Only one out of four manual bays worked tried the other two that weren’t condop couldn’t get them to turn on. At least those would return the money when it didn’t go through, but I couldn’t use the working one due to a long line so I resorted to a automatic which left spots and the dryer is only like 30seconds. also the bill to token swappers coin changes do not work if the owners being this time fixing that stuff is this could be a nice place is it’s always busy!

Sometimes it takes my card and doesnt let me use the automatic washer and I havent gotten a refund but if it keeps happeningill probably startlookingfor anotherplace. The triple foam gun has not worked in quite a while. Overall though its a decent place to get the car washed

I Didnt Use it Because It Took My Card And Charged The Account Twice For $11.00 Attempted Another $11.00 But Was Declined They Saw Duplicate Charges or They Would Have Charged $33.00 For A $3.00 Carwash. That I Never Received Because The Machine Never Came. ON. .. SPLASH N DASH with My Money and Yours. If Your Not Careful. Lesson Learned. How About No STARS. Also The Number Provided If You Have Problems Is A Joke it RIngsAs A Tacoma Number. But then Says Invalid Number and Hangs Up. ( BAD BUSINESS BEWARE )

Your machines need a good tune up vacuums werent working as well as token machine

The two out of four vacuums were broken/cracked and one also had oil all over it. I did find one vacuum that worked amazing and I got my job done.

Been using it for years. The machines work, vending always stocked. Keeps the whip proper and convince in motion.

This place is busy busy busy. Always see someone we know. Everybody does their best to be swift as possible so the next guy in line doesnt have to wait too long. Prices are fine and the trash cans are so big they are touchless! Vacuums are strong enough. One thing that I didnt see was shampoo machines.

Card machine sucks, had to try 10 times between both machines. Once it took my cash it was good.

No on site to help you if you have money problems or an issue with the machines. But there is a guy that says hes paid by the company to pick up the garbage around a lot they say that its an opportunity for him to make it a couple of bucks he is yet to see a paycheck but yet still cleans it up everyday. I really like splash and dash . I have never had any problems with the coin machines and everything works ok there. The management or the owners seem cool.

A good place to quickly wash your vehicle on the go, I wash my vehicles here when I need a rapid wash.

Ive tried this car wash 3 times ...1st time water was weak 2nd time no soap, 3rd time just ate my coins and didnt work!🤬. The phone number they provide for problems...a joke! Out of service! Terrible business practices. Never again!!

STAY AWAY! Broken hoses - things not working - Totally rundown. I actually spoke to the owner - about a washing hose that had a cloth rag taped around the hose and just wouldnt work - while taking my money and charging my card - - he said what do you want me to do?Youve been warned!

I am so disappointed! I went to this car wash today and the automatic wash worked, but the credit card machine did not.... luckily i had some cash to spare. The reason this place gets two stars is because the do-it-yourself vacuums do NOT work... and there was no warning!! I lost $2 in coins trying to get the dang vacuum to work! And there was not a service person to assist. There at least should be up-keep on the place with a sign that states out of order. Also, the area to vacuum is a mess with trash everywhere as if no one has cleaned the place! HUGE bummer!!

We swiped our card and it said add 2.50 cents more so we swiped again and it still said insert 2.50More and then we got an alert from our bank saying it charged us 11$ twice so we paid 22$ for no wash at all and tried to fix it and couldn’t get our money refunded without calling our bank and disputing it so now that will take up to 2 weeks to get our money back worst experience ever I wouldn’t recommend using this place unless u have quarters even then I wouldn’t chance it

I tried three different vacuums and none of them worked, no phone number posted to contact. I know it was just $3 but thats like 7 minutes of vacuuming time. I have visited this location several times and the vacuums were working fine. Guess I should have read more recent reviews before coming back.

I put a 20 bill and didn’t give me my change good thing I asked for a receipt. I saw that it says if you have any issues to call or message the number. I messaged them and sent them a pic of my receipt no response. Then 10 hrs later I ask them so am I going to get my refund back. The person just asked for name and address and didn’t say anything now almost a month later haven’t heard or received any refund yet. What’s the point of having a number on there if no one responds and provides customer service.

Someone took the vacuum hoses from 2 of machines which made it harder & longer to clean your car after washing 😳. So plan accordingly until fixed.

All the vacuums are broken, one wouldn’t even turn on after taking my money and starting the timer. The only one that actually turned on didn’t even have enough suction to pick up a leaf. Now I’m out three dollars. To be fair the touchless wash seemed to clean better than others I’ve been to.

Terrible car wash!! I paid for the touchless carwash and it stopped working when it was half way dispensing the soap. It just froze at the rear passenger side of my car. So I had to go to one of the other bays and pay more money to rinse off the soap.. waste of time and money!!!

Great to wash your car with a touch less wash. Close to home and I still use this place. But for the last 4 months I have tried to vacuum my car and put money in (3 tokens to start) and the vacuums never work. Says I’m putting in quarters or none of the vacuums are working.Never write reviews for anything, but hopefully this will help other people not waste hard earned money on a service that doesn’t work.

