My experience was great I didn’t have any violations or any trouble. They even looked out for me when I was on house arrest with another company. They have good service and they have great employees no matter what the situation is they will always make you laugh. They also keep you very updated. If you have to do EHM I would definitely recommend you to them. Thanks you guys.

The staff was great. Answered all my questions when it was installed & was very clear on the “Do & Don’ts”. Like, can I still make out w/drunk chicks or will they make it go off? No drunk chicks, they’ll make it go off.Even eased my concerns when I had a alcohol spill that I was in contact with at home.And when it was time for removal they contacted me immediately & I was able to schedule the removal.Overall, it was a smooth process in a already messed up situation.

For anyone needing monitoring, this is the place to go. I was very anxious about getting one put on and had a ton of questions but Toby and his wife relieved all of my worries. Seriously good people! Also 2 socks is the magic number for comfort!

Dealing with court issues is never fun and seldom easy. Dealing with Toby and his team was not only pain free, but also hassle free. Granted, you are there to jump through some rather annoying hoops, but Toby and his team make it as painless as possible, and even work with you to ensure you stay in compliance and complete your court orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. I would highly recommend EHM WA to any person who was unfortunate to find themselves in need of this sort of service.

If you need to do some time on EHM this is the place to go. The staff is friendly and understanding. They arent out to punish you or send you back to jail like other companies. There are cheaper companies but in the long run the couple bucks more you pay is worth it for the service. I’ve been on house arrest more than once so I’ve dealt with other pple and this facility is the only one that gave me respect and I didn’t feel I was being judge at all. They explained the process very politely and got me in and out in a timely matter. House arrest isn’t fun but I definitely recommend this facility

This was by far the longest 30 days of my life. However the staff at EHM made it a lot easier to get through it. Their customer service was excellent and they were very efficient, patient and understanding people.I did have trouble in the beginning with the first ankle monitor they gave me. It made charging my monitor a pain due to a broken charger. Every little move I made it would completely stop charging on me which made getting it to a full battery difficult at times. When I explained the issues I was having they had me come in and they fixed my problem immediately. Communication is key working with this company to insure you won’t be considered none compliance.Overall my experience with EHM was rather pleasant, they are friendly and helpful. They explain everything to you and also make you aware of their expectations so you all are on the same page. Pricing was was affordable. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who finds themselves in a stressful situation and is looking for friendly and affordable Electronic Home Monitoring or whatever device the courts require you to have. They are truly there to help make your situation a little easier and affordable and set you up for success. Thanks EHM staff 😊

I have had EHM in the past and had some pretty bad experiences. Toby is great, took time to answer all my questions. Their system is pretty straight forward and easy to comply. I was able to take care of all my needs on my own schedule. I strongly reccomend them if you find yourself needing home or alcohol monitoring.
