I got my 2015 Mercedes towed by Kings towing and it was the worst experience ever. I wish there was a no star option. While loading the car the driver winched our car onto the bed and the car was too close to one side of the bed, instead of straightening it he said it should be fine. He winched the cars wheel straight into the metal bed and curbed the wheel. Stuff happens, no big deal. That was just the beginning. (Youd think since you already damaged the car youd be careful and take your time?) When unloading the car he was pulling the truck bed out front under the car and scratched the whole rear end bumper and exhaust tips. When I questioned him about it he said its gonna come out of his pay if I called and complained... I emailed the company and sent them pictures and a video of what happened because I recorded it WHILE it actually happened. I got a call back a couple days later and spoke to Jose. Jose started explaining to me that his driver couldnt have damaged my car claiming it was impossible. I couldnt believe what he was telling me because I literally have a video. Jose is the manager and maybe owner and its the worst customer service I have ever encountered. He pretty much called me a liar and told me to file a claim with insurance. If you need your car towed DO NOT USE KINGS TOWING!!

I was happy to have found Kings Towing. They picked up my car and delivered it for servicing. On time, knowledgeable, and competent. Thats what I look for! Jose did a great job.

I didnt use them for MBZ free towing because they wouldnt allow me to travel in cab with driver or bring loaner car from same town as dealership and they were located. They wanted an additional $400 to bring a car when the truck was already heading here. Used AAA and Avalon Towing to go with driver, both wearing masks with windows open. $20.75 later, I was at the dealership.

Kings transported my electric car from Bellevue to North Tacoma. Well worth the effort and the cost. Jose was great to work with.

My car quit working on interstate 5 in Fife and I called Kings to tow my car to Lakewood. Dan showed up within about a half hour. He was very professional, kind and helpful. I cannot recommend any towing company more highly than Kings.

I was very impressed by Kings Towing and especially with their driver, Able. He showed up exactly at the E.T.A. I was given. He was polite and respectful, even though I was stressed out about my new car suddenly dying. He actually went the extra mile for me.Kings Towing will be my first call from now on.

Stay Away! I will be posting a detailed story in other app so this will be a short version. The driver damaged my bumper while hitching the car. I actually had to ask about the damage after unloading the car and only then he had me fill out a damage report. Just like the prior review, GM named Jose calls and claims that theyre not responsible and theres nothing they can do about it. Actually laughed at me and said you can take it to court. This is after the fact that I did not get a call from them for a week and I had to follow up myself. In addition, the office rep indicated that the incident was not recorded in my file. Which means I had to send them an email with the photo just to get a call back.Zero integrity, zero professionalism, and zero customer service. Again, stay clear from this business.

Our driver, Roger, was awesome! Very kind, helpful, and entertaining.. not to mention, he drove that truck like a pro. The service was quick, he arrived 30min earlier than expected, latched the car on without a struggle, and got us to our drop off point quickly. I called 3 other tow companies and Kings towing had the best price. Great company, great price, great customer service. Highly recommended..!

Roger was super fast to get to my truck. He explained everything and had such a great attitude. I would definitely recommend calling them. They pride themselves on excellent customer service. Ask for Roger if hes available because hes amazing.

Needed a short bus towed from Tacoma to Portland. We sent a picture and they said they had a truck big enough for the job. Then we get a call from the driver saying he’s outside looking at it and his truck isn’t big enough, but he wasn’t even outside when we went to meet him. Called dispatch to figure out what the deal was; they said they would call right back and then never did. If you want integrity, go with another company.

Not sure about other peoples experience with this company but mine was fantastic. I was stuck on the side of the road with an electric vehicle close to a charging station and they were able to hook up on a flatbed, get me to the charging station in the middle of snowmageddon 2019. Shout out to this company for fast and friendly service and very communicative as well. If you have an electric vehicle, dont hesitate to give them a call.

I would reccomend Kings Towing they are hands down the best service in the Pierce County area she was an is exceptional. Meghan went above and beyond to help with everything I needed she was empathetic to my situation and understanding. I called serval other companies an I didnt recieve the customer service I recieved like with Kings Towing. I would refer anyone who has any emergency situations with their vehicles to Kings Towing you will not be disappointed. Was the best tow experience I ever had . Dispatchers were great also.

