the water cleaned up. Considering how bad the roads are, it shows the dedication of this local franchise of going the extra mile for the customer. I highly recommend you use their service.

Theyve gone through our things when weve repeatedly told them not to, they opened soap IN A BOX THAT WAS SEALED, TOOK IT OUT, and was generally really careless with our things, you have lost customers, Servpro. Improve your service because we are NOT recommending you to anyone who asks for services like these. Youve also claimed that items that were salvageable were non-salvageable. Youve lost many of our things, and we believe they were stolen by YOUR people, Servpro. My family is sorry we even chose you.

Nick Blakeway from Servpro just finished the demo on the damage from a failed shower pan in my master bathroom. I was impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. He and his partner draped the work area to minimize dust and debris. They expertly removed all water damaged materials. There cleanup was meticulous. The area is ready for my contractor to put in a new shower. If you contsct Servpro I highly recommend that you ask if Nick would be available to work on your water damage project.

Today we have completed the end of a two month fire disaster. SERVEPRO has returned all of our home contents clean and smoke free. I want to take this time to thank SERVEPRO for all they did to make this stressful time easier. Jason (I think he was the project manager??) is who worked with me. I called them the evening the fire happened and he came out the next morning. He told me everything I needed to know, and provided guidance regarding what I needed to do in order to proceed. He was kind and patient with all my questions (I was still shell shot from the fire). Everything he told me is exactly how things went. All of his staff that came to my home (cleaners, packers, etc) were professional, kind and efficient. I felt safe having them in my home. Jason checked with me frequently to make sure I was happy and everything was being done as he explained it would be done. He helped me find a contractor to do the drywall and texturing in the kitchen. Jason was even here today, when his staff returned all my things. He stayed after they left, making sure I was satisfied with the services they provided and let me know if I had any questions or concerns to please call him and he will take care of it. I am extremely pleased with all their care and professional interaction. I hope I never have another fire but if I did SERVEPRO will be the first place I call. I recommend them 100% . Just called this place and the lady told me they charge $160 to do an inspection/estimate. All other companies do it for free. Bad first impression.
