Needed paint correction on a 2020 BMW. Straight Line Detailing was booked out a month ahead. But when my appointment came up, they did not disappoint. My car is amazingly shiny again. Will definitely return for future detailing.

My first visit here at Straight Line Detailing shop. Amy and Brandon are kind and helpful. Greatful to have checked out the prices and got great results. I had a complete standard package done on my car. Along with dog hair and seat removal. It was the perfect price for the amount of work put into my car. It smells and looks like I just got my car from the dealership new everything. I will be visiting again.

We brought in both our 2021 Camaro SS and Blazer RS for the 5 year ceramic coating. The wheels, windows and body got done. Brandon gave amazing customer service and performed exceptional work. When we picked up our cars, they looked newer than when we got them from the dealership. He corrected many issues on our vehicles that occurred in the short time we had them. We definitely regret not bringing them in immediately after purchasing.

Took my 2017 Chevy Tahoe in for the Complete Premium Detail. I hadnt gotten a detail for my vehicle ever and its been through a lot from hurricane seasons in North Carolina, through a cross country drive. I asked if they can remove the water spots, swirl marks, and make it look as new as possible. When I picked up the vehicle, it looked outstanding. Water spots were removed as well as most of the swirl marks (some were too deep to clear but understandable). To top it off, the service was phenomenal. I dealt with Brandon (who I assume is the owner) and the communication was great as he responded to my emails quickly even during non-business hours. He worked with my work schedule which allowed me to pick it up after hours. I recommend this place to anyone looking to give their vehicle a spa treatment.

These guys took my 2009 Ford Ranger XLT for a day and made it look brand new. The attention to detail, professionalism and convenient pick up and return at home made for a great experience.I highly recommend them.

Wifes Challenger had bad water spots & little scratches all over, Brandon fixed all the paint & put a one year ceramic coat on it. Dropped it off in the morning & picked it up after work. Made that black paint shine!! Very happy with the results, best the cars looked since she bought it.

I am so pleased with the results of my detailing!!! I feel like my 2007 Camry is now a 2018! I had years of water spots on my drivers side door from parking to close to our sprinklers, which I thought were there for the rest of my cars life. Brandon was able to remove all the spotting along with 11 years of other marks. The interior doesnt look like my 2 kids have ever stepped foot in my car. I had Straight Line out the next day as well to detail my wifes car. My 4 year old recently discovered Tic Tac Toe and played a game of it on her drivers door with a rock.... Our Vehicles Have Never Looked Better!I heard about Straighline Detailing from a friend that recently had her car detailed. From my first interaction with the owner, Brandon, I was impressed! Hes professional and the quality of the work is superb. Our cars smell fresh, the exterior is incredibly shiny, every nook and cranny has been cleaned, and best of all, he traveled to our house making the process smooth and convenient for busy professionals like my husband and I. Brandon assessed the condition of our vehicles and told us that our Audi Q5 didnt require the Complete Premium package and he priced us for the Complete Standard package instead, which is a lower cost. It can be difficult to find fair and honest companies, but when you do, you have to make sure your friends and family know about them. (As well as everyone on Google!) We will definitely be calling Straightline Detailing after the Winter months to get our vehicles detailed in late Spring next year, in time for the nice weather in the PNW. Until then, we’re enjoying our vehicles that are now “so fresh and so clean, clean.”

Got my 1991 Nissan 240sx paint corrected by Brandon, before having my car sent in, he had me stop by and do a test patch of my car to give me an idea of what it could do, when debating a repaint.When I tell you it drastically transformed the car that’s a understatement. Not once did he try to over sell me, and was very transparent and helpful.Ended up being a little bit more expensive than originally estimated, but estimates aren’t the price.And I was upset for the difference it made, I wouldn’t question it.Even with that being said, the pricing and service is worth it.Don’t hesitate doing business with them.

Absolutely love this place, these guys take care of you really well. If you live in north tacoma I know it might be a far drive but it’s worth every mile. I got the complete premium package + engine detail and I’m happy with the results. My engine and inside and outside of my car look like new!Ps, if you don’t have a ride home (as this took ~6 hours (quality work takes time)) they have free wife so you can work in their office or watch Netflix and pass time.Thank you Brandon and Amy, y’all rock!

Called Brandon at Straight Line to do an interior deep clean because my son decided to puke all over the back seat and all over the door. So you can only image how bad it stunk with the hot weather and puke all over. Brandon got me in the very next morning and did a great job cleaning the carpet and seats and even removed the door panel and cleaned it all out. Brandon came out on the coldest day of the year and detailed the interiors of both of our cars. Even though it was below freezing and it took him longer because his equipment kept freezing he did excellent detailed work. We are very pleased with how great our cars look and will definitely hire him in the future.

I brought my dirty pre-owned Ford F-350 I just bought this week in to get a full detail inside and outside today and they did an amazing job. From cleaning the door pockets to deep cleaning the seats to buffing our paint scuffs and scratches everything looks really great. Highly recommend Straight Line!

I got my WRX fully detailed by Brandon recently and this was the finest detailing service Ive experienced by far! He made my car look just how it did when I bought it brand new. There were several stains on my cloth seats that had been sitting there for several months but Brandon did a fantastic job with removing any and all imperfections. I highly reccomend his services.

I used to go see Brandon for Work on my cars at his previous job. Whenever I stopped by, he was always working hard. It was obvious from the beginning that he had an unmatched work ethic and great pride in his work.So it was no surprise to see the pristine end result of his services last week. It was raining off and on, but he had a total setup to cover the car to work on it. Came out looking better than most cars you see at car shows. I was worried with mine being black and he was able to get out all the spider cracks, bugs and haze. Made the paint so much deeper and more reflective. Rained soon after he left and the rain beaded right off. I don’t do much more than drive thru washes but will now get this done more often. Have to suggest at least trying him out once to see what a difference a true detail does compared to a car wash.

Brandon does amazing work. I started giving gift certificates to my work team for his services. Because dang! What a treat!
