I am so thankful and grateful for the incredible service and work that was done by the folks at Emilys Garage. My coolant hose ruptured last night, rendering me unable to safely drive my car (I had to pour water in the reservoir and duct tape the hose just to get it to them). After calling around to every Chevy dealer in the area and every one of them having a wait time of 2+ weeks for an appointment, I found Emilys on Google and called them up. Emily answered and after listening to my problem she told me she could squeeze me in so I could drive my car again. The staff including her were so exceptionally friendly and helpful. When I showed up and got out of my car, a mechanic (I wish I had asked his name) walked up and greeted me outside and already knew what I had told Emily on the phone and began asking me further questions about it and diagnosing it, and he was so friendly and cheerful about it all. The staff at the front desk then got me sorted and were very kind & thorough. When I came back to pick it up, Emily was out front and greeted me by name and made sure everything was good to go. They did excellent, clean work, and the prices were extremely reasonable. Also, when they called me after looking at my car to give me the final price quote, they informed me I was also due for an oil change (and I definitely was, whoops) and they offered to do it then as well. All in all, I am so thankful for them bailing me out of a bad situation and me not having to be without a car for several weeks. The level of care, work ethic, and customer service is something you just wont get at a dealer. I can say for certain Ill be returning to them for all my future car work, they have without a doubt earned my repeat business. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Seriously, they solved an issue with my car that’s been giving me a headache for months. Nolan was helpful with explaining what the issue was and the nice lady at the front desk with the curly hair was nice as well (she wore her mask which is really cool) They solved the issue actually pretty quickly and at an extremely reasonable price. I’m definitely going to be coming back if I have any other issues.

Emilys is the place to go for all of your car needs! Excellent staff to schedule you in even when theyre overbooked. Great technicians that focus on getting the job done right the first time and not to mention the wait times. They develop relationships with their clients and are always professional. Not just a highly recommend here, its the only place to go!

Several weeks ago, I dropped in unannounced at Emilys Garage to set up an appointment - for the first time. It was close to home, and I had read positive reviews about the place. They told me they could look at my car immediately, if I wanted.My problem was two-fold: occasionally when the car was cold, it would take more than one key-turn in the ignition to get it to start. Also, when it was cold, the car would make a screeching noise, especially while turning the steering wheel.They inspected my car, and after a short wait, they informed me that there was a missing screw in the alternator, which they replaced. They couldnt re-create the not-starting issue. They didnt want to unnecessarily replace the starter if there was still life in it. I agreed. To my pleasant surprise, they didnt charge me anything.It has been several weeks now, and the screeching noise hasnt returned. Also, there has only been once that the car took more than one key-turn in the ignition to start. I plan to use this car shop again, and I would recommend this place. Admittedly, Ive only had one interaction with them so far, but, my impression is that their staff is friendly, attentive, honest and competent.

I was recommended to Emilys Garage in 2019. I have to tell you, they do not disappoint. The head mechanic/site manager has great customer service skills. They are upfront about cost and labor. They take/make appointments but do drop ins to check out problems when possible. It is worth checking out yourself.

I was on a quick work trip and drove from San Francisco to Seattle, but wanted to see if I could squeeze in a 40k mile service on my vehicle while there. Of all the people I spoke to (both online and on the phone), Emilys Garage was the most responsive, the most reasonably priced, and offered their care in the most timely manner. I spoke to Mike and was able to make an appointment the very next morning, and my car was ready for pickup by the end of the day. I needed an additional service that had to be done at a specialty shop, and even Mikes referral was great.I really could not be more appreciative of the customer service and knowledge I received here, and you cannot beat their rates! I do a ton of west coast travel and this will very likely be my go-to place whenever Im in town with my vehicle!

Ive been taking my car here for almost 2 years. This shop is owned and operated by people of great integrity. They fully stand behind their work. Theyve always been exceedingly efficient with my time. My experience with this shop has been so consistently reliable that my wife and my granddaughter now take their cars here for service. I recommend this shop, without reservation, to everyone.