We used Kings Towing twice in a weeks span. Our insurance company set up the tow for us originally. We had 3 flats in that time due to A/M 22s on our 14 Charger. First time the tow was set up for the next morning and we needed the car to the tire shop ASAP and next thing you know Picasso showed up and saved us and got the car to the shop before they closed and we were able to get the car back the next morning. He did try calling multiple times but someones (my wife:-) )phone was off. He still showed up and could have bailed on the tow but didnt. Class act move in our book!! Next go around was not as smooth at first. We had scheduled an appointment for a tow at 8 am to have our vehicle towed to the shop to have our stock wheels put back on because the A/M wheels were nothing but problems. No show at 8 and I called and was informed they were running behind and someone would be there at 10 the lady I spoke with did apologize for the delay but once again no show at 10. Called back again and was informed someone would be there at 12. I received a call from Picasso before 12 ( he was not the original driver that was scheduled) he showed up and I was happy to see it was the same guy that helped us last time. He was able to get our vehicle to the shop and they still got it done before closing and we picked it up that same day. All in all it was not to bad of an experience. But gotta say that Picasso was a good dude and would use him any other time we ever needed a tow. I will even personally ask for him if thats possible. Appreciate the help and hard work you did for us Picasso and making sure our car was towed in the knick of time! I gave the 4 stars only because the delay and no contact to inform us. But would give Picasso 5 stars for sure! We would give him 10 if it went that high!!

They towed my car, ripped the bumper off because they didnt do their job right, and then when I called a couple weeks later wondering where my car was at, they told me they were a tow company not a body shop and they dont have my car! After talking to several people, they finally admit they have the car and its being fixed, but no one can tell me how long it will take. I called again today to just get a time line of when I can get my car, and I was yelled at and told that I know my car is in the body shop and the technician is out getting a part for my car right now and so no they cant tell me when my car is getting back to me. The woman was VERY rude and told me I had no right to call and yell at her. I didnt yell at her, I just want to know when my car will be returned. It is the only car I have and it looks like Im never getting it back.

Would give no star but not an option. If you want scratches on your car. This is the place to go. Friend got his car towed. They scrached the rim and the rear bumper of a brand new Benz. Got video to prove and Jose the manager is calling us a liar. Good luck

The most unprofessional tow driver I’ve ever come across. I do not understand why AAA does business with them. This dude yelled at my pregnant fiancé because he doesn’t know how to do his job properly and then hand wrote some statement saying that we know multiple systems/ front bumper could be damaged/removed. Trash trash trash.

STAY AWAY from Kings, they are a terrible business. They quoted me a price, then told me on delivery that I had been misquoted by the new employee and I owed an extra $130. The driver Joe told me that my vehicle would be taken to impound if I didnt pay the balance. When I asked to speak to management he told me that he was the general manager and he couldnt tell me who his boss was.

No repect to his drivers and he steals pay from there commission to pay for his new trucks thats why jose never gives a straight answer about pay scale its always a different answer. Saying from experience. Not a professional work place

Using this service was the icing on the cake of a horrific times of my life. The driver was RUDE, the office person was RUDE. My vehicle was not brought to me in appropriate time frame, it was not secured in an appropriate location over night (all without my permission). The driver that delivered my truck the next day dropped it blocking my only drivable car in a parking area thats fits 20 cars with no others cars in the parking area. I was told I was speaking to different people, but the voice was always the same and the rudeness was equal if not worse the longer I they had my truck hostage. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE

Definitely will use this company in the future if needed. Starting with my first. All to thier office, and ending with the driver of the tow truck (Roger) this is by far the very best in customer service, fast response time, professional, fast, clean, curitous, Overall best towing company I have ever used.

Not good. They quoted me a price. And after loading they raised the price $100. Done with them...not recommended.I was asked, how heavy it was. I guessed 8000 lbs. It weighed 8200. She charged me a extra $100 bucks for 200 lbs.

Got a quote, spent time doing up work order, arranged delivery. Then they jacked the price up, not apologetic. Dont waste your time with these guys.

I was on the road out of town when my wife had car trouble on I-5. She was so worried and didnt know what to do. You guys are the Kings!!! You got right to her and calmed her down. When she and the car got home she called me right away to calm me down. The car is back on the road now and my wife knows that she can handle any problem on the road with you help.

