I could not be more happy with the level of detail the folks at JMs Detail & Auto Sales took while detailing my Chevy Cruze. When I got my car back it was like I was sitting in it for the first time from the dealership it was so shiny and clean. I most definitely intend to bring my other vehicles to get detailed and am probably going to make this a bi-annual trip.

I brought my recently purchased car into JMs at 11am on a Monday to get some serious dog smell out. The manager was a really nice guy and told me that they would get the smell out and call us Tuesday. There was one little thing with the radiator fan staying on so I left him with instructions to disconnect the battery when the car was turned off. I left him a tool with explicit instructions about the battery. It was critical that they disconnect it. They didnt call back so we called Tuesday in the afternoon.It took them 3 days to finish the car. The dog smell still remained and they had missed some big spots. The worst part is what came next: they kept my car running while working on it. I was completely surprised to find out that they did not follow my instructions to disconnect the battery and it was completely drained when the car was returned to me.The manager was apologetic and tried to jump the car. I called my mechanic and he told me to bring him the car to check it out. He warned me if the car had been jumped on a dead battery that the load could have damaged the alternator.JMs towed my car to my mechanics shop. A week later and after an alternator replacement, JMs would not take responsibility for the damage incurred to my vehicle on their property.Their owner called me and told me he would not pay for any damage from what happened at his business.I cannot recommend this business or its services to anyone. I have to seek legal remedy because JMs put my family in a financial burden due to the cost of repairs. My wife and 3 kids depend on this vehicle and now it is not running because of the negligence of this owner and his employees.

I’ve taken many of our cars here over the years, close to 10, for window tinting & car detailing. Every time we have been extremely happy with the outcome and today was no different! I would highly recommend (5 star) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not a very good first impression when you walk in. Showroom area/work/front desk just kinda had stuff just out and looked like a catch all. Counter person was nice but dose not know anything about the services that the company dose had to run back and forth to get answers. As of now I am not sure if I will return.

JMs detail were very professional with me I needed a motor wash for a old oil leak. He was not able to help me due to regulations. He did recommended Fleet Mobile Lube and wash down the street on Tacoma Way they were able to help me out, they have an oil water separator at there location.

Very disappointed with my first ever car detail. For $250 I certainly could have done a better job myself. Never again; they just lost a customer. I was promised a discount but at payment time found out I had to give a Google review first. The buff marks were visible where they missed in the hard to reach center of the roof. Carpets were clean but underneath on the base carpet it was not vacuumed well. Could say more but will leave it at that. The guys who did the actual work, I believe, were very friendly. Perhaps they lack the equipment to do a better job

Not very impressed with my final Product. I had my vehicle in for a full detail, and upon me coming to pick it up i had to send it back a few times because there were blatantly obvios spots that were not clean (bed Interior spots of dog hair). Once i got it home i really started to notice several spots (grime, dirt, debris) on the paint that i was able to get off with my fingers and a wet rag. I was told a full wash down, wipe polish and wax was done but with what Im still finding it looks like they did a very poor job with the whole thing. I was offered a 10 percent discount towards my next service but at this point id rather have a portion of my money back. ( it seemed like taking there time and putting real Attention to detail was not the priority here) it cost me 256 dollars for something at the end of the day didnt really look much better then when i took it in. (Interior was done pretty well along with the engine compartment). Its the outside that really irritates me. I am Littarly am picking off spots that should have just been done in the first place. (this place was 3 miles from my house and I parked it in the garage once i got home and its been sitting here waiting to be traded in this Saturday (so no i havent been driving it around to accumulate more dirt and debris). The service was very freindly but Honeslty I Wouldnt recommend taking my service here again unless they produced a better product that changes my mind. Not worth $256.

Fast service! Will definitely return for future tinting needs. They got me in right away to tint my window after my car was broken into.

Charges me 200 for interior exterior detail. All they did was wash the exterior. Was still stuff stuck on the door. Apparently they dont do windows as I got to do those myself when I got home. Carpets were sopping wet,2 days later they still arent dry. Why bother with cleaning the nooks and crannies which was the reason I was paying someone else to do it. If I wanted it done half assed I could have done it myself. Save your money hire a homeless guy for 20 bucks. You will most likely get a better job out of the homeless guy.