When we first came to Washington State just over a year and a few months ago, we were on hard times. Our vehicle had a couple of issues at the time and needed a new battery. The staff was friendly, assessed our vehicle, asked a few questions and did what they could to help us out. They have been Our Garage ever since. Every time we went to them over the few months we were in Tacoma we were treated fairly, in a friendly, yet professional manner --- each.and.every.time.I now live in Bremerton and Tacoma is an hour drive. I would drive twice that long to get my car serviced at this garage. I came in today to get the brakes replaced, the oil changed and a general tune-up. They told me that my brakes were just fine, actually, but my tires were shot. They said this may cause braking issues. They were prepared to recommend places, but I let them know that my tires were due to be replaced tomorrow by appointment (but recommendations from this garage are always welcome, as Im sure that anyone they recommend will be just as stellar as they are). They assessed what KIND of tune-up I would need, let me know what was needed and based on that, my air filter and spark plugs were replaced. The oil was also changed as requested and in a very timely manner. Even though they had to order the spark plugs, I was sent on my way in record time, vehicle well serviced and the price was beyond fair!I was back in Bremerton and the vehicle hitched when stopping. I called them and as I was unable to make it back that day - the owner and her best mechanic drove the hour to my house to check the car. They explained what was happening, let us know the computer was trying to adjust to the new parts and what to expect over the next few days. They normally road test, but I had been waiting a while and somehow this was overlooked - which they also apologized for. After making sure the vehicle was in 100% condition and explaining what the car may do while it relearns the parts, they told me to let them know if I needed anything in the future. And if she gave me any more trouble in the next few days (which they said shouldnt happen, but just as an addendum), that I should call and they would send someone out again.As far as Im concerned, whether the vehicle had been road-tested or not (Ive gone to garages AND dealerships, this is rarely a Thing - though Emilys Garage says it is something they try to ensure with every vehicle after a tune up), they drove an HOUR out of their way to come and check the work on the vehicle. In the end, the car was fine and it was just adjustment pains, but they did not seem the slightest put out by this! They were happy to help me, explain what was going on.This is the best garage Ive ever been to, hands down! The staff are always friendly and cheery. The mechanics are happy to explain everything, make suggestions that are honest and open - and let you know what needs to be done now - and if something can be saved for a later date and give an estimate from there. Purely professional and yet they make you feel at home.And Ive never had a garage owner come out to my house (even if only five minutes away -- much less an hour!) to check work they had done that day - saying thats what the mobile units were made for - and if I needed anything else, dont hesitate to ring them up. This is just unheard of in my experience, but they acted like it was all part of the service. I was not even charged for it, as they said I had already paid to have the work done. They were there to make sure it was up to the best standard.I hope if you read all that, that you know exactly why I would drive two, FIVE hours, if that is what it took, to have these mechanics, these professionals and all around good, honest people work on my car. I wouldnt trust my car to anyone else. I suggest that if you live anywhere near Emilys and can get to one of their locations, that you make them your garage as well. I can assure you that you will not regret it!

I usually work on my own cars, but Ive been so busy at work lately I brought my Chevy Silverado into Emilys for some engine work. They swapped out the clutch for a really reasonable price and saved me a weekend under my car. Got to watch my Hawks play instead.

Now they want to say that we are harassing them when all we did was call to get the water pump replaced under warranty I loved this place loved it Intel this one incident ruined it for me the fact you dont even have a receipt for the work that has been done three separate times is alarming everyone should be careful plus they never offered to do anything they 86 how is that offering and then would you want to go to a place that does that to you and treat you that way when all you wanted to do is get a replacement water pump that it..

This place is great! They are trustworthy, speedy, and less than 2/3rds the cost of getting an oil change at the dealers.

I cannot express enough on how wonderful Mike and the rest of his staff is. Once you walk in youre quickly greeted. You tell them your cars symptoms and they gladly and rapidly take a look and get the job done. They are all very friendly, fast, efficient, and they have THE BEST prices in town! And dont try to charge a leg and an arm for services like Simmon’s or Lakewood Transmission did🙄...I Definitely recommend this place if youre looking for a great mechanic ! they provide various amount of services and do everything they can to take care of your needs.

I researched multiple mechanic shops and received several quotes for a job. Emilys Garage gave the most reasonable quote. It was easy to make an appointment and the customer service was great. Mike the technician didnt attempt to up-sell anything. I felt he was honest with his assessment of things that needed to be taken care of during the visit and other things that could wait for another visit in the future. Mike even waited past closing time so I could pick up my car. Five stars!

I went to Emilys Garage to get an impartial inspection of a used car I was getting ready to buy during the pandemic lockdown. Scheduling was easy. When I got there, the mechanic was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. If I run into any issues with my new used car, Im going back!

Amazing service - their team goes above and beyond and has very reasonable pricing/quotes. My car was being worked on all day and was diagnosed as a courtesy unlike those mechanics who charge over $100 for a 15 minute diagnostic. Definitely recommend Emily’s Garage for everything from an oil change to a blown gasket. Their mechanics are great at each of their locations.

I called to make sure they had time for me and then I had my car towed in when the engine wouldnt turn over. Before bringing it in Id checked the battery and tested a couple other things so could tell them it appeared to be the starter. They checked it out and gave me a call a couple hours later and confirmed it was the starter and discussed the cost options. They were towards the low end of what I expected. They did the work and is starting great. They also checked out another concern I had and indicated it wasnt an issue for no cost.I had it towed in at 8:30 (didnt notice they didnt open until nine) and fortunately they were there to come running out and open the gate. They also stayed until twenty minutes after close so I could pick up my car.Good experience, will gladly go back.

I am one of those who once finds a hairdresser, doctor, mechanic I like -I dont switch around, I stick with the same for years. But it takes me time and a lot of research and asking around to find the right one. Emilys Garage was introduced to me by someone who has used their services before and was highly recommended. My car was having brake issues, so took it to Emilys Garage. Their diagnostic job was accurate because it fixed the brake problem my car was having. Based on calls Ive made, the price was also reasonable. People in the counter were helpful and polite. It has been about 3 weeks after the service and my car is running smoothly with no issues. I will definitely use their service again should my car have a problem in the future and would recommend to people I know!

This place is so horrible that they would turn around and post a response saying that we harass them due to calling for replacement part that they did then they try to use there no receipt they dont keep receipts of anything they do apparently there thank God I did everything theyve done to my car I have a receipt to what business would not keep receipts of their work thats right they fire people and then they get rid of all the evidence on top of it they refuse to even let me give him the receipt and tell I exploded and said how dare you treat me this way I should never be yelled at I am a customer for god sakes