Liars and thugs. I called on the holiday and they said they would be rher at 8 in the morning. I called again at 730 and they said they would dispatch a truck. I waited a long time and called. No answer on any number. I then went to their hidden office and they said they wouldnt do the tow. I reminded them they said they would do it twice. Then the driver yelled at me to get off the property even thpugh my car was trapped. DO not trust them!!!

We were stranded in Tacoma from picking up my 87 year old grandma up from airport. My car had problems on freeway traffic. I called farmers for a tow. They got kings recovery for me and arrived in time expected. CJ my driver, showed up with a smile and reassured me that everything would be ok.. He made the unpleasant problem bearable and even had us laughing. Their were 3 of us in my car and one was going to have to wait for a ride from home in Aberdeen. Thank goodness for cj and kings recovery for having a tow vehicle to take us all home safely. Hopefully he got home in time for his birthday dinner. Cj.. You were our hero.Jan Prentice

Thank you for coming to my rescue. Express was the tow company that my insurance sent oit first at 5:15pm got call at 6:30pm saying delay for another 58mins. 8:30pm comes no tow then calling insurance again they got ahold of Express and now delayed again 45mins. At this point i am so mad. Got a text from Express saying they cancelled my tow and another tow company is coming. Which was you guys the Kings. You guys said 10:25pm and were on time. Thank god for you guys since it was over 5 hrs being broke down off the road. He was very nice and professional.

Beware. Tells you that they will be there in an hour. 3 hours later and all I heard was excuses. Dont do it.

Jose and company had complete disregard for expectations. Jose was rude and with a rather odd sense of entitlement to make or break commitments as he pleases because he owns the company. Sadly, not something he was willing to accept upfront.They committed to tow my car within a very specific and critical time frame. I confirmed twice with them the requirement and explained that if they could not make I would rather have them say so upfront - as this was critical for me. They stated - No problem and assured me they will provide the service on time.Not only did they not arrive on time, they did not have the decency to call and reset expectations. I had to call the dispatcher and her response was simply that the driver will call back with a new ETA. The driver was Jose, he basically said that not only will he not be able to arrive on time (obviously since he was already ~25 mins late) but that he simply wouldnt be able to help. I explained that I did not need apologies from him and that I needed to speak with the actual owner or dispatcher to understand what happened and get a solution, not one of the drivers. He started to bring a myriad of excuses and the apology as if I should be ok with that and go about life... This condescending and rather odd attitude is what I found most disrespectful and unprofessional. Things happen, but own up to your commitments and mistakes - this speaks highly about integrity and responsibility in my book. But thats not all...Right then I got a call from another driver, same company saying he will arrive in 30 mins - I said ok. I also asked for the name of the owner of the company to follow up - He stated that was Jose. Well, clearly he had no intention to amend the mistake (as he was only the driver when he spoke with me).30 mins passed and no truck, I called them back and spoke with Jose once again. His response was, we cancelled the service. All that to say, not only would he (his company) have had the opportunity to amend the first commitment, but he could have had the decency to call and explain that they were not going to provide the service at all.Up until today I had never posted a negative review anywhere online, but the reason I am doing this now is because of how irresponsibly, to put it delicately, Jose and his company behaved with me. We all have bad days, perhaps today was one of them for Jose and his dispatcher. Expectations are very important to me, if problems arise; communicate in time. And if you make mistakes own up to those mistakes responsibly and with decorum. I was extremely frustrated and he completely disregarded that.This was my experience with them, take it as you may.

Fixed the front end of my car after an accident. The job looked great until I washed my car and my fog lights fell off. They never installed them correctly! They fixed it free of charge of course but I still had to waste time going back there, so I cant give them a 3. ALSO MAKE SURE TO BRING A CHECK BECAUSE THESE GUYS WONT TELL YOU UNTIL YOU ARRIVE THAT IF YOU TRY TO USE YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD TO PAY THEY MAKE YOU PAY THEIR FEE WHICH CAN BE A COUPLE HUNDRED BUCKS EXTRA THAT YOUR INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER.Follow-up: car broke down 3 years later. Mechanic, that I trust, showed me multiple areas of poor quality work where they basically glued things back together which they believe lead to my current situation which will probably cost over a thousand to fix.

Roger was on time, efficient, polite, and worked safely and quickly. We will use them again.
