It has been two years since I have found someone that cuts my hair the way I like it, super attention to detail and I will be returning. Wish the shop was open on Sundays though

Very nice lady . she gave me a clothe grocery bag because the cheap plastic ones all broke open spilling 70 dollars of food in the middle of Highway 7. Good haircut but she forgot to do my bangs so Im wondering if I go back in will you complete them that would be wonderful please let me know thank you

I miss Sook the original owner before she relocated to Edgewood, she was me and my sons barber for over 15 years. I recently got used to Kay cutting my hair at this location and it was a pleasure having her as my new barber. Last week I went for a haircut and it happened to be Kays day off, the new owner of Sooks Barbershop refuse to cut my hair and told me to drive to Edgewood to have Sook cut my hair which is 45 minutes away. I was the only customer waiting for a cut and I was blown away that they would risk losing a long time customer. Im sorry to say, but I did go to another barbershop and I will no longer be visiting this barbershop again.

Been going here for about 3 + years now. The lady who usually does my cuts haven’t been there lately. I keep asking about her and they tell me she keeps changing her schedule. Really disappointed with the hair cut I just got. It was cut WAY lower than I asked ( I mean really low and it’s not even shaped at all ).. I didn’t even get a front lining, my barber kept jumping on the guy’s head next to me to help the other barber.. I usually get my eyebrows done here too cause it’s convenient but after I saw my haircut I just wanted to go home honestly. I don’t think I’ll be back.. Srry

Been looking for a decent barber in the area that can cut ethnic hair. She does excellent work when shes there. If shes not there her backup may refuse to cut your hair because shes not experienced with ethnic hair. I appreciate the honesty though lol.

My kids went to this salon and got out with neck pain and the back hair line was wave and not straight at all and they do not know what one inch means they cut three inches off instead of one and they added a side spike without permision!

My son is very picky about his hair. 9 times outta 10 he is unhappy with his haircut wherever we go. But we just moved to the area and i gave this place a try. I showed the girl a picture and she nailed it. Will definitely be his place from now on!

EDIT as of 1/3/2020.....I went to see Sook today only to find out she has sold her business. There were 3 ladies working there today and one convinced me she could give me a nice haircut. I decided to give her a shot (I only let Sook cut my hair in the past). ANYWAYS, long story short my hair looks like a chopped mess....I am seriously upset!! It is way shorter than I asked the lady to cut it. Very choppy layers with no texture and hair is longer in some parts especially in the front sides. I also let her do my eyebrows...again....a hot mess! I will not be returning!!! I already miss Sook!!!!I have been going to Sooks for years now. The wait time is minimal and she is fast, as well as amazing at cutting hair. I went to her recently because on a day she was closed, I decided to go somewhere else to get my hair cut (more like chopped). Sook fixed it with no issues and she did not have to cut my hair all off to fix it!! She also does my eyebrow!! I refuse to go anywhere else!! She is friendly and her prices are great!
