Griots makes a wide range of products that fit any persons detailing needs, and their customer service rep was happy to help me figure out which combo worked for me. Their products are pricey, but well worth the cost if youre looking for the best.

Walked in and no one even acknowledge that I was there. Walk around for about 5-10 mins and the guy working there said absolutely nothing to me. A few people walked in during this time and he greated them right as they walked in.Wasnt quite sure what to get since I have been here in a few years.Finally had a lady ask if I needed help, but didnt ask me about my car or what products I might need or anything helpful.Asked her for the price of some items cause not everything has the prices labeled (seriously, there isnt much stuff in here).So I ended up grabbing somethings. Just off previous products Ive used. And $90 later for 4 things!!!Seriously!!!

Griots makes the best products Ive used in over 50 years. I bought their car wax at Texas Motor Speedway during a Good Guys event. Their poly wax goes on and comes off easily! Made the 32 year old paint on my 57 look almost new. Easily the best wax on the market!

Headquarters for Griots Garage I wa more than Impressed! A vast variety of everything needed for car detailing! The best customer service experience I have had, Clair my salesperson helping me was very informative and helped me get everything I need to make my truck look like new! They offer free informative classes and have a nice rotating show room of Corvettes! To top it all off they have a Car show once a month!

They have everything you would need for washing and detailing your vehicle. They make their own products and you can get show quality results. The store itself is really nice and they always have beautiful cars on display. They also have an event on the first Saturday of every month called Caffeine and Gasoline, which is basically a car show including some of the owners cars and rides from other people in the area.

Ive loved Griots products for years. Cant beat it. But Ive always bought them from a local auto parts store. Was so cool to finally go to the shop in person. Plus they had McLaren, Viper, and a Mustang in the show room. Definitely worth the visit.

This place has the best products! While they do have a website and 1-800 phone number where you can also buy their products, I prefer going here to their flagship retail store. While they do not offer detailing services unfortunately, they do show you how to use the products you buy on your vehicle. The employeed and management are all very knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely be back!

Griot’s Garage and team provide world-class products, service and product support. I’ve been buying Griot’s products dating back to the 90s. Besides being well designed, they last the test of time. Some of their products, like Speed Shine, have become core to my car care. Rarely, when I have had a problem with a Griot’s product, they stand behind it, replace it and make it good.The Griot’s product line has defined a new standard of excellence. I just realized about a month ago that they have a shop in Tacoma. Everything Ive bought since 1992 has been top of the line. Constant improvements. I.E. Way back, cloth towels with cotton thread was better than using diapers. Now days, their thick microfiber towels are the best.

Griots is the absolute best. Each staff member Ive ever talked to is knowledgeable and not wont mislead you. None of them have ever sold me anything I didnt need. I go in, ask a question and what product they recommend, and walk out. One time I wasnt happy with a product and they switched the product for another. Exemplary employees.

Besides their monthly Caffeine & Gasoline car shows they have an indoor museum. Their products are top notch as well (I have used most of them).

I felt judged and there was a lot of passive aggressiveness when I asked questions about the DA system i was inquiring about and ironically the same thing I asked about happened to my DA the day I took it out of the box. The retainer clip for the cord broke just like the review said it would. Theres no crime and being a smart consumer.

My fiance is super into car detailing. He normally uses chemical guys but he found Griots and he absolutely loves it.

Ive been using Griots products for about 6 years now. I went in last month and picked up another gallon of the Speed Shine. I rode my Harley Freewheeler to get some advice on water marks on the paint. Stevie went out and took a look. She recommended using some Correcting Cream and it did the trick. I think Griots has great products and the staff are the Best!

Griots Garage products are the best automotive detailing products on the market. If you live in the Puget Sound area, you should definitely check out their showroom and retail product store. They have products for just about everything you need to take care of your vehicle(s) and their team members really understand the products, how to properly use them and can help you decide what you need. They help by showing you what you could use, what is suggested, that is, but arent pushy if you opt not to purchase it. I highly recommend their products if you want to take care of your show car or even your daily driver.

The flagship location with a rotating car collection and regular car events. Worth a stop any time. I had great service and they can even show you how to use the product on your car. If you show cars you probably use their stuff. We are lucky to have them in the area. They are a huge supporter of the car culture. Check out their caffeine and gasoline events for a great time and its free!Their products are high enough quality that you can use on an exotic or show car but priced low enough to use on a budget. I wont trust many brands on my car and they are always my first choice.

Update carnauba looks great. I hand washed the wipes they came out really clean. Initial review: Great products. I just washed my UX250h exterior today for the first time with the wash and mitt, then dried with the super towel. Unbelievable. Looks better than when came from the Lexus dealer. Should have taken a pic while still outside. Cant wait to carnauba wax the exterior then do interior for first time...Only drawback is looks so good is going to provoke more jealousy and road rage among the Salt Lake City yokels. Youd think I am driving a Ferrari. Thankfully got a 4K dashcam. Is why like to shop up in Park City. A UX250h is no big deal with all the exotic cars around.

The store is great and the staff is super helpful! I recently called regarding what product to use and they were happy to recommend a product from a different company to fix the issue I was facing. Amazing customer service! Came in on my m3 and asked if they have any products I could use to remove green streaks on my trunk lid deep in the clear coat that occurred from me rubbing a green microfiber towel with alcohol to remove 3M glue. The gentleman took at look at my trunk lid and had me pull the car into their garage. He used a polisher and compound to clean up my trunk and remove the green streaks, that I couldn’t remove myself, for free! The results were immaculate! Very pleased with their customer service and work. Definitely coming back to buy a polisher and their products to do a full paint correction on my car. Highly recommend this place for all your detailing needs. They are very knowledgeable and professional.
