My brother had bailed me out a few months ago now through Aladdin. I know anyone would be appreciative of getting out of jail, but from what I understand it was a fairly simple process & they were understanding.Every interaction I have had with Aladdin Bail Bonds representatives was very quick, simple, and with an understanding attitude. Based on my own personal interactions with them and understanding of the industry they would most certainly get a 5/5, however;A representative had told my brother that my bail was $5000 instead of the $3000 amount set by the judge. Anyone familiar with the bail process knows that if you go through a bail bonds agency, the party posting bail only has to pay 10% of this (except in certain cases, such as not appearing to court hearings). This meant he was made to pay $200 more (on what should have been $300) to post bail for me.Additionally, according to corrections staff processing the paperwork, the bondsman in my case did not file paperwork correctly resulting in the bondsman having to arrive to the facility at least twice in order to provide the proper documents required before I could be released. One corrections officer even told me in a confident manner, that it appeared the bondsman was new or undertrained. This mishap resulted in me awaiting several more hours in intake/holding cell before being released.Overall, I give Aladdin Bail Bonds a 4/5 rating. I understand that miscommunication happens, and everyone involved in legal processes (such as bail, law enforcement, bail bondsmen, even attorneys/lawyers) will make mistakes. However, despite the given errors, Aladdin Bail Bonds representatives have been understanding, responsive, and friendly.

Welcoming and non-judgmental .Brittany was quick and efficient. Only issue is I received a bill after paying the full amount stating I owe 200 more in the mail 3 weeks later after no Missed Court hearings or warrant

Instead of making are Situation better they made it more stressful Shannon bells was fast to take the bail money my husband was released and taking to another jail so long story short he didn’t even get to step foot out the jai… when I called the bonds to see what happened they made it even worse my husband is still sitting in jail and I haven’t heard from them or if I’ll get my 2000$ back

I put up four thousand dollars to bail a friend from jail the agent Annette costoro was court ordered to return one thousand dollars to me since the cash was mine. She did not do so even after asking me for a picture of my I d.She returned m y money to the guy who signed to get my friend from jail now Im out the thousand dollars and I would never recommend giving any cash to Annette costoro she is a liar and a fraud and does not have any kindness in her heart she treated me like I was a dirt bag

Its rarely 5 star and even 4 stars takes a strong constitution when its a bondsman.i appreciated the thorough explanation and the associates making sure that all was understood. The only shortcoming was they didnt want to be where I needed them until the next afternoon. By court the next day the situation had worsened and my cost more than tripled. A willingness to go a little further for the customer would have been nice.i guess the extra money was too much for their work ethic. Still 4 stars were appropriate. If you have ever used a bond company and the courts were involved you would know that it can be much worse.

Worst experience Ive had to date, customer service was like night and day depending on which staff member I had the pleasure of speaking with. Out of the five total representatives that assisted me on the phone at various intervals throughout a two week period, one rep said its not worth it for us to drive to Thurston County to honor a bond in which only a 35$ fee was to be collected, another rep took all my personal information one evening and promised to call me in the morning with factual details- to which it was his day off, a woman rep nonsensically added another $5,000 bail to an already existing $5,000 bail and said now its $10,000. The night of supposed release/bail out, 25 minutes before Aladdin employees departed Tacoma heading to Thurston County, another rep informed me that with myself and another signing, they still needed a third person to sign, which hadnt been mentioned, ever, before. I double and triple checked days before this ensuring that everything was ready to go and Aladdin was going to fulfill the minimum job requirements that they are hired for. Save yourself the agony, go somewhere else. Aladdin Bail Bonds is not even BBB accredited.

Ms. Shannon Bell at Aladdin Tacoma was amazing. She was the confidence I needed at the worst time of my life. A time which got worse and worse. My situation required several very high dollar bails before it was ultimately resolved. She was the only voice I trusted in the world at the time. Her ability to be candid, yet confident, and then ultimately do EXACTLY what she said in order to truly help me defend myself is something that I will never forget and be eternally great full for. Said they WOULD honor the bond...35.00 reinstatement fee...when pressed for a time, was told... it wasnt worth the time to make the drive for 35.00...but if someone else wants bailed out, well call you...I find that to be horrible service...wonder how theyd feel if they ordered food at a restaurant and the waitress came back and said...cook isnt going to cook such a small amount of food...but if OTHER customers come in and order, we can feed you too...

Real bad caustomer service, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Incorrect information given by employees, very slow.. Believe it or not when an indivixual has a warrant they can be released (3) times by law e forcement and alladin will come after the signer. (EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD THE PERSON WITH A WARRANT. ALSO HIDEN ATTORNEY FEES CHARGED WITH NO NOTICE UNTIL AFTER THE FACT. DONT USE THEM UNLESS U WANT MORE HASSELS....

The people in the front office were very professional and friendly. My low star rating is because someone i know who is eldery, on oxygen, and pretty much defensless signed for someone who missed a court date. A bounty hunter showed up at her place and trashed it ! Overturning all her drawers ( like the suspect would be hiding in there?) Breaking things and overturned all her furniture. It was unbelievable! Turns out there isnt too much she can do as bounty hunters have even more imunity than the police! So part of what i can do is give them a bad review. They need to examine their bounty hunters. They werent there to find anyone as much as they were there to intimidate and bully people

My account is set on auto pay yet they continue to contact me with threats it is not past due there is no reason for this behavior these ppl are just sick bullys quoting one of there employees why dont I come down there and tell them to stop contacting me see what happens

The customer service at the Seattle location needs major improvement! This was my first time bailing someone out and the education of why certain things are asked for the application. Was not explained until I asked then I got attitude with explanation. Excuse me your asking me about my personal information! Don’t use Aladdin Bail Bonds, they work very slow and they don’t negotiate and I got charged more then other bail bonds. If you want your service slow and the person to get out slow use them, I’m not happy with them.