Last year the price of a wash went up 3 dollars and there were some repairs and upgrades done to the automatic washers. Most of the time this a great car wash. Out of 50 visits, twice I have gone and paid for a wash and the machine would not function. There is no attendant, the phone number preciously listed on Google was disconnected and there is no contact information on site at the business. The $8 for the wash wasted I thought perhaps the problem was with the scan of the debt card so I (foolishly) drove through again and swiped again. No carwash and bank statement shows both charges. Back yesterday for a wash and things worked fine. $24 for one car wash is expensive. Please update the contact information and post at the site and on the debt machine.

I never enter reviews but its needed. It used to be the center dispensers were stocked and the touch free bays were decent but leaked the whole time on the car. Now they updated the touch free but all of the dispensers are either sold out or unplugged. Vacuums have been good to me. I choose to go here because the touch free works great. Dont expect it to get heavy dirt off, its touch free

THe old man that cleans up around this car wash later in the evening, is kinda rude. I was vacuuming my vehicle and he walks up behind me and hangs this nasty trash over my clean car, and rudely asked if it was mine. To which I answered no. The vacuums are very low power and barely pull up the debris in the vehicle. Switching to Tahoma.

Paid for a vacuum and didnt realise a hose wasnt attached so I tried the one with the hose attached and it only took my money and didnt work so I then had to move to another vaccume and finally it worked but BARLEY the one vaccume I got to work had NO suction at all didnt even pick up small peices of crumbs. Now we go to brown bear, which I recommend.

2 Vacuums took the money but didnt turn on. The one I finally got to turn on was missing the end to the hose. I got 3 minutes out of it, then I couldnt feed it any more quarters to extend the time. Called the phone number listed above the coin machine and its disconnected. Talk about a SCAM business.

I used the car wash at 6:30 this morning. Three of the base had construction equipment and were blocked off. All of the other Bays were wide open with nothing stating that the facility was not available for use. I use the one free touch-free Bay and I did not get any soap on my vehicle the water worked but the protected only spray the bottom half of the vehicle my car is still dirty and disgusting. The phone number posted on the wall to call if you have any problems goes to a fax machine. When you call the phone number listed on Google it rings for 30 times and then hangs up on you. This is extremely unacceptable for a business. I have never had such a horrible service at a car wash or from any business in my entire life. I will never use this location again.

Alittle run down but the auto car wash works really good.

Only complaint I have is that they need to fix theyre credit card pricing. They say they charge 11$ and then days later you get charged for only 3$ if you got a five minute wash.

Gr8 4 if sudden & in quick need of a carwash & you wanna beat the Best @ any of its Brown Bear locations & its crowds... I think its Hands Free Wash is a bit over priced, but u gotta pay a little more somewhere along the lines for speedy & no wait-convenience! ✔🆗️💯

Update: I visited again and noticed that its been repainted. It looks nicer then it used to and the brushless car wash was decent today. I hope they continue to upgrade this place.Brush-less car wash, which is great for avoiding scratches on your paint. Unfortunately, its become ghetto and run down looking. Many times the wash bays are out of service or have broken pieces. Also, at times the machine is out of soap or other liquids that you pay for so, that sucks. It would be nice if they fixed it up again and kept it decent like it used to be years ago. It used to be my favorite car wash. I drive to Puyallup now for a brush less wash unfortunately.

Was lucky enough to be there while the attendant was refilling the vending machines and cleaning up things. Nice service. Easy to use. Does coin, dollar, and card operated wash. With drive through no touch as well.

The shampooer machine ate my money. Frankly thats the only thing they have to offer over any of the other self wash places. So after it stole my dollar I figure its pointless to use the place. Like many of the other establishments in Tacoma, this particular establishment looks totally beat down, and totally unmaintained. I think theyre happy to let you put your money in, but theyre not willing to pay to maintain their machines.

I can wash little car fully clean with $3.00 in less than 5 minutes.

Waste of money. This place is like 2 years old and everything is falling apart. Two of the machines wouldn’t take tokens, the one that did work had no soap. And gives no warning that times running out. Never coming back.Also all the air freshener and car cleaner machines were sold out.

Fast and nice

I come here every couple of weeks and usually it works okay but I went this time and was waiting in line for the brushless and when it was my turn the bay closed. There was three cars behind me waiting also. Theres no clear hours on when the brushless is operating and when it isnt.Would be nice to know when the brushless is open until so I dont waste my time.

The first car wash i entered I selected the $10 wash, put my card threw and nothing, so i thought it froze and didnt charge my card, so i went in the 2nd one that is there, and finally got my car washed, but than i checked my bank account and it charged me twice, and nope no numbers to contact anyone!! $20 for a crappy car wash.. SUCKS. There is also 6 vacuums i think but only 3 work, the other ones dont even have a attachment piece to the hose, just the hose... bummer

This is my favorite car wash but I only give 3 stars because vacuumes are usually jammed with quarters and even 3speed turbo vaccum barely sucks sometimes. Pressure wash carwash is always satisfactory though. Careful using if you have a vehicle with a grill that exposes your radiator though. The pressure hit my radiator through the grill one time and caused my Jag to overheat and shut down causing me to have to tow it outta there so enter at your own risk lol but the wash was great! Also, never any smelly trees in the vending machines, or car cleaning materials. This place used to be awesome but has really gone downhill.
